Very clean room with really comfortable bed. The staff were wonderful- genuinely friendly and welcoming as well as being extremely efficient. Parking is under the building but maybe best call for directions. Very central, close to the train station and all the sights. Excellent food and good breakfast

We had a parking lot. But there was construction and it was Hard to find. Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly. Hotel is looking a little run down. Over all a comfy bed. Typical breakfast. I wasnt in waterford long. Very quick trip

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel was very nice and the was very staff friendly. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful with a big shower. The breakfast was very nice, but with limited items. Whatever is available was very tasty. The parking is free which is great but you have to walk outside to get to it. There is no direct entrance from inside the hotel.

from the pictures it looks like a great 4 star hotel however the room I got was veryyyy smal and the sheet was dirty, the hairdryer is in a closet so impossible to dry it in the bathroom. they reception couldn't help with an adaptor. I was not impressed. Have to say the staff at the breakfast was so nice, I was missing some coldmeat for the breakfast and they helped straight away.

This hotel was decent but not amazing. Everything was very clean and staff were friendly. Housekeeping threw away the bar soap on our first day and also didnt replace it, so we washed our hands with shower gel after that. They also didn't replenish any of the tea supplies, we had to go looking ourselves. Our sleep was also interrupted frequently due to hallway noise - the numerous doors down the hallway are very loud, and people seemed to be moving about at all hours. Breakfast was just okay, both the eggs and the fruit salad were really watery, and the meats were super greasy, so it wasn't amazing. Overall, I wouldn't avoid the place, but I wouldn't make an effort to stay again either.

Can really complain the hotel is located in the heart of the city room was the usual topical hotel room very clean and spacious I was amazed with the bathroom ultra modern staff were very friendly and helpful food was good and not to pricey breakfast was great value for money €11.00 whilst booking the room ( full buffet) the only drawback was the car park very small and I was lucky to get a space. I would love to be able to say great value for money but in Ireland the hotel market is way over priced. Having said all that I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the temperature was just right. The bathroom, especially the shower, was excellent. We stayed at this hotel and the only thing I can say is that it was excellent! On arrival the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. When we got to our room, we were blown away! We had been given an upgrade at no extra cost, and to say the room was magnificent would be an understatement, it was superb. The following morning we came downstairs for breakfast, we were shown to a lovely table and had out choice of so many wonderful things to eat. The location of the hotel is great, it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you can get a great nights sleep, yet close enough to everything that you are only minutes away from anything you could want. Our stay was truly memorable and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hotel to anyone.

Leider liegt das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Straße und da die Fenster nicht mehr die besten sind war dies extrem laut zu hören. Leider lief in unserem Zimmer auch die ganze Nacht die Lüftung und die Einrichtung hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen.

I stayed for one night at this hotel and there were many positives! I found the hotel located within an easy walk of the train station and the bus station too. There are some very nice places to eat within the area and at the same time the hotel has a good restaurant on the premises too. There is a beautiful Church opposite the hotel. I found the lady on the reception on my day of departure to be very professional and friendly. By contrast her male colleague who check me in to the hotel was rather abrupt. The downside is that the area around the hotel has become rundown in recent years and has a bad reputation due to the influx of “asylum” seekers. The other downside is that there is a dangerous crossing or rather a busy road lacking a suitable crossing point. The hotel is very clean and modern inside and comfortable. It has many strong points!
