Pool - not working and we only booked this hotel to have use of the pool we were not told before arriving at the pool was not gonna be available. We would never have used this hotel otherwise especially for the price that was paid. Bring your own pillows as the pillows you are supplied with our non-existent. I have never slept on pillows that are so flat in all my life was the most uncomfortable sleep. Customer service on arrival was lovely. The extra touch of cookies for us was lovely however overall this hotel is not worth the money that was paid especially when not all amenities are available.

We stayed here as a family of 3 during a trip to London then Legoland. The hotel is an easy drive from Richmond and to Legoland. During our stay the staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel grounds, bar/restaurant and leasuire facilities were great. The room was spacious and well equipped, the only downside was some small areas of mould in the bathroom. Overall would recommend

Has a great stay. Staff were they attentive especially in the restaurant as my granddaughter has allergies which is often difficult to cater for. The only thing I would say is that the showers in the pool changing rooms were looking a bit tired. But overall a great stay.

Had a spacious suite, the beds were comfortable, staff were friendly. The pool closes to children at 6:30pm which wasn’t great, and there was no air conditioning so it was hot. Other than that we had a great stay.

It was a perfect stay lovely rooms and the e breakfast was fresh with lots of options. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed and on a wet and rainy afternoon it would have been nice to have use of it.

Hotel is okay, nice enough and certainly worth the 80 quid. Dissapointed by the pool being out of order. No explination why, it was filled and warm but no swimming. Quite annoying when thats a big selling point to the property. Otherwise a good trip. Breakfast was great.

A great place to stay, warm welcome, super comfortable room, tea and coffee a welcome extra. Super soft towels 😊. Very quiet too! I was only disappointed by the pool being closed the evening of my stay as l booked this hotel because it had a pool.

Service was excellent, grounds lovely and Communal areas very nice but our hotel room (309) although looked fine smelt very damp/musty during our stay. (We had to keep the door open for fresh air) the bathroom could also do with a bit of tlc too.

The entrance is OK, if a bit dated. But our room (once we found it) had a lot of issues. The curtains had a lot of BLACK MOULD. It was in the main curtains, the lining, and all over the window frames. There was also mould in the bathroom. I tried to complain to the front desk and asked for a new room, but they said none were available and offered me a kids colouring pack. Something they give out for free to other guests but forgot to give us. They said they would send housekeeping, but the issue was never fixed. I’ve tried to speak directly with the hotel about it, but Hilton now only offer a chat bot, who refused to help me. I don’t like using this platform to complain and prefer to go straight to managers if there is an issue, but in this case I tried and they didn’t want to help. It’s a shame as it could be a good hotel, but let down by a lack of investment, care, and basic cleanliness. Also no cookies!

Broken tiles in bathroom, paint peeling off bathroom and bedroom ceilings everywhere, big cob webs in room, bathroom not clean with stains on the side by sink, mould around window frame. Staff were nice and when I showed them the room they moved me, unfortunately to a much smaller room, whilst it was still a family room, it’s pretty poor when you go to speak to them and they give you a worse room than you first had because of no fault of your own. Wont be going back, it fell well below expectations of the Hilton chain.

Filthy is the only way to describe our room let alone the rest of the hotel, The curtains in our bedroom were literally covered in mould , general cleanliness poor. Was woken at 7.30am with by the cleaner who just let themselves in.

Unfortunately had a mould issue in bathroom we moved room but the housekeeping was poor with issues in the second room we were allocated. Also booked and paid for breakfast prebooked for room delivery however it didnt arrive spent over an hour ringing before giving up went to reception to be informed i need to contact hotel.com to refund breakfast as was booked via them. Pool is nice as are grounds but poor service and housekeeping let the hotel down.

Hotel overbooked so gave our room away! Eventually a room was found to be free but had been slept and possibly used as a staff refreshment room. Stayed in a junior suite in the Buckhurst wing. Was advised after complaining that the rooms have not been updated. No heating and so had a small freestanding heater. Beds were very old and yellow. Could feel the springs all night. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and mattress was very thin. No plug sockets by the beds. Only sockets were under the desk the other side of the room. Cable to plug the kettle in was not long enough to have on the desk so options were to put the kettle on the floor and put it behind the TV. After a shower my husband went to use a towel and there was large ripped hole in it!

Nice hotel in a great location, staff are all very friendly. Parts off the hotel could do with an upgrade (like the bathrooms) but the only real issue with the hotel is that the rooms are no soundproof so you can hear all other guests very clearly at night

Hotel is a little dated but staff were friendly, it was clean and tidy. Sadly our room was so hot and took the entire evening to cool down even with the heating off and window open all night. This made for a little discomfort.

Hotel itself was very well presented, clean & our room was nice. However, I feel it should be clearly listed that a hotel of this standard does not have air conditioning in the rooms, even when it’s 30 degrees outside. The room we were in was clearly fitted with an air conditioning panel & vent, but was over-stickered to say that air conditioning was not provided. Instead we were given a fan and there was no window that opened wider than a few centimetres either. This resulted in a very unsettled, uncomfortable nights sleep which was really disappointing. Would not encourage anyone to stay here in the hot summer months unfortunately. Would be a lovely hotel otherwise.

Lovely welcome and great sized room for a family of 5 in the Junior suite. Excellent breakfast and nice treats for the kids on arrival. The beds were very comfy and the facilities were fine, very soft cleans towels. The only thing that really let the visit down was no air-con, luckily balconette doors opened and they provided a fan but with small children unfortunately keeping these open wasn't an option which led to a very warm night! Refreshments were provided, air-con In a family suite in Summer is a must have! The orginal vents for the aircon were still in the room which caused a buzzing noise too.

We have stayed at the hotel before as a family & liked it so thought it would be perfect for a night stay before heading to Lapland the next morn. We paid for a suite because we knew we had an early start and wanted a good nights sleep…it turns out our suite was next door to the plant room & it was so noisy neither me, my husband or our 3 year old could sleep. The headboards back onto the plant room. My husband complained & after some to-ing & fro-ing we were eventually told it was a ‘known problem’ and we then had to ask to be moved. We were told we could move to a room on our floor, however when the key arrived it was a floor down. It was a downgrade. No one offered to help move us so we had to carry a sleeping 7 year old, and over tired 3 year old & all of our luggage at 10pm. (We had asked if we could leave some of our belongings in the original room but were met with a shrug). I cannot explain how uncomfortable the bed was in the downgraded room & neither I nor my husband got a good sleep. Come morning time on departing I headed to reception to complain. I asked why were people being put next to the plant room if it’s known to be noisy. Was told it wasn’t a known problem (contradictory to the night before) & offered PUDDING tokens?? What would I do with them!! I was eventually refunded £60 which I am not happy with given the dampener it put on the trip & the lack of sleep we had. Really not good enough. We would not stay again.

We stayed at this hotel as it was convenient to where we were going, initially the room was fine but due to a very large wedding there seemed to be not enough staff to attend normal guests. We asked for our room to be moved to a quieter part of the hotel which the receptionist did without question so could not fault her at all. Lovely property but think if they have an event going on they should advise other customers beforehand as we would not have stayed here had we known

Checking in time was very long. one person on the desk who took her time while there was a queue forming. Room was so cold. the AC was blowing out cold air (even though on 30 degrees) - tried to get hold of maintenance but no one answered - cleaners kindly provided an extra radiator. We tried to order room service for 30 minutes with no answer, before deciding to get Uber Eats instead. the 3 stars is just for the amazing cookies provided at check-in.

I had the worst check in ever. Between the hotel and expedia they had not communicated and therefore couldn't check me in. Even though I had a confirmation email and had paid for the hotel. I spent over an hour trying to check in and was told I had to phone expedia myself to sort it out. They were constantly unhelpful moving me from person to person and then saying they would phone the hotel to discuss of which they then didn't. In the end, after an hour and 15 minutes, I had to pay for the hotel room again, even though I had paid and expedia had taken my money. Once in my room, I then spent another hour and half on the phone to expedia and talking to the hotel to sort it out which resulted in us missing out on a swimming session (the reason we booked this hotel) and our dinner reservation. Due to this delay, my son has missed dinner ( at a nearby restuarant and I called and they couldn't fit us in) Still with the check in not sorted, I was told by the hotel staff to use uber eats as it would take over an hour and half to cook one pizza (off their menu) for my son, it was now nearly 9pm. Eventually, the hotel staff saw my distress and said that they would call expedia in the morning and sort the situation out for me. The lack of communication between the two companies, the expectation for me to pay again and to phone and sort this out myself even though I had emails and bank statements to confirm my booking, completely ruined our weekend away and time at this hotel.

A short time later, I checked it again and noticed a number of pending charges against it totalling £290. This caused my some anxiety and after trying to call your reception front desk several times, I decided to drive back and speak in person. Although the staff were polite, they could not explain why these charges were being made. The said to call back in 2-3 days to see if there was still an issue. Fortunately, a wrongly charged breakfast was refunded, and the remainder of the charges disappeared. Shame I had to chase up and correct the faulty charges

Our second time at St Anne’s and it was wonderful. The amenities were great, the property was tranquil, the staff very friendly and the service top notch. No request was too much. My sister had inquired about a sauce that was nowhere on the menu, and it was provided. We felt like VIP’s by the bar/dining room staff especially Mohammed. We look forward to our next visit.

Checked in fine and straightforward and lovely evening meal. But went to bed at 10pm and my room was situated right above the bar and close to the stairs, I had to call reception at 11pm as extremely loud and rowdy group of guests so couldn’t get to sleep, eventually had enough so went downstairs at midnight as couldn’t tolerate anymore, after this the bar closed but barely slept after that. Then went for breakfast and the waitress asked for my room number and showed me to my table, I then proceeded to get my breakfast at the buffet. It was then in front of several other guests the waitress came upto me and said you haven’t paid for breakfast to be included , I insisted I had but she wasn’t listening so I had to go reception and then the receptionist even said I hadn’t paid for it either. Once I got my banking app open and showed them I had they said sorry. But this was certainly not good enough and very unprofessional.

Hotel overbooked so gave our room away! Eventually a room was found to be free but had been slept and possibly used as a staff refreshment room. Lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds. Nice spacious room, comfortable bed. The room was, for us, too warm until we found the storage heater turned on full - so we turned it off. The en-suite was a good size with walk in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc were provided in dispensers. Staff were very welcoming and professional. The shared spaces were of good cleanliness and in excellent repair. The hotel is very handy for Ascot race course.

We stayed here as a family of 3 during a trip to London then Legoland. The hotel is an easy drive from Richmond and to Legoland. During our stay the staff were incredibly friendly. Very surprised to be told when we arrived for breakfast that, "There isn't much left". Disappointed that there was no obvious means of recycling plastic products. Enjoyed spending time in the garden in the sun but our movements were restricted by a wedding reception which was taking place. It would have been useful if the fact that the wedding celebrations were taking place was advertised on the website when we booked.

Thoroughly enjoyed the service and the hotel in general. Beautiful, very peaceful. Staff are all very friendly and would deliver their best. Our room was very spacious, with a garden view on one side and the swimming pool just outside our door. Breakfast was nice, restaurant is also nice. Not far from Legoland. All in all, excellent place!

The staff welcomed us and were friendly. When we arrived at the pool it was being filled with a hose. The steam room did not smell fresh and was not that steamy. It would be good to have some essential oil smell in there. The jacuzzi was also out of order all weekend which was a shame. We had a club sandwich for lunch which was really delicious. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice although food ran out quickly. There was also no brown sauce available in the hotel! The red sauce was in cafe sachets.

The hotel was nice, great pool and comfortable rooms. We'd booked the inclusive dinner package, and the food was disappointing. The steak I asked for rare came well done and very tough. They were good about removing extra charges, and did offer to cook another meal, but I was tired after a long flight and could not face the wait. The rest of the food was OK but unimaginative, and the menu had a lot of missing items, both food and wine.
