The front deck was very helpful, helped me with my baggage and to change room. The windows were so dirty, you couldn’t see out and new room windows extremely clean however lots of acclumalated dust on bathroom pipes. Other wise clean an efficient kitchen

Disgusting room that stunk of sewage gas. We were told by the front desk they knew it was a problem and would give us room spray and otherwise would not help, offer another room or give a refund despite the room being uninhabitable.

Friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Spacious room, but some areas looking tired (kitchen tap and loo seat both wobbly, door runner loose, fascia missing from fridge). Great location for accessing the old town, very quiet and felt safe as a solo traveller.
