Very nice located, walking distance to old city, room was so clean and I'm impressed with the carpet. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking available only at street, 60 PLN/day, i took several tours to find a space but there are a few. Room is a bit small but enough. Bed was comfy.

Thank you so much for everything I really appreciate it! The may reason for the high score is I was able to check in extremely early I think around 815 830 A.M. when I arrived. Most places even in my Home country make you wait until check in time, you might be able to check in around noon but usually you can’t check in until 3-4pm And I was exhausted from a full day of travel so that really made the difference with me. The only thing that was slightly an inconvenience was I had the breakfast option included but I had to pay extra for the day of arrival and the AC unit was temporarily unavailable during this season And even though my room was comfortable it was very stiff and even though the weather outside was chilly my room was pretty warm and I was advised not to open the windows so it made sleeping a little difficult but overall very happy with the Customer Service which is the main reason for the high score. Great location lots of restaurants nearby especially for vegan. Probably an eight maybe a 10 minute walk from the main city Square! This hotel does have an elevator in case some people were wondering I know that’s something that’s important to me when I travel because my bags are always heavy. Breakfast was OK every day was something different I recommend arriving to Breakfast as early as possible for the food is usually plentiful and fresh The later you go you just have to make do with what’s left over. I appreciate the hotel arranging taxis. Good communication.

I ask for help in different ocasions to different persons, all off they have been great, i really like that somebody pass this message to the staff, they really deserve a special appreciation for thwy effort, and they do a great job. Hotel Logos is an excellent place to stay. Good, up to date, designed in a modern style hotel. Very spacious bathroom with all facilities. Fridge with drinks available in the room. Good beds and pillows. Very and helpfull staff. Breakfast very nice and divers. Stayed here with family 3 days and absolutely enjoyed every minute of the stay!

Hotel is very nice, with elevator, stay included free buffet breakfast in restaurant. Staff very nice and helpful. Lovely hotel and walking distance to Krakow market place, which is amazing with shops, restaurants, coffee and cafes. Excellent place to stay.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização e, se você gosta de andar, pode se locomover pela cidade facilmente a partir do hotel. Levamos somente 8 minutos para chegar na feirinha de natal. No mais, a recepção é 24h e nos receberam de madrugada pois o voo atrasou. Também nos ajudaram com os passeios, todos muito simpáticos. O café da manhã é completo, tem área para fumantes, o chuveiro é bom e o aquecedor funciona muito bem. Já recomendei para uma amiga.

The hotel was far more than we imagined. For the price, we expected basic but it was far from. It was spacious, incredibly clean (and also cleaned each day of stay) and it was perfect for our 4 day city break. Could not recommend highly enough.

The hotel is centrally located and is in good condition. The staff are nice and helpful and the breakfast is good. What was very disappointing for me was that it was not possible to open the window more than 10cm in the room. Only one window was working. The air in the room was extremely bad. With wall-to-wall carpet, it got even worse. We were forced to use the AC facility to get airflow in the room. I am sensitive to air conditioning and because og this fell ill during my stay there. Unfortunately, it ruined a lot for my stay there. Should be able to use windows instead of AC.

The room was comfortable with air conditioning, perhaps not to the quality of the pictures on website but more than adequate for our 3 night stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. it is a 5 minute walk to the main square, the area felt safe as did the whole of Krakow. We had no issues with noise at nights and had an overall enjoyable stay at the hotel Logos. I would recommend to travellers looking for a quiet city break. I stayed with my wife and our 14 year old daughter in a 3 bed room.

We recently stayed at this hotel 23-25 July. We had a bit of an issue with a lost item on the train from Warsaw. When I mentioned this to Beata she offered to help and went way above and beyond what I would consider to be “normal” service. In the end we were unable to recover the item. However, I cannot overstate how impressed we were with the service and cordiality. Kudos to Beata. You are lucky to have her working with your organization.
