We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. As soon as we entered the room, we found a significant number of earwigs and other insects throughout the room, including in the corners, along the walls, and even among the bed linens. The room also felt poorly maintained and was well below our expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall standard. The insect problem was so severe that we did not feel comfortable staying in the room. We checked out approximately 20 minutes after arrival and had to find alternative accommodation at our own expense. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience. We have also contacted the hotel regarding compensation for the unusable room but have not received any response

The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel was further from the main train station than ai thought. Being from the states I didn’t realize that there were 2 stations in Strasbourg. The room itself was so cute and quaint. The beds were comfortable, that bathroom was nice. The room was small so it was a little challenge with our luggage to open them up but it worked out. It was on the pricier side for being away from the markets and the center.

Initially the family room we rented was not cleaned, beds were still from previous guests. From the friendly staff we immediately received excuses and 2 double rooms next to each other as replacement.
