Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town Arles, within walking distance to the Van Gogh Center, Amphitheater, numerous restaurants and shops. Courteous, friendly staff. On-site breakfast is convenient because many local cafes did not open until much later in the morning. Our room with 2 twins was spacious, beds were comfortable, location is quiet. Just FYI, no elevator, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was terrific although the airconditioning was a bit noisy. Note that there is no elevator nor is there a guest self laundry in this hotel. It is a charming building built in the 1600s with nicely renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds. We didn’t try the breakfast and the coffee was a push button type so also didn’t try. As it is located down a dark, and not well travelled road I wouldn’t have wanted to stay there as a single person but my adult daughter and I managed fine.we were steps from the Roman amphitheatre and ruins. Near to the Saturday market and loads of coffee and other shops and restaurants. Be prepared for lots of stairs. I find if you book through an app such as this we always end up on the top floor and this meant 72 steps to our room! The clerk kindly carried my suitcase up and down. At my age I can’t do that.

We had a top floor room that had a good view of the roof tops. The room and bed were excellent and the bathroom was roomy and modern. A square with restaurants and shops was 50 yards away. The only issue during the stay was we had no help carrying our luggage up four flights of stairs.

Très joli Hotel, très agréable mais il faut signaler qu’il est dans le centre-ville inaccessible en voiture. Et par ailleurs peu commode pour des gens qui ont du mal à se déplacer

Had I planned better, I would have stayed longer as the photo-extavaganza that is Recontre d'Arles was due to start over the weekend that I had booked. The room was spacious and properly cleaned. The hotel still makes some adjustments following the effects of Covid 19. The hotel has ample lounge space should it be needed with an overall quiet ambiance. The hotel is within easy reach of the two oldest of Arles's attractions - the Roman Arena and separate Ampitheatre. I would be quite happy to stay again should I return to Arles

LIKE: the bathroom was clean and large. The room was roomy and bright. It had a safe. The air conditioning worked well and there was a heater in the bathroom. DISLIKED: it had two single beds instead of a double. The sounds from the street could be heard very clearly, especially when the hotel clerk stood under our window to smoke and speak loudly on his cell or to hold a lengthly conversation with another worker. We slept well. The most important thing. We were in the extension across the street.

The bed was just ok and there was hardly any storage for clothes etc. we stayed in room 3 so maybe other rooms were better, but we had friends staying in another room and they also didn’t have much storage either. Loved Arles, but would stay somewhere else next time.

Charming old building near the Amphitheatre (as you'd expect). Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room on ground floor. Only problem was lack of storage: a short hanging rail but no drawers or cupboards, which would have been awkward if we'd been staying for longer than two nights. We stayed in “The Belvedere” 74 steps up and above the top floor. The view and the space are worth the climb. The room is simple, tasteful , and spacious. The spiral stair between the main room is a bit challenging at night but the feeling of the exposed wood and stone give a nice “Old World” feeling.

Excellent location. Warm reception (but hard-sell on breakfast, which we declined). Frosty check-out (perhaps connected to the above). Wonky toilet plunger-tap. No safe in room. A comfortable hotel but with some uneven floors (a trip hazard, but to be expected in a very old building).

Our room was on the third floor. No elevator so plan on traveling lightly. Not a problem for us but request a lower room if you have mobility issues. The staff was helpful with advoce on what to do in Arles. Breakfast was worth the cost and not to be missed.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Old Town Arles, within walking distance to the Van Gogh Center, Amphitheater, numerous restaurants and shops. Courteous, friendly staff. On-site breakfast is convenient because many local cafes did not open until much later in the morning. Our room with 2 twins was spacious, beds were comfortable, location is quiet. Just FYI, no elevator, but I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Need to park in the public lot and bring your ticket for a reduced rate. GPS will not work to find the hotel. Need to GPS to the parking lot. Great hotel, great location. Would stay here again.

The room was terrific although the airconditioning was a bit noisy. Note that there is no elevator nor is there a guest self laundry in this hotel. It is a charming building built in the 1600s with nicely renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds. We didn’t try the breakfast and the coffee was a push button type so also didn’t try. As it is located down a dark, and not well travelled road I wouldn’t have wanted to stay there as a single person but my adult daughter and I managed fine.we were steps from the Roman amphitheatre and ruins. Near to the Saturday market and loads of coffee and other shops and restaurants. Be prepared for lots of stairs. I find if you book through an app such as this we always end up on the top floor and this meant 72 steps to our room! The clerk kindly carried my suitcase up and down. At my age I can’t do that.

The Room was very big with a nice little sitting area. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the old city, a block from the "Bull Ring". It is near several Roman historical sites, which can be visited on foot in one afternoon. The hotel is a 10 minutes walking distance, from the train station. It is just a great boutique hotel for visiting Arles!

This hotel had a great location, right near the arena, theatre and various plazas. We had breakfast there one morning and it was wonderful! It has air conditioning and on some of the warm days, that comes in handy.

Charming old building near the Amphitheatre (as you'd expect). Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room on ground floor. Only problem was lack of storage: a short hanging rail but no drawers or cupboards, which would have been awkward if we'd been staying for longer than two nights. Good breakfast with particularly good coffee.

Wegen der guten Lage, direkt im Stadtzentrum, wählten wir diese Unterkunft. Das Zimmer ist ansprechend, das Bett bequem, jedoch muss man mit einem kleinen Zimmer und Bad zurecht kommen. Treppen steigen zum Zimmer darf kein Problem sein. Der Empfang war sehr schlicht, nur das Nötigste. Das Frühstück gibt für einen Aufpreis von 13 Euro/Person auch nichts her. Kaffee eher schlecht wie recht, Konzentrat-Saft, Kein Käse, keine Wurst und das in Frankreich. Gastfreundschaft ist etwas anderes! Nicht empfehlenswert! Darum mussten wir nach einer Nacht in eine andere Unterkunft umziehen.

Our room was on the third floor. No elevator so plan on traveling lightly. Not a problem for us but request a lower room if you have mobility issues. The staff was helpful with advoce on what to do in Arles. Breakfast was worth the cost and not to be missed.

Great location. Several restaurants short walking distance. And the Amphitheatre. And the hospital where Van Gogh stayed. There's no elevator, but the owner carried my bag to the 2nd floor.

Good strategic location. Overall stay pleasant for a three stars hotel. I have been upgraded to a large suite due to some inconvenience to drive my car to the hotel. Few matters to be considered: if you have large car do not attempt to to drive there unless you have full written guidance info and your GPS is working properly. Parking to the city main place is preferable. Only five minutes walking to the hotel. Better to book suites at the first floor if you are carrying large suitcase (no assistance from the hotel to carry your bag).
