Bra service och organisation, bra mat med olika möjligheter i olika tema restauranger. Vi bodde på signature level och fick där bla tillgång till ”egen” pool och frukost restaurang med mindre folk och lite lugnare tempo ! Lite stenig havsstrand, men det är det ju på de flesta ställen på Sicilien!

I tried to book restaurants for dinner on the first day I arrived and they were all booked. I was unable to experience any dining options I was told were available to me as all a la carte restaurants were booked for a week. Alcohol options were good and beach always had subbed available

We had wonderful service and the food was varied enough in the buffet restaurant. The bookable restaurants are amazing and we highly recommend the Thai. The beach was clean and comfortable and the pools are welcoming with enough space to sit and relax. The only downside is the two hour spa charge if 25euro! Sadly the spa was always empty!! If the charge was more reasonable we would have paid. Overall a lovely hotel.

Everything is great overall. Good food, service and entertainment. There are few areas to improve on: 1) Increase the availabilities to book a la carte restaurant. (E.g. steak restaurant was only available on Tuesday and Friday. There was no availability when we tried to book on the arrival day already) 2) Rental equipments was old and we can't use it to play tennis properly.

We've just got back from a great family holiday at the Palladium Resort & Spa Sicily. We chose to stay at the hotel each day and enjoy the sun, pool with the children rather than venture out and the resort offered us a good mix of both relaxing by the pool and extra activities for the children. The kids club and area was great for our youngest and our eldest also enjoyed a few hours there making the most of the art supplies. If you would like to eat at one of the other restaurants on site you do need to be quick to book on arrival. However we found the buffet restaurant worked well for us with the children and with a different themed night each evening we didn't feel we missed out not eating at the other venues. Thank you to all the staff for being happy as well as helpful. The holiday was just what we needed and we would highly recommend the resort !!

The hotel was nice but it was all inclusive and the food was pretty mediocre. They have a la carte restaurant but they were always all booked. It’s not close to very much so getting other flog nearby is very hard. It’s also very much a hotel for little kids and every night they played the minion movie outside (to no audience) so we got to hear the same movie over and over. Views from the hotel and the hotel pool were great.

It’s a very large hotel, which I was aware of in advance. The pools are nice but not heated. The beach is unusable due to it being totally rocky. If you like all inclusive, it’s nice. I’ll look for a smaller place next time. Not a complaint, just a preference.

Le complexe hôtelier est très beau et le personnel au petit soin, très sympa et serviable. Les animations sont super et les spectacles le soir sont à faire !! Bravo à toute l’équipe La nourriture est bonne, bien qu’un peu répétitive. Le système de réservation des restaurants à la carte est compréhensible mais dur de trouver une place ! Les bungalow sont bien pensés et fonctionnels, le ménage est impeccable ! Dommage juste que l’on entende un peu trop les voisins. Nous avons passés un super séjour à ne rien faire et pour cela, l’hôtel remplit parfaitement la mission ! Le fait d avoir des serviettes propres pour la psicine est appréciable et l accès direct à la mer aussi avec des couchés de soleil splendides sont à ne pas manquer. Tout la clientèle est hyper sympa, ambiance familiale, où on peut laisser ses affaires en toute tranquillité. Nous reviendrons sûrement ! Un service (meme payant) de transfer depuis l aéroport serait le bienvenue !

We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium. Normally I do not stay at such big hotels with an all inclusive offer. But I changed my mind. We travelled with a little kid and it was great. I did not expect the food to be that authentic and delicious. There was a huge offer and great variety. The rooms were cozy and clean. And the staff was really kind. So as a person who normally prefers smaller hotels and organizing everything by herself, I have to say, I would always come back. I can totally recommend Grand Palladium.

The property is clean and the grounds are well maintained. It was beautiful all around and there are many paved paths to walk around the whole property. The staff was very polite, professional, and accommodating. The quality of the prepared food wasn't good in my opinion, but I think that may be because I'm American and have different taste in food. We stayed in a suite which was very comfortable and clean, loved the included mini-bar and provided 3 bottled waters daily. Overall I was very happy with our stay and will likely return!

The resort is beautiful and clean. The staff is amazing! The only negative is the beach. The beach is full of rocks and is not easy to walk. If you’re a beach person, it’s not the best.

We tried booking at the Alacart restaurants our first day and nothing available, very unfortunate. Also our patio smelled like cat urine, so bad you couldn’t sit outside. Every day cat prints on our outside patio furniture. Overall the property was well maintained.

Photos do not properly display the size of the rooms, the “deluxe bungalow” is small for something that’s considered “deluxe”. The ac is terrible. A few staff members are truly miserable and unkind. The dining area also has roaches and the concern is not taken very seriously. I had requested a refund due to this issue and was denied by the resort. This resort is a poor example of an “all-inclusive.”, if you’ve been to all-inclusive before then this one will really have you confused.

The main evening entertainment was awful, tbe pianist in reception bar was good but there was an overwhelming smell of drains in this area. Access to spa circuit expensive for what is there and the time you get, also no ice bath. Vegetarian food labelling confusing as some said they contained fish, would have liked to have seen some healthy breakfast drinks; smoothies/fresh juices. Signature guests get priority, which can be frustrating when you are queuing for the restaurant. There restrictions on what is included in the All Inclusive. Based on this I do not feel it is value for money.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au Grand Palladium. Le personnel est très gentil et l’hébergement est très propre. Bon wifi également. 2 petits points plus négatifs: - les chambres sont pas très bien isolées au niveau du son, on entendait beaucoup ce qui se passait à l’extérieur quand nous étions dans la chambre. - sur les 10 jours du séjour, on a seulement 1 jour où nous avons eu un refill d’eau sans qu’on le demande. Pourtant, on nous avait mentionné qu’il y aurait de l’eau qui serait remise à chaque jour. Ce ne fut malheureusement pas le cas. Sinon, nous avons beaucoup aimé et il y avait plein d’activités disponibles!

The walls are super thin… very noisy resort… if you want to sleep in or get any rest during the day or before 2am forget it… food is pretty good… good luck making a reservation at the nicer restaurants unless you upgrade to $60/day… here’s the kicker you have to upgrade for a minimum of 3 days… not exactly all inclusive as advertised. I’d definitely go with a adults only resort in the future where kids aren’t slamming doors constantly

Fikk først tildelt et rom hvor jeg var plaget av muselort på verandaen og en veldig hard seng. Etter en natt der, og flere henvendelser i resepsjonen fikk jeg et nytt og Fantastisk flott rom med nydelig utsikt over bassengområdet og vakker soloppgang. God hjelp fra Catherina som kom med forslag til steder jeg burde besøke under mitt opphold. Roberto som jobbet i restaurantene, foreslo retter og gode viner til. Området er veldig flott. Hotellet ligger avsides til, på landet. Ca 4 km å gå til jernbanestasjonen. Ingen butikker i nærheten, kun en inne på hotellet. Flott for familier og par. Rent og ryddig. Imøtekommende og hjelpsomme folk. Hyggelige mennesker overalt. Variert mat i buffetrestauranten. Litt mange ledd for først å sjekke inn romnummer, tildeling av bord, og bestilling av drikkevarer. Det virket unødvendig og stressende og uoversiktlig for de som jobbet i restauranten. De burde konsentrert seg om å rydde vekk, dekket på og ta i mot bestillinger. Ved bassenget var folk tidlig ute og okkuperte solsenger med håndklær. De tok gjerne ikke i bruk solsengene før langt på dag, etter både utflukter og lunsj. Her burde det overholdes å fjerne håndklær slik som det sto på plakaten, og ikke gitt ut nye håndklær uten å levere inn lapp. Vet ikke hvordan det var ved de andre bassengene, da jeg kun brukte signatur level bassenget de gangene jeg lå ved bassenget. The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort.

Photos do not properly display the size of the rooms, the “deluxe bungalow” is small for something that’s considered “deluxe”. The ac is terrible. A few staff members are truly miserable and unkind. The dining area also has roaches and the concern is not taken very seriously. I had requested a refund due to this issue and was denied by the resort. This resort is a poor example of an “all-inclusive.”, if you’ve been to all-inclusive before then this one will really have you confused.

Stayed for 5 days for my husbands 40th. The staff were incredible and very accommodating. Room was ready for an early check in and they allowed us to stay in the room later for no extra charge. We were given complimentary cake and Prosecco for my husbands birthday and the staff sung happy birthday to him at dinner! The food was amazing with so much variety especially the a la carte restaurants! Really really enjoyed our stay - thank you!

Le complexe hôtelier est très beau et le personnel au petit soin, très sympa et serviable. Les animations sont super et les spectacles le soir sont à faire !! Bravo à toute l’équipe La nourriture est bonne, bien qu’un peu répétitive. Le système de réservation des restaurants à la carte est compréhensible mais dur de trouver une place ! Les bungalow sont bien pensés et fonctionnels, le ménage est impeccable ! Dommage juste que l’on entende un peu trop les voisins. Nous avons passés un super séjour à ne rien faire et pour cela, l’hôtel remplit parfaitement la mission ! Le fait d avoir des serviettes propres pour la psicine est appréciable et l accès direct à la mer aussi avec des couchés de soleil splendides sont à ne pas manquer. Tout la clientèle est hyper sympa, ambiance familiale, où on peut laisser ses affaires en toute tranquillité. Nous reviendrons sûrement ! Un service (meme payant) de transfer depuis l aéroport serait le bienvenue !

The hotel property was great for families and group of friends. It is an all inclusive resort and you don’t have to worry about paying for drinks, snacks or where to eat. All you have to do is reserve your restaurant of choice. There’s a sports bar open until 2am for late drinks and bar food. Multiple adult pools and a Kids Club for them to play and enjoy their own area. The rooms were cleaned everyday and everyone was pleasant and very helpful. Only about 12-15min from Cefalú! A beautiful coastal little city in Sicily but a bit busy for us and it was fun to go back to our resort and enjoy the amenities and beautiful views.

Perfect for a relaxing all-inclusive short break. We were there in October and the pool areas, which are lovely, were still busy. There is access to the sea though the beach itself is quite stony. The buffet food at the resort is good quality and provided enough variety during the three days we were there that we didn't feel the need to book one of the a la carte restaurants. The hotel offers a bus trip to Cefalu and the town is most definitely worth visiting - you will ant to spend longer than the bus times suggest!

The main evening entertainment was awful, tbe pianist in reception bar was good but there was an overwhelming smell of drains in this area. Access to spa circuit expensive for what is there and the time you get, also no ice bath. Vegetarian food labelling confusing as some said they contained fish, would have liked to have seen some healthy breakfast drinks; smoothies/fresh juices. Signature guests get priority, which can be frustrating when you are queuing for the restaurant. There restrictions on what is included in the All Inclusive. Det virket unødvendig og stressende og uoversiktlig for de som jobbet i restauranten. De burde konsentrert seg om å rydde vekk, dekket på og ta i mot bestillinger. Ved bassenget var folk tidlig ute og okkuperte solsenger med håndklær. De tok gjerne ikke i bruk solsengene før langt på dag, etter både utflukter og lunsj. The hotel was nice but it was all inclusive and the food was pretty mediocre. They have a la carte restaurant but they were always all booked. It’s not close to very much so getting other flog nearby is very hard. It’s also very much a hotel for little kids and every night they played the minion movie outside (to no audience) so we got to hear the same movie over and over. Views from the hotel and the hotel pool were great.

The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort.

Eigentlich hätte das Hotel eine 5-Sterne-Bewertung verdient, aber der Service und die Qualität in den À-la-carte-Restaurants (Chang Thai und El Dorado) hat das ansonsten erfreuliche Erlebnis getrübt. Nichtsdestotrotz würden wir das Grand Palladium Sicilia weiterempfehlen - nur halt mit dem Hinweis, dass man auf das Essengehen verzichten sollte, um nicht enttäuscht zu werden.

We had wonderful service and the food was varied enough in the buffet restaurant. The bookable restaurants are amazing and we highly recommend the Thai. The beach was clean and comfortable and the pools are welcoming with enough space to sit and relax. The only downside is the two hour spa charge if 25euro! Sadly the spa was always empty!! If the charge was more reasonable we would have paid. Overall a lovely hotel.

I did not like that in 1 week we could not get into the a la carte restaurants. Very misleading that there are 5 restaurants to dine…actually only buffets were available all week.

Dining options extremely limited. Although multiple insite restaurants are advertised they are not open every night, they can’t be booked in advance but only when you check in. We request reservations immediately upon checking in to find every restaurant was fully booked and only the buffet was open. The buffet was extremely poor and we had to upgrade to be able to get on a waiting list for the restaurants.

This was our 2nd time at this fabulous resort. The Signature Level is so worth the extra money. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurants and Buffet was so good and there were plenty of food choices. I would definitely go back a 3rd time!!!!

The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing. The staff were lovely and pleasant. Dinner timings and options were limited. We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building Food was okay.

We had an amazing time at Grand Palladium. Normally I do not stay at such big hotels with an all inclusive offer. But I changed my mind. We travelled with a little kid and it was great. I did not expect the food to be that authentic and delicious. There was a huge offer and great variety. The rooms were cozy and clean. And the staff was really kind. So as a person who normally prefers smaller hotels and organizing everything by herself, I have to say, I would always come back. I can totally recommend Grand Palladium.
