Hotel was ideally located with just a 15 minute walk into town. The rooms were spacious and the shower was excellent (walk in) the bed was big and comfortable and the rooms were well soundproofed. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The staff were very polite and friendly although they could do with employing a few extra.the pool was good but more umbrellas needed. I would definitely stay again

Modern clean rooms. Good location near the Jas de Bouffan, short bus ride to city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool is fantastic (but too deep for kids).

Despite arriving in the dawn, the staff were friendly and helpful with check-in. However, due to difficulties communicating in English, I almost had to pay a new room fee because they didn't recognize my already booked two nights at check-in. However, the staff member on duty in the morning confirmed this, and thankfully, I was able to stay without any additional charges. They apologized for our room change to us and thank them for their kindness. The family room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. However, the toilet was broken, perhaps because it wasn't used much, and it took all morning to fix it. The dryer was also broken, but it couldn't be fixed. However, the friendly repairman didn't give up on the toilet and fixed it, allowing us to enjoy our stay comfortably. While I appreciate the staff's kindness, I wish the family room had been improved, so I couldn't give it a perfect 5 stars.
