This hotel is full of charm! Im sad I was only there 2 nights. Great location just a few minutes walk from the train and short walk to downtown. Room was great with a grrst view, breakfast was very nice and the hotel bar was super fun. I hope I will be back one day!

This hotel is well worth a detour. The successful Beaux-Art style gives a nice and cozy feeling down to the smallest detail. The service and breakfast are also of the highest level. The only problem was finding the hotel parking lot as the GPS gave the wrong information.

The best part about this hotel is the amazing - and deceptively large - garden in the back. A complete surprise in the middle of the city! We walked there very easily from the train station and enjoyed cocktails in the garden every night. The hotel is old and grand and has some quirks associated with that (the first room’s AC did not work and it was 90 degrees) but the staff was helpful and accommodating. They moved us to a beautiful room overlooking the garden. The buffet breakfast is worth it. Definitely add it to the reservation. Highly recommend this hotel.

Parkhotel Laurin is a grand old hotel with lush garden, swimming pool, indoor snd outdoor bar areas and an excellent restaurant for an evening meal. Perhaps our favorite experience though is the sumptuous breakfast buffet served daily. I’m sure there are other lovely hotels in Bolzano, but the overall atmosphere at Parkhotel Laurin keeps us coming back.

Excellent location between station and town centre. Very good food in all restaurants. Room was a bit tired and small … we had insufficient room for our luggage. The central air made the room too hot for sleeping at night with no working air conditioning. At almost $300/night, it did not deliver great value for money.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer, das frisch saniert war. Die Betten waren auch top. Allerdings ging der Fernseher nicht und es war auch keine Aussicht auf Reparatur. Der gerufene Servicemitarbeiter meinte, man müsse die Wand wieder aufhacken, um das wohl defekte WLAN-Kabel zu erneuern. Ein angebotenes anderes Zimmer hatte aber nur eine Badewanne, was wegen meines frisch operierten Rückens keine Option war. Von daher war der Aufenthalt leicht getrübt, da es auch kein anderes Entgegenkommen seitens des Hotels gab. Das Frühstück war wunderbar. Auch der gastronomische Service war wirklich sehr gut.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Parkhotel Laurin in Bolzano, a lovely little town where we stayed for two nights before starting our hiking trip in the Dolomites. Our room was lovely with a nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. We had beautiful views of the property with lovely gardens and gorgeous trees. We enjoyed walking and exploring the nearby town and each afternoon we sat by the pool. The hotel is a beautiful, old classic hotel in great condition. Breakfasts are delicious and served in a lovely dining room and on the expansive porch.

Parkhotel Laurin is a beautiful hotel close to the train station and all you’d want to see in Bolzano. The area felt very safe too. My room was clean, spacious and very quiet (and I was close to the elevators). The breakfast buffet has a wide variety to choose from with more than enough to satisfy a vegetarian. The restaurant is a lovely place to enjoy dinner too. I will definitely stay here again if/when I return to Bolzano.

Hotel is good, front desk is great...they do their best to help. Breakfast was really nice... We had three rooms in two days... First room...wrong bed arrangement. Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday. So...they gave us the third room for our second night...(yes, we had to move our luggage three times). Again...it has potencial...just bad management. We are world travelers and this was the first time we experienced something like this.

Our stay was very good with only one problem as the aircon wasn’t working during our stay. However I would definitely book here again. Staff friendly (limited English). Great location near the station, has convenient parking if renting a car and can drive to the Dolomites hikes in an hour or two. Restaurant is very nice here, buffet breakfast had a lot of options too

A historic, long standing hotel with all the creature comforts. We had a large room on the 5th floor with 2 cute circular windows with great views. Room was very quiet and comfortable (beds were comfortable, but didn’t like the 2 single beds pushed together). Breakfast was outstanding! Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient.

An absolutely great hotel - plenty of history and superb staff. The latter were incredible - all polite, confident and efficient. I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). Even the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Of course it goes without saying the room was of the highest quality, the lounge beautiful and the breakfast without peer. Management should be congratulated on the way they run this wonderful establishment.

Der Service war super. Eines habe ich aber festgestellt. Die an der Rezeption hatte keine Ahnung wo das Mountain Museum Sigmundskron ist und ich hatte für mich und meinen Mann wegen sehr früher Abreise 2 getrennte Formulare schon am Tag vorher in der Früh für Lunchpakete abgegeben mit der Uhrzeit des Abholens. Leider war dann nur eines her gerichtet und auf das andere haben wir noch gewartet . Das ist alles okay, wenn man nicht gestresst auf den Zug muss. Für mich war die Vorbereitung unprofessionell . Die Rezeption ist in mancher Hinsicht verbesserungsbedürftig. Trotzdem ist alles sehr herrlich gewesen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Service ist in allen anderen Bereichen großartig. Vielen lieben Dank Ihnen.

Iconic hotel very close to the train station which is 200 yds away - only thing not to like was the amount of cigarette smoking in common areas - but that is Italy! Beautiful grounds and outdoor sitting areas. Very close to the town square as well!

Ein wunderschönes altehrwürdiges Hotel, top gepflegt und sehr freundliches Personal. Der Parkplatz war direkt gegenüber vom Hotel und kostete pro Tag 19 €. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die zentrale Lage des Hotel und der wunderschöne Park sind eine geniale Kombination. Das Hotelrestaurant war eher enttäuschend. Da hatten wir uns für das Geld mehr erwartet.
