Hôtel en réfection depuis plusieurs mois. La chambre était borgne avec une fenêtre occultée par les travaux. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas . Très décevant, j'avais déjà réservé dans cet hôtel le mois dernier avec les mêmes problèmes. Je ne reviendrai plus et je déconseille.

Ok hotell til en grei pris med super beliggenhet i Aix. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Det er ekstra betaling for daglig renhold, noe som kan være verdt å merke seg om man skal bo i flere dager. Vi hadde bare to netter og hadde ikke behov for ekstra renhold, men dersom vi skulle vært det flere dager måtte vi nok hatt mer renhold. Vi hadde en leilighet som var begrenset utstyrt. Vi lagde ikke mat selv, noe enkel matlaging hadde vært mulig, men det var ikke mye utstyr på kjøkkenet. Hotellets parkeringsgarasje lå under bakken og var, som alle franske garasjer, veldig trang. Men vi kom oss både inn og ut med vår forholdsvis store bil/SUV.

The hotel is covered in scaffolding (Jan 25) so hard to see and parking nearby was impossible until we found Carnot public parking. This gives a free stay period and from there you can find the hotel on foot, sort out hotel parking and move the car to it.

Ce que j’ai préféré c’est la gentillesse des jeunes femmes à l’accueil, vraiment désireuses de rendre service et de renseigner au mieux. Ce que j’ai moins aimé c’est qu’il y a un parking trop petit ( 40 places pour 140 chambres environ), donc on est pas sûr d’avoir une place. La chambre était également dans un état moyen ( trou dans le mur, problème au niveau de la douche, coussins oubliés). L’ensemble reste tout à fait convenable.

Séjour moyen, réception à l'accueil moyenne, chambre pas à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles annoncés. Table qui bouge et ébréchée, drap du dessous qui part car mal mis, assise du wc qui bouge, absence de distributeur de papier WC car a été arraché, vaisselle vraiment au minimum, bref très déçus par rapport à un précédent séjour. L'indication du parking mériterait une meilleure signalétique.

Arrivée TRÈS DIFFICILE car aucun panneau n'indique l''établissement. L'entrée du parking n'est visible qu'une fois arrivé à pied près du site. L'entrée principale ne se trouve qu'en cherchant à côté d'une pharmacie !

My recent stay at Odalys City Aix en Provence L'Atrium was nothing short of a disappointment. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was evident that this was not the experience I had hoped for. Common Areas: The first impression was far from pleasant. The common areas of the hotel were shockingly filthy. The lobby, which should set the tone for the entire stay, was dimly lit and had a musty odor. The floors appeared to have been neglected for a long time, with dirt and stains that made you question the last time they were cleaned. It was an unwelcoming introduction to the hotel. Sleeping Rooms: If the common areas were bad, the sleeping rooms were even worse. Upon entering my room, I was met with a stifling smell. The carpets were stained, the walls showed signs of water damage, and the overall cleanliness was severely lacking. The bed linens were questionable at best, and I had serious doubts about their cleanliness. The bathroom was equally disappointing, with mold in the corners and a showerhead that barely produced a trickle of water. Overall, my stay at Odalys City Aix en Provence L'Atrium was a regrettable experience. I had expected a comfortable and clean environment, but what I found was quite the opposite. The common areas were filthy, and the sleeping rooms were even worse. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and I urge potential guests to consider alternative accommodations in Aix-en-Provence. Hygiène terrible : les sanitaires n'ont pas été nettoyés avant notre arrivée. Nous avons trouvés les toilettes pleine de projections, le lavabo avec des traces de dentifrice. Et la seule réponse qu'on nous a donnée est de faire une réclamation au site sur lequel on a réservé et ne nettoyer par nous mêmes. Les wc communs derrière la reception étaient dans un état lamentable également.

Mais les chambres sont un peu vétustes, surtout la douche, présence de cheveux par terre, de dépôt dans la cuvettes des toilettes, poubelles cassées, lampe de chevet tordue. Mérite un ménage plus approfondi et de changement de certains mobiliers.

Points which could be addressed, make sure towels, etc for a third guest are provided and supply tea towels and washing liquid for cleaning dishes in the kitchenette.

Rooms were modern and clean, separate lounge with large sofa bed that is bigger than the double bed in the bedroom. Expensive breakfast that is not value for money. There is a lovely cafe around the corner. I feel the reception staff in the afternoon are students and don't really care about customer service for example the air-con was weak in the bedroom and I notified reception but they did nothing to fix the issue or change our rooms. Also we asked about parking on Sunday and they try to push their own parking at 14 euros per day when there was free parking on the streets nearby. The staff did not tell us about this and were pushing their own expensive car parking. Also a warning everything extra in this hotel costs e.g. extra towels. I don't recommend this hotel unless you are really stuck and can't find anything in the old town.

O quarto é espaçoso, limpo, a cozinha possui tudo o que precisa, tem geladeira , frigobar e lava-louça. O hotel fica próximo a supermercado, cafés e restaurantes é bem próximo ao centro. recepcionista agradável e solicito, passamos uma estadia muito boa, recomendo.

J’ai passé 2 nuits ici pour participer aux WSOP-C qui se déroulaient au pasino. J’ai mis seulement 20lin à pieds. Le studio était hyper confortable et propre. Le personnel super sympa. Bref rien à redire !

The place is filthy. Used towel on the rack not being cleaned. The sofa bed was not set up for the third guest even we registered for 3 persons. When I asked the front desk, he asked me to do it myself! Very disappointing. The attitude of staff member was arrogant.

Appart'Hôtel bien placé : pas trop près ni trop loin du centre-ville, dans une magnifique ancienne caserne. 2 supérettes à proximité, ouvertes jusqu'à 21h (très pratique quand on rentre tard). Personnel d'accueil très sympa et à l'écoute de vos besoins. Appartement propre et bien agencé.

Rooms were modern and clean, separate lounge with large sofa bed that is bigger than the double bed in the bedroom. Expensive breakfast that is not value for money. There is a lovely cafe around the corner. I feel the reception staff in the afternoon are students and don't really care about customer service for example the air-con was weak in the bedroom and I notified reception but they did nothing to fix the issue or change our rooms. Also we asked about parking on Sunday and they try to push their own parking at 14 euros per day when there was free parking on the streets nearby. The staff did not tell us about this and were pushing their own expensive car parking. Also a warning everything extra in this hotel costs e.g. extra towels. I don't recommend this hotel unless you are really stuck and can't find anything in the old town.

The hotel room was clean and had very comfortable beds. There was a bit of confusion with the check in, as a new staff member gave us a room that hadn’t been cleaned. The hotel is covered in scaffolding (Jan 25) so hard to see and parking nearby was impossible until we found Carnot public parking. This gives a free stay period and from there you can find the hotel on foot, sort out hotel parking and move the car to it.

Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room, but some areas looking tired (kitchen tap and loo seat both wobbly, door runner loose, fascia missing from fridge). Great location for accessing the old town, very quiet and felt safe as a solo traveller.

Sejour agreable d une nuit pour raison professionnelles. Odalys l atrium est bien situé, a 2 pas du centre ville, appartement sympa, un oeu sombre, spacieux, tres bonne literie, personnel tres sympa et a l ecoute. Resto en bas. Pdj buffet bien.

Les personnes à l' accueil sont professionnelles et très agréable. La propreté de l' appartement et des parties communes rien à redire. Alors le gros point négatif le service des petits déjeuners...nous étions trois personnes, nous nous sommes présentées àmvers 9h. Il restait 2 pains au chocolat, des ramequins vides, probablement fromage blanc ? Et ?!? 1 yaourt...la machine à jus de fruits, un ne fonctionne pas, au une indication, on a essayé...par contre personnel présent, accoudé au comptoir de la salle, 3 personnes, portant les couleurs Odalys. A aucun moment elles sont intervenues. Leur discussion personnelle plus attrayantes que l'attention aux clients, sauf pour le numéro de chambre, parfois demandé plusieurs fois. Contrôlez avec la vidéo surveillance mes dires. Bref pour un café ça fait très cher le prix du petit dej ! Et quelle image pour les clients. Ah d'autres clients sont arrivés par la suite, ils ont du faire le même constat. C'est la première fois que j' écris un commentaire, mais nous avons l'expérience de nos nombreux déplacements et là franchement...quelle honte. Je n'attends aucun retour, mais triste constat. Nos prochains séjours se feront ailleurs sur Aix.

Bella location, avevamo un appartamento con 2 televisori, cucina, che si affaccia sul cortile, molto silenzioso, nonostante fine settembre, faceva abbastanza caldo, da tenere le finestre aperte durante la notte, ma qualche presa non funzionava, vicino al letto,e non c’era neanche la portalampada, ma c’era una buona colazione abbondante, sia salato che dolce, e poi vicino al centro, torneremo di sicuro 😍

This has been the worst place I have ever stayed the Ethan being in a 3rd country! I had to change apartments because the first one was leaking water from the sink. The place was very dirty. The 2nd studio was better but also dirty! There was no air conditioning and I asked for a fan. I had to bring the fan up by myself. No one helped me. The staff at the desk were accommodating. That was the only saving grace! How can Expedia showcase a place like this?

The front deck was very helpful, helped me with my baggage and to change room. The windows were so dirty, you couldn’t see out and new room windows extremely clean however lots of acclumalated dust on bathroom pipes. Other wise clean an efficient kitchen
