Olga at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. I would stay here again for the convenience to the Old Town. Only disadvantage was no parking available. We parked in a 24 hour lot approximately a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

Location is fantastic but the room decor is dated. Also, the elevator does not reach the top floor so we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. Our room had a skylight and the front desk attendant could not figure out how to close them. She messaged the manager but still could not close them. We had to sleep one night with them open and it was quite bright early in the morning which made it difficult to sleep. The problem was corrected the next day by the maintenance crew but we had to keep the blinds closed for the rest of our stay.

Cannot beat the location - a minute’s walk from the central square of Krakow. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices a bit limited, but it is a small hotel - there are plenty of other options nearby. The nearest road for car traffic is maybe 50 meters from the hotel, with a taxi stand right there. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice, quiet hotel a stone's throw from square . Staff very friendly and helpful No longer has a bar, since Covid space has now become a coffee shop. Would definitely recommend.

As people have said the hotel is in a great location. Just a warning. If you book the cheapest room it’s on the fifth floor. The lift only goes to the fourth floor. We are in our 60s but very fit. No one offered to help us carry our luggage from the fourth to fifth floor up the stairs. Also, There were no windows in our room. There were skylights in the room and bathroom. One good thing about that though was it was quiet. We could hear noise from the street in the bathroom but not the bedroom.

lift me wife is in a wheelchair the doors of the lift would not close until she got out of the chair and fold it up.it is very small my wife and myself ware squashed in the liftt. no bar on site .no restaurant .would not recommend this hotel to anyone avoid at all times.

Hotel muito proximo da principal praça da idade e dos pontos turisticos. Facil locomoção a pé para todos os lugares. importante dizer que carros não chegam até a frente do hotel, mas chegam bem próximo (aproximadamente 100 metros). Poucas pessoas falam ingles o que dificulta a comunicação, mas nada que o translator não ajude.Imprescindível ter um chip de internet. Principalmente os motoristas de taxi, nao falam ingles. Foram poucas as pessoas que encontramos que fala ingles.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans le centre de Cracovie. Le personnel à la réception est sympathique et à l'écoute. L'hôtel et la chambre étaient très propres, ma chambre était très spacieuse et la salle de bain très agréable. Great location, spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff. An amazing breakfast every morning! We were at the front of the hotel on main road to the square so it could get noisy at night with window open, however the aircon is good so quiet with the window closed. Would definitely recommend this hotel, great value for money too.

Excellent location and very friendly service. You can check in a bit earlier if the room is ready and there’s a space where you can leave your luggage. We had a feeling that cleaning was rushed as we’d found food left over from previous guests in our fridge…Overall good value for money considering it’s prime location.

Fantastic service very friendly. And helpful. But the room smelled a bit funny. Like damp or musty. Bit seemed clean enough. Couldn't get hot water for a bath but shower was ok. Warm enough. Very central. Excellent location

Perfect location, just a couple of minutes from the main square. We had a room at the back on the 5th floor, and enjoyed panoramic views over Krakow, in a bright, spacious room, with air conditioning to cope with changing temperatures outside. All the staff we encountered were lovely and very welcoming. To top it all, the continental breakfast included had just the right selection of different items for a great start to the day With the windows open, the location can be a little noisy, but absolutely fine with the windows shut if that was ever an issue.

Överlag ett bra hotel som i vårt tycke låg väldigt centralt till det man behöver se i Krakow. Men testa ACn direkt för på rum 15 fungerade den inte riktigt som den ska och ha fönstret öppet är ljudet från gatan väldigt störande.

Great room looking out onto the main street just off the Main square. Comfy bed. Clean,modern bathroom. Staff polite and helpful. Room clean and modern. Great coffee shop next door. Can be noisy during the night as people outside drinking, however location makes up for this.

Absolutely loved this place and so happy I did my research and found it. I took my dad here with me and got the Deluxe Double room. It was very spacious and the bathroom was huge as well! The room overlooked the Main Street but I did not feel that it was loud by any means. The beds were very comfortable and the ac worked wonderfully. The staff was extremely welcoming as well. The breakfast included was fantastic. I couldn't believe how centrally located this hotel was it was amazing to walk out at any time of the day to grab food or drinks or just for a walk. When we go back to Krakow we would stay here no questions asked.

Driver picked us up( arranged with hotel) good rate. And arranged transport also for return. Staff friendly and helpful ( all) Breakfast good / linen changed .. Nice and quiet too! ( 26/5 to 30/5/25) If returning to Krakow I would book here again. No real complaints only a bit of a trip hazard in our room. Which was written in Polish !

O hotel é bem localizado, ao lado da praça principal. Muitos lugares para comer e visitar. Os quartos são grandes, camas confortáveis, banheira e chuveiro ótimos. Há água grátis, assim como a cafeteira no quarto para se servir gratuitamente também. A recepção é ótima, tirou todas as dúvidas, inclusive reservou os tours da Mina de Sal e Auschwitz (pagamentos em cash, não aceitava cartão) e nos atenderam super bem. Sobre a cidade: espetacular. Povo animado, vida noturna fascinante e ótimos restaurantes, em especial, o Ali Baba Kebab!

Great location right in the heart of the Main Square. Hotel is very clean, breakfast menu is great! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. If you would like to book day trips outside Krakow, I highly recommend to organize with the hotel as they will take care of everything.

Couldn’t fault it the hotel was in a prime location just of main square in a pedestrian area. Our room was a nice size and the hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was very good and the staff were all friendly. If I was visiting Krakow again would definitely choose this hotel.

Fabulous Hotel! Excellent service by the reception and kitchen staff. Housekeeping is timely and professional. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. Hotel is in a perfect location - heart of the main square. Our room was huge, lovely and comfortable. Fast and reliable WiFi all around the Hotel. My only suggestion is for the Hotel to improve the quality of the hand wash and shower gel.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. It has exceeded our expectations and so much more! The air conditioned room is spacious and clean, all essential amenities are included like kettle, shower gels, hairdryer etc. We paid a little extra for the breakfast buffet, it was great and had so much variety to choose from hot/cold food. It is so worth it I highly recommend! The hotel has a lift too which is convenient. The location is right by the main square with groceries shops, McDonald, restaurants & cafes, shops, tram, taxi nearby. The castle and the beautiful St Marys church is within walking distance too. I would like to say a big thank you to the staff who helped us with finding places and booking taxi too, she is super helpful! Everything was great, could not fault it. 10 out of 10!
