Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice. 1) They did not always make up the rooms. 2) They would shut off the AC sometimes from a central control.

My stay at Basic Hotel Innsbruck was excellent. The property and room were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast items offered and was a good way to start the day. Good location for public transportation and walking to Old Town. .

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was superb, with a tram stop opposite, everything was easy to get to. There was also a market around the corner, a supermarket across the road and if it’s your thing, a Subway sandwich outlet almost next door! The only slight negative was the wifi connection was very weak in our top floor room!

Traveled with two adults, an infant, and toddler. Brought our own infant bed and toddler sleeps in adults bed when traveling. Upon arrival, disclosed we had two young children and were told it was an additional 50 euro per child per night to stay despite using existing beds. However when I asked if I could cancel clerks did his manager and they said if I called Expedia to cancel and their agent called him to confirm they would not charge me.
