Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Stage 12 Hotel. Das Hotel ist modern und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Zimmer bieten einen sehr guten Komfort, lediglich eine Nespresso-Maschine fehlt. Die Mitarbeitenden waren durchwegs sehr freundlich und professionell. Das Frühstück ist ausserordentlich gut. Die Bar des Hotels hat ein tolles Angebot interessanter Drinks. Praktisch ist die zentrale Lage direkt im Zentrum. Es gibt Möglichkeiten zum Aufladen von e-Autos in der direkt vom Hotel aus zugänglichen öffentlichen Tiefgarage. Wir können das Hotel vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen.

Very convenient location in the centre of Innsbruck. Only issue is we arrived by car and our sat-nav directed us to the front of the hotel - which is a pedestrianised street with no access to the garage. The parking garage is a municipal one for the town-centre shops,and is accessed from a road behind the hotel and part of the shopping centre complex that the hotel is part off. Apart from that, the room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Being in the town centre, there's plenty to see and do within easy walking distance, and lots of restaurants around too

It was great. Sauna is a great addition and in a very good condition. Very nice bar with polite and professional staff. We have stayed in quadruple room as 4 adults and it was great. We went for skiing and there was an excellent storage room for skiis and heater for boots. The only disadvantage was the absence in the room of actual heater to dry our clothes after skiing or just after wash

Tight parking, with unclear instructions regarding where to park in the garage is the only negative. Staff was excellent, especially Ella, who went way out of her way to help answer questions, including doing some research for us. Good breakfast.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff and excellent location to historic old town and Christmas markets. Three person room was small but comfortable. Used sauna and workout areas. Small but nice.

This room has an outstanding view of the mountains. Also, we were able to use the free laundry (2 washers & 2 dryers) as we were on a long holiday. A 2+ night stay included a Welcome Pass that includes free use of the trains/trams/busses. This place is right in the heart of the Altstadt (Old Town) and Maria-Theresien-Straße.

The room was tiny, the floor wasn’t clean, the showedrain was clogged and almost no toiletpapir. On hotels.com it said the room had a deep bathtub, but only a shower. However… Location was amazing and the staff where welcoming.

This hotel was perfect. I have absolutely nothing negative to say at all. It was so clean with housekeeping everyday. The room was spacious and had plenty of places to put my coat, shoes and suitcases. Super quiet and located in a courtyard away from the noisy main area, but it was right in the middle of Old Town and walkable to everything you would want to see. Staff was great and super friendly. I would totally stay here again next time I am in Innsbruck.

Great parking, room was clean. Unfortunately the shower soap was empty and when I called the reception to sort this they told me they had run out of soap and that housekeeping could bring some tomorrow. We were only staying 1 night so we couldn't get any soap. Otherwise good stay

Room superficially modern and clean and we liked the divan niche by the window. Breakfast buffet was also extremely generous and staff friendly. Location also fantastically convenient. Negatives were all yo do with housekeeping: shampoo dispensers in bathroom were not checked to see if they were empty, no milk supplied with the coffee a few cartons would have been nice, coffee/tea not restocked - I don’t expect to have to call reception for this sort of thing. Shower hose is so stiff that the shower head points into the wall unless you stuff paper into the holder.

Quarto amplo e silencioso com vista para a rua histórica. Café da manhã muito farto, com diversas opções para todos os gostos. Tudo muito limpo. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Hotel moderno, tudo novo.

Get the room with the terrace and Mountain View. Worth it. The hotel is in an ideal location.

Great hotel - location was perfect Checkin smooth and front desk staff helpful Room was spacious and clean but very dark Windows looked onto a nearby wall so made the room feel dreary - other family members looked over courtyard and had much more light Bar was nice although one server was unwelcoming

Staff is great!! Location is great!! Beds are hard and pillows suck. Asked in advance for a quiet room away from smoke - so they put me in the room right above the bar. 😳

Top Lage, besser geht nicht! Aber Zimmer auf 24.3 C erwärmt und schwer zu kühlen. Fenster ging auf, aber dafür war es draußen zu kalt und es gibt Fluglärm und Kirchenglocken. Bei geschlossenem Fenster nicht zu hören, aber offen viel zu laut. Dadurch leider schlecht geschlafen, bei unseren Freunden genauso.

One of the best hotels i have ever visited. Would highly recommend staying here. I had the mountainview room and it was totally worth it!

We booked the terrace room for one night and it was 1,000 times worth it for the view alone. The entire wall is a full window, your room is flooded with gleams from the sunrise and sunset. Not in a brash way by all means, just beautiful. If you are in the town for the mountains this is the place for incredible views. Outside of the view, the room is small and a little tight but it was still good for two people, three would be slightly much. Especially since the shower is in the center of the room. Another aspect to note is the room is facing a high school so if you are there on a weekday you may hear kids in the late morning. They weren’t loud but they are evident. Bartenders were excellent, I definitely recommend trying their Hugo. Breakfast had a wide selection with a buffet style selection, I don’t think I would have paid for two days of the breakfast but it was worth it for one day. Overall a great choice, especially if you’re there for views! 🌄

Great breakfast buffet, spacious rooms and great to have a washer and dryer accessible for guests, but unfortunately bar staff were quite rude. Albeit that, an overall a pleasant stay.

Very nice place to stay with an excellent location. The receptionist, Patrick Erdmann, was well-educated and took the time to explain many things to us.

The location is perfect for access to shopping and all the sites. The room was average with few amenities for the price. The front desk staff, different people each time, keep me from recommending this property. Unwelcoming and unhelpful to us and to others we saw throughout our stay. The lack of any effort made on their part, despite being in a position of service, was disappointing.

Terrible right from the outset. 1) Horrible check in experience. Asked to sign a document with arbitrary terms such as the management reserves a right to charge whatever fee they want. When I asked what it means I was told that it refers to cleaning fee which was a different point in the list and already mentioned a discretionary EUR 100 fee. When I asked about other parts of the form which were only in German, I was reprimanded and told to sign where I am being told to sign 2) then was told that the room wasn't ready and we had to go to a different floor to store our luggage. All the lockers were full and we had to come back to the reception with pur heavy bags 3) the room, after we got it, was dirty - dusty side tables and floor (& they demand a cleaning fee if WE leave it dirty. Give us a clean room first!!) 4) horrible layout - no place to keep the bags. Had to put them on the floor in front of the balcony door and open them there 5) no milk / creamer in the room and on calling reception was told that they don't keep it in the room 6) they took 2 hours to send tea bags and milk to the room 7) next day after the room was cleaned, the tea bags, instant coffee (no coffee machine) and disposable cups (no silverware or mugs in the room) were not topped up 8) went to the reception to get everything and they were out of stock too. Had to go to three different floors to get basics like tea bags and instant coffee. Do not recommend to anyone. Please avoid!!

Staff were rude not accommodating ; gave the wrong room and the manager was just as bad; was shouted at outside the hotel by the receptionist telling me the manager was not available to speak to me when I wanted! Awful

Very modern. Great room. Right on Maria-Theresien-Straße. Few minutes walk to the main train station. Picturesque location. Would stay here again

Walkable to all the sights.

A perfect place to stay, right in the heart of Innsbruck! Easy location for taxis and buses. Not far from the train station. We had a room overlooking the plaza, it was very noisy at night and early morning, fortunately we had ear plugs! The view from the room was breathtaking!

Nyrenoverat och fräsch hotell. Låg väldigt centralt. Enda minus jag har att säga är att man behövde gå igenom en ”tunnel” till hotellets entré. I denna tunneln var det hemlösa/narkomaner både på dagarna och kvällarna samt på morgonen var gången fylld med flera spyor och urin. Mycket obehagligt att gå där igenom ensam för att komma till entrén.

Perfekt gelegenes Hotel direkt an der Fussgängerzone mit Tiefgarage. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und eine gemütliche Garten-Bar.

Luggage storage and complimentary laundry service was a great benefit. The area is loud at night, but it is centrally located, so it is to be expected.

Absolutely loved staying here. The hotel is so nicely decorated and styled, the staff are wonderful and it is in such a great location. Would wholey recommend to anyone looking for Innsbruck accommodation. Don't miss the Welcome Card on offer too, depending on your length of stay you get perks. But definitely good for use of public transport

The hotel is in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. It’s very easy to walk to many good restaurants and the bus stop is very close. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great location! Very clean and and wondferful breakfast! Best breakfast of our trip! Staff were very friendly and very helpful! The only negative thing we could say is that the room was very small but it did accommodate all four of us cousins! Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay! The room is pretty, spacious and with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable (hard like we like) and the location is perfect. Also the breakfast is plentiful, but expensive. There are also good options for breakfast outside

Ein Hotel der gehobenen Klasse mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten (Spa, Fitness). Sehr freundliches Personal, ansprechend eingerichtete Zimmer, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet (auch viele vegane Angebote). Das Hotel befindet sich auf der Maria-Theresienstraße, der Haupteinkaufsstraße in Innsbruck, das Goldene Dachl, der Inn, die Hofkirche usw. sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious ! Everything was in walking distance with so much to see and do around the area.

We appreciated being given a second comfortable chair in our room upon request. The location was very convenient. The breakfast provides for guests whose departures were before the breakfast room opened was very poor. This needs serious attention!!!
