Perfect location and great decor. The rooms were very noisy though (internal noise from rooms above/next door - could hear every step, shower, chain flush), and disappointing that car couldnt remain in car park after checkout despite hacing paid for 2 full days (we requestwd 2 hrs and car park was entirely empty throughout)

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable rooms. Parking is very limited and 20Euro so dont forget to book. The hotel is conveniently located with many Bars and restaurants nearby and close to the beach

Excelente opcion para alojarse. Para utilizar el parking conviene hacer reserva anticipada porque solo conseguimos lugar para una noche. Y el parking alternativo esta a 6 cuadras. El hotel es lindisimo, bien ubicado con un desayuno riquisimo

Booked last minute for an overnight in Biarritz and it was excellent All staff were amazing, the outdoor bar is a lovely setting, our room was brand new, bed was super comfy & shower was excellent. Also in a perfect location, right in the centre of town without being noisy. Couldn’t fault it in any way and will definitely return!

Nice boutique hotel in a good location. Older hotel so rooms are quite small; and for some reason the toilet is very low which makes it very uncomfortable. Fresh complimentary croissants in the lobby for guests, which was a nice touch.

Great hotel in great location - everything was a 10-20 minute walk away in any direction. Great staff. Basic breakfast offering but very good. The beach towels and basket were an unexpected bonus. One of the reasons I booked here was because of other people's reviews mentioning the air conditioning - they were not kidding - my husband was very happy in the arctic chill!

Amazing Hotel. Excellent Staff, very pleasant check-in at Reception, who provided us with some maps and local recommendations for food, drinks and activities. Excellent Room. Great air conditioning. Really (really) great. Have the room as cold as you like (important in summer months). Very nice scenic views looking out at the Coast, and the Lighthouse (in the distance). Very quiet. (we were on the 3rd floor, facing the sea). Excellent Breakfast options. Great selection, very convenient, with both indoor and outdoor/gardening seating. Excellent location. Nice, scenic walk from the Hôtel St-Julien to La Grande Plage, takes about 10 mins. Plenty of places to stop along the way for a coffee, drink, or something to eat (N.30 Cantine Urbaine, The Miremont, etc.). Rue Gambetta, Rue des Halles, all very close by. Lots of nice touches. They will lend you a beach basket/bag, with a beach towel and "beach pillow", and if you like it, you can purchase them at reception. The room was very cozy and spacious! We had 4 large suitcases and we were able to open all of them at the same time😊😊😊 the room is very clean, front desk was very friendly and very cute!😂😂😂 but really would stay in this hotel again and highly recommend because it’s very well located

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay for one-night here. The check-in was super quick and friendly. I booked a carpark ahead of time via the Expedia message system and it was sorted instantly. The hotel is very well set up with all that you need for a great time in Biarritz. Our sea-view room was stunning, loved all the little details. Especially enjoyed the afternoon tea time with delicious coffee and baked treats. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we look forward to booking again soon.

Unfortunately the hotel management was quite inflexible in assisting with an unintended and erroneous duplicate reservation that was made in the same name/time. They charged for both reservations and made no effort to accommodate me as customer, in fact, a repeat customer. Highly disappointed.

Cozy, nicely designed and perfectly located hotel. The real gem is the service - extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. They really made our stay perfect. Attention to small details such as giving us a room facing the backyard as we mentioned in our reservation that we’re tired parents who look forward for a good sleep :-) I highly recommend staying I this hotel.

This is a lively hotel in Biarritz. It’s just above the old port area, a short walk to everything we wanted to see. Me and my partner had a wonderful stay for one-night here. The check-in was super quick and friendly. I booked a carpark ahead of time via the Expedia message system and it was sorted instantly. The hotel is very well set up with all that you need for a great time in Biarritz. Our sea-view room was stunning, loved all the little details. Especially enjoyed the afternoon tea time with delicious coffee and baked treats. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we look forward to booking again soon.

This is a very nice small hotel. The staff was super-friendly, the location is just a short walk from the town center and slightly longer to the beach, our room was spacious, clean, and had great A/C, and the neighborhood was mellow and quiet.

This hotel is in a great location for walking the old downtown and access to the beaches, shopping district and cafes. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Definitely include the breakfast if you stay as it was an outstanding continental spread. If I'm back in Biarritz, I'm staying here again.

The hotel is very stylish and beautiful garden and common areas. The staff were very helpful and polite. However, room was noisy, and the shower got all the floor wet in the bathroom. Breakfast was limited, with one of the worse scrambled eggs I've had, and very few healthy options (i.e. only sugary cereal, full falt milk and yogourt)

Amazing Hotel. Excellent Staff, very pleasant check-in at Reception, who provided us with some maps and local recommendations for food, drinks and activities. Excellent Room. Great air conditioning. Really (really) great. Have the room as cold as you like (important in summer months). Very nice scenic views looking out at the Coast, and the Lighthouse (in the distance). Very quiet. (we were on the 3rd floor, facing the sea). Excellent Breakfast options. Great selection, very convenient, with both indoor and outdoor/gardening seating. Excellent location. Nice, scenic walk from the Hôtel St-Julien to La Grande Plage, takes about 10 mins. Plenty of places to stop along the way for a coffee, drink, or something to eat (N.30 Cantine Urbaine, The Miremont, etc.). Rue Gambetta, Rue des Halles, all very close by. Lots of nice touches. They will lend you a beach basket/bag, with a beach towel and "beach pillow", and if you like it, you can purchase them at reception. In Summary, a very professional, friendly, top-quality, boutique hotel, with great amenities, staff, and decor.

Highly recommend this lovely hotel! The staff are incredibly welcoming and kind, outstanding service. The hotel itself is both charming, characterful and comfortable with the a great location and superb rooms. The breakfast is also well worth staying for.
