La posizione è ottimale, l'hotel è un tipico Ibis tenuto benissimo. Il ristorante e la sala colazioni offrono pietanze polacche ed internazionali con buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Personale gentile, sopratutto quello del ristorante/bar. 3 piccole problematiche: 1) Le camere sono troppo piccole per 2 adulti ed un bimbo 2) La receptionist ULA (mi ha detto che si chiamava così, donne alta, abbastanza robusta con capelli neri) l' 1/1/24 verso le ore 16 è stata molto scortese nei miei confronti ed era nervosissima. La mia richiesta era solo un piccolo cacciavite per poter inserire delle batterie. Me lo ha dato così nervosamente che quasi me lo lanciava. Non voleva essere disturbata, e non c'era nessun'altra cliente nei paraggi (io ero con mio figlio di 2 anni e mezzo) 3) Anche se c'è un kids corner, questo hotel da la sensaazione di NON essere kids friendly. Vedi grandezza camere e atteggiamento ULA.

Camera abbastanza spaziosa, così come il bagno. Non è in centrissimo, ma a qualche minuto si trovano fermate tram e bus che ti permettono di andare nei luoghi più turistici in qualche decina di minuti. Colazione a buffet varia sia per il dolce che per il salato. Presente un bancomat all'interno della struttura, reception aperta h24. Pulizia ok, personale gentile . Camera pagata sui 50 euro a notte

Hotel in ottima posizione a 4 fermate di metro dal centro, zona sicura tranquilla e serena. Ottimo cibo e prezzi al bar, fantastica zona multietnica per cenare. Ogni giorno dovete avvisare se volete le pulizie in camera (non mi piace sta cosa) poca scelta dolce a colazione (ma noi italiani forse siamo troppo pretenziosi). Mi ha colpito il bar ben organizzato ed economico se Volete cenare senza troppe pretese è un posto che vi consiglio. Il personale è abbastanza gentile.

It is 2 stars hotel as staff told us when we asked about face towels and slippers. Hotel does not provide safe box in the room. Room was not cleaned well however they did clean it better when we mentioned the spiderweb over the light. Breakfast basic and got boring after eating the same for 4 days. Hotel condition is good, mattress is good billows not so good

Heilt ok hotell, greie folk i resepsjonen. Skikkelig dårlig frokost, som kostet mye for veldig lite. Ikke tilgjengelig kaffe utenom åpningstidene til restaurant. Ekstrem parfyme/såpelukt i resepsjonsområdet, vanskelig for allergiker!!! God seng å ligge i- hard, men sånn jeg liker senger! Rengjøring ok, men ikke nye og rene kopper, ikke glass på rommet, heller ikke påfyll av instant kaffe. Fornøyd med beliggenheten, men en del bråk fra hovedgate

Heat was out so it was cold. Cleaning lady didn't change sheets for 10 days. They NEVER left clean cups for tea. but overall, it was still good. They have a hell of a good cook!

All our needs were met. Easy location to get anywhere. Room was quiet, clean, and bed was quite comfortable. Shower was also spacious. Highly recommend ibis Centrum Warsaw. PS. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Nice modern hotel, in a good location, a two minute walk to the nearest tram stops. A good breakfast with a decent choice of things to eat, even for someone like me who is celiac. The room itself was clean, comfortable and quiet, and even had a kettle in the room (which not all European hotels have). The only very minor issue, was one night there was a child staying in the room above me, and I could hear them running about, but fortunately it didn't last long. I ended up extended my stay in the hotel by an extra night.

Terrible the room was 17 degrees and none of the 2 heating systems works - when I talk with an employee they couldn’t do anything. In the restaurant was the food not fresh. It was old, the salad was like rubber and brown and really disgusting.

I stayed at Ibis Warszawa Centrum for a week, and it was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had. The listing on Expedia clearly stated that heating was provided, but in reality, only the bathroom had heat. The room itself was freezing, with night temperatures dropping to around 3°C. I couldn’t sleep properly for several nights because of how cold it was. When I finally asked the front desk for help, I was told the technician doesn’t work at night and was only given an extra blanket—which did almost nothing. The next day, I reminded the reception, but they said no request had been logged. I had to ask again to get it addressed. The worst part came when I followed up the third time. A staff member named Beata refused to help at all and was completely dismissive. For a hotel under the Ibis brand, this level of service and disregard for basic comfort is unacceptable. If you’re staying here during cold weather, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. What’s advertised is not what you get.

Hotellet og morgenmaden var fint, men lå længere væk end centrum end vi havde regnet med. Personalet var ikke særlig serviceminded og vi blev mødt af surt personale i receptionen, da vi ankom sent aften den 19. februar samt nede ved morgenmaden de efterfølgende dage.

Excellent hotel - room was comfortable and newly refurbished. Shower was good pressure and comfortable bed. Warm with the addition of an electric radiator in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options - a particular highlight was the two varieties of pancakes! Well worth the additional fee. Hotel was located within a few metres of a major tram interchange allowing access to the heart of Warsaw and the Old Town in around ten minutes.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, mit der Tram direkt vor der Tür kommt man schnell ins Zentrum und zum Bahnhof/Kulturpalast. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und modern. Leider kam ein etwas unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Ansonsten völlig zweckmäßig und komfortabel. Selbst die vielspurige Straße direkt vor der Tür hört man durch die geschlossenen Fenster nicht.

Top hotel ! Fijne locatie , aardig personeel , superschone kamer . Mooie prijs kwaliteit verhouding . Jammer dat het ontbijt zo duur is , het is een goed ontbijt maar niet voor 13 euro pp dan verwacht ik toch echt een wat luxer ontbijt .
