Room was clean on arrival but decor is dated. WiFi was slow and a serious lack of plugs in the room. Didn’t appreciate being woken up at 0930 each day by loud music which I assume was from the gym. Stayed for 2 nights and although they did partially make the bed and change towels, they didn’t change dirty coffee cups or wine glasses. We didn’t make use of any of the facilities other than the restaurant because we were staying for a wedding. Plenty of parking on site

It was a nice hotel for what it is. It is an older venue however based on industry standards the rooms are very outdated and quite frankly dirty. There was one outlet in the room not even near the bed. The evening staff was great. Breakfast was very unorganized. Food was empty, coffee was cold. Lots of $ for a venue that doesn’t provide the caliber expected for the prices paid. Most staff were friendly and kind.

I had a good night here. The room was very spacious and well appointed, if a bit old fashioned. A bath and a shower enclosure which is unusual these days. Some very minor maintenance issues but I was very pleased with the room overall. The bar terrace is great, such a nice place to sit out if sunny. The staff were friendly and helpful in the main. Drinks and food prices were very high (£7.50 for a pint of lager, £22 for burger and fries) but probably in line with the hotel's general vibe. The evening food was, to be fair, very good quality. The cooked breakfast was, again, very good quality. The orange juice and (particularly) the coffee were poor (probably the worst coffee, served yourself from a flask, that I've had in years!). I would stay here again.

The reception staff were very polite and friendly and helpful the property was a little neglected and the vegan meals in the restaurant were expensive and underwhelming and the chicken tikka was flavourless. The bed was comfy but the trouser press was full of dust, there was no minibar as advertised. The pool facilities were good but the tropical shower was not working correctly.
