Great scenery! View is fantastic, Villa not so good, no English TV Channels, no fridge in the room, no restaurants or cafe around. Every taxi to go down the mountains charge $60 to $70. Stayed 1 night to the 3 night books. No refund allow, no flexibility, I will not recommen this Hotel Villa La Malva

Everything about Villa La Malva was excellent except the location If you are in witness protection this is the perfect place Remote, out of the way and quiet Only issue is there is no public transportation available, except taxi Added an expense of aprox 50 euro each way. However the staff, the room the breakfast and dinner are all 5 star if you are looking to be close to the action this is not the place however if you want a nice quiet romantic place this is a Great place

I enjoyed the Tuscan style dining experience at this property. However we were bombarded with mosquitoes in our room during sleep hours and there was no reception readily available to address any issues.

It was a disconnect between Travelocity and the hotel about the room reserved. The hotel provided a room that was an economy type instead of a standard as reserved and would not change for reasons that they were fully booked even though I thought they were not. The hotel is far away from Florence and to reach you will need a car. The hotel is the only thing worth to see in town and the only restaurant available. The food was good but expensive.
