Modern clean rooms. Good location near the Jas de Bouffan, short bus ride to city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool is fantastic (but too deep for kids).

Despite arriving in the dawn, the staff were friendly and helpful with check-in. However, due to difficulties communicating in English, I almost had to pay a new room fee because they didn't recognize my already booked two nights at check-in. However, the staff member on duty in the morning confirmed this, and thankfully, I was able to stay without any additional charges. They apologized for our room change to us and thank them for their kindness. The family room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. However, the toilet was broken, perhaps because it wasn't used much, and it took all morning to fix it. The dryer was also broken, but it couldn't be fixed. However, the friendly repairman didn't give up on the toilet and fixed it, allowing us to enjoy our stay comfortably. While I appreciate the staff's kindness, I wish the family room had been improved, so I couldn't give it a perfect 5 stars.

Are you looking for a grand spa hotel? Well keep looking. Are you looking a hotel to go exploring from? Well you’ve found this gem. The rooms are clean, the staff is bilingual and very helpful. The morning breakfast is very good. The parking garage is a bit tight.
