The best think of this Hotel is the location because it’s very close to the train station and very close to old town. The hotel is very old but properly maintained and the room is very small(12 x 9 feet). I don’t know why they gave me a handicap bathroom I did not request so the shower had no curtains it was like a hospital. Maybe rates for handicap rooms are cheaper I don’t know. My main complaint was the pillows they were terrible, one huge and one small but the consistency was terrible like balls inside,. I woke up with neck painbut the staff was nice and they gave me other set of pillows which were a little better. They were not very happy with my pillow complaint.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Wielopole in Krakow! The interior of the hotel was not really my cup of tea, but the hotel itself was very clean, fresh, and welcoming. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and they made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. The location was also absolutely perfect, right beside the Old Town and practically in the heart of Krakow. It was very convenient for exploring both the northern and southern parts of the city. The public transport connections were also excellent. There were 3 or 4 tram stops just 2 minutes from the hotel, with most tram lines passing through, making it incredibly easy and convenient to get around. Thank you for a wonderful experience - I would definitely stay here again!

Warning to bike travelers: the hotel does not allow you to bring your bike to your room or to store it anywhere else. Your choice is either to put it on the street (NOT going to do that!) or pay to get it stored at the hotel across the street. They did not provide any explanation that made any sense. This policy is not mentioned on the hotels webpage or on the booking platforms. I have travelled on my bike in many countries and I have never experienced this before! The staff was sweet and they just followed management instructions. If you are not traveling on a bike, the hotel is fine.
