Génial ! Un accueil au top, des chambres agréables, une top piscine, des boissons et friandises mises à disposition et un espace jeux intérieur ( billard, flipper, babyfoot etc...) et extérieur (pétanque). Pas le temps de s'ennuyer ici!

Achei o hotel meio sujo, carpetes mal limpos, o quarto tinha o vaso sanitário num local do quarto separado e fechado sem ventilação, o que gera mal cheiro, quando cheguei, achei que tinha cheiro de urina. Chuveiro com pouca agua . Roupa de cama boa e colchão bom. Café da manha muito bom. Café e agua a vontade na recepção.

nous avons reçu notre chambre à 15h pour commencé , la chambre étais pas propre a plus de 15h , drap sale ,cheveux dans la douche … de plus la piscine infect n’a jamais été nettoyé , l eau est trouble tellement quel est sale , piscine cassé que tout les rebord dangereux pour les enfants , hôtel insalubre . Je ne recommande pas , on a l impression d être dans un 2 étoiles . A plus de 40 degrés ne pas nettoyer une piscine c est honteux , petit déjeuner vive le surgeler .

Room dirty in bathroom with hairs in bath tub. AC not giving cold so night time temp 22 degrees despite AC on full. Good parking and night/evening staff friendly but morning staff less so. Beware that they say dog friendly but only one dog per room which is not mentioned on hotels.com policies or overview. They gave exception however so all good. A night club next door which played excellent music so we enjoyed a concert on the balcony.

O atendimento foi muito legal com quase todos, destaque para a simpatia da Sirikon na recepção. A limpeza deixa a desejar, o carpete do corredor está horrível. No quarto passam alguma espécie de óleo muito fedido. As amenities não têm um cheiro bom - o que soa particularmente cruel quando se está na Provence. Deram-nos uma falsa upgrade para um quarto com janela para a estrada, no qual tínhamos uma vista feia e sem privacidade alguma. Os quartos do fundo devem ser mais charmosos. O café da manhã é razoável, mas sem nenhuma variação. Ah, fujam do "drink de boas-vindas", é tão horrível que os fará perder o gosto pela vida (seria melhor embutirem mais 20 euros na diária de uma vez e darem-nos a ilusão de um drink decente). Vale pensar no "Happy Corner", com água, café e croissants de cortesia, esse é um acerto do hotel. É uma opção para quem está de carro, aí o hotel fica acessível a todos os lugares - Cassis, Gorges du Verdon e a própria Aix-En-Provence.

La chambre est très bien, mais une fois dans le lit, il y a plusieurs points négatifs : les oreillers sont trop plats, le lit trop dur, et surtout, le mur de la tête de lit vibre. Je pense qu’il y a une turbine ou une hélice de ventilation qui fonctionne en continu, et quand vous êtes allongé, vous n’entendez que ça ! Le bruit est encore plus fort dans les toilettes. Bref, je n’ai pas beaucoup dormi, alors évitez la chambre 311 ! Merci au femmes de ménage pour le réveil avec les coups d’aspirateur dans les portes à 8:00 🙄

Bon hôtel. Très propre et bien aménagé. Les installations sont modernes comme la décoration. Petit dej assez court. À 10h il n’y a vraiment plus rien. La zone autour est vide mais le prix est ajusté en conséquence.
