Nous sommes arrivés à 14h pour specifier que nous voulions payer directement à l'hôtel et ne pas être débité de la carte ayant servi à la réservation. On nous explique qu'ils ne prennent pas d'espèces et que la carte c'est le mieux! Première nuit compliquée nous étions réveillés par les ronflements du voisin(0 isolations). Nous partons le matin vers 9h et à notre retour aux environs de 19h la chambre n'avait pas été faite ! Obligé de réclamé au moins de quoi se laver! Pour s'excuser on nous offre tout de même le petit déjeuner.

The room was fine for what I paid for it. The three major dings were the mattress - without a doubt the lumpiest hotel mattress I've ever slept on; the showerhead was so high that when it was turned on all that got wet was the top of my head; and the only bus line that ran near the hotel only came by once per hour. But if you have a car, aren't too picky about your showers as long as there's good pressure and the water is hot and don't need a smooth mattress then it's a perfectly fine place to stay.

Ancien hôteliers restaurateurs, nous avons eu une très bonne surprise avec Kyriad. Une amabilité et un professionnalisme sans pareil des 2 réceptionnistes présents ; une chambre propre et apparemment refait à neuf récemment avec une jolie déco ; lit avec un bon matelas ; multi-prises en nombres ; douche sans problème d'eau chaude comme on en retrouve dans beaucoup d'hôtels ; petit-déjeuners copieux pour le prix etc... Vraiment génial à ce prix là !!!

Habiacion pequeña y baño muy pequeño. Pero es lo que se espera en hoteles de esa categoría. Cama cómoda y baño limpio. Desayuno muy muy escaso. Personal recepción agradable.

As mentioned in our message from the 30th of July, 2026, we actually DID NOT STAY in the hotel: we took the room and had to check out a few minutes after, as ithere was a smell in the room especially and around in the hotel that made us quite uncomfortable. While the room was well rated on your website (8.2/10), it was well below average standards, and we had to book another room somewhere, handed back the keys at 6.30 pm and left without sleeping there. It should also be noted that getting there and away, as we did not have a car, was quite impractical as the hotel is in a commercial and industrial area some distance out of the city center.

Not really good. The carpet was full of grey human hair, the roof had water spots and the bathroom was super tiny. Not recommendable

The room was very clean and sufficient for a two-night stay. The location in relation to city center could be better but it is very accessible by buses and brief walk. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Thank you. Martink
