Mamaison Le Regina Boutique Hotel

The food was good and the spa services were wonderful.

The hotel is in a great location close to the old town and accessible on foot and by car/taxi. The external appearance is lovely, as are the internal common areas. The pool and sauna area are small but nice with loungers and a lovely place to relax - including there being towels and water on hand. I was early for check-in but my room was available and the hotel gave me a complimentary upgrade to a huge room in on the top floor with desk/working area, lounge area, sleeping area and a large bedroom. I have never had an upgrade like it - it was an amazing surprise. The room was lovely, the only critique was that three of the window blinds didn't work properly and even after someone came to look we had to use a bit of a bodge for one - it didn't affect my review- these things happen - I am sure it has been fixed. I only ate breakfast in the hotel one morning which was nice but it wasn't necessarily worth the extra cost - the hot food was warm so it cooled, I ordered poached eggs from the menu and they were under done and I found the croissants to be dry. These are not huge things but for the cost to add breakfast I expected a little more. All my interactions with the staff at the hotel were excellent, I had an issue with three window blinds in my room and they responded and assisted promptly. Checkin-in/check-out were efficient and stress free. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. I would use it again if I return to Warsaw.

I really enjoyed the hotel. It’s very close to the old town of Warsaw. The rooms were clean and no noise from outside. The hotel was on a 2015 list of Michelin star restaurants. Food was delicious! Also, they offer excellent very fulfilling breakfasts. I really enjoyed my stay there. Highly recommend!

This hotel is absolutely perfect for a visit to Warsaw. It is close to the Old Town Market and lots of wonderful restaurants. The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. We loved the breakfast in the morning. There were so many options and the quality of the food was great. It was also nice to have the pool and spa in the evening.

Hotel is beautiful and well appointed. The staff is courteous. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and 2 sofa beds. The room is spacious and the bathroom is great with an excellent shower. My only criticism is that the king size bed mattresses wasn’t good as it was sinking on both side which gave me a back pain. That was a shame. It’s time for a new mattress in that room.
