I loved the hotel and location. The room was nice and clean. I was not very happy with the staff when it came to helping with parking information. We arrived at about 9pm after driving for about 10 hours and the gentleman at the reception said that the parking was completely full. I asked him where we could park and he did not know. Finally, we were lucky enough to find parking on the street which was free until 9am. He stated that parking was free from 9-10am. After that we needed to put money in the meter. Next morning a female was in the reception area and I asked her if there was any parking available since many people leave early, she also said no. I asked her about parking and she said she did not know you would think that the hotel would know where to refer their clients if they do not have parking. Finally, we found parking on our own, very inexpensive and around the corner from the hotel. The parking that we had used the previous night not only they charged for the 9-10am parking but they were asking for 35 euros for 2.5 hours. Ridiculous!

The parking was excellent for the motorbikes and 4 went in one space. Receptionist was excellent. My room was good. Two friends had triangular rooms which were a bit small. An easy walk to town.

This hotel is only a short walk from Grande Plage but in a nice quiet location. We were there in a heatwave but the air conditioning kept us cool and comfortable. A selection of teas were provided in the room. Good restaurants nearby.

The hotel is charming and located in an excellent part of town, with transit to the airport just outside the door. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the hotel is very clean. The staff is lovely!! Silvie at the front desk was always warm, friendly and very helpful!!! There are nearby restaurants and a nice bakery, but the central part of town is just a short walk! The WiFi worked well. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Nice room with a balacony. Close to the seafront. Excellent air con, good shower. No fridge which would have been handy and breakfast didn't have a lot of options, no gluten free bread but did say could order. Decent hotel, would stay again.

- Room had very poor insulation and it felt like the hallway was part of your room, which is less ideal for a good night's sleep. Door was very thin. - very small room. It fits a bed and that it. - nowhere near place your luggage, towels or jackets. - a bit off the center + Room and bathrooms was clean upon arrival. + friendly receptionist + breakfast better than many other 2/3-star hotels.

The moment we arrived, the lady on reception was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful, and this level of service continued from all staff until we checked out. Great decor throughout the hotel and it was very conveniently located so we could walk to restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel bien situado, fácil aparcar cerca y gratis por la tarde y por la noche. Habitación amplia, cama cómoda, pero almohada incómoda (esto es muy subjetivo) y solo edredón. En verano, con calor, hay que poner sábana aparte. Falta nevera en la habitación. El aire iba bien. Me hicieron mal la factura y me remiten a la web de reserva, pero la web tampoco me la hace. El desayuno, caro para lo ofrecido. Personal muy amable.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious. Parking is difficult; however, the staff readily assisted me to secure parking nearby. Very relaxing!

The only good of this hotel is the proximity to grande plage only a 5 minutes walk. The location to the beach and city centre. Aldo. The bus statiin is next to it so it is convenient for sb who wants to tranfer from Gare de Biarritz and airport. The rooms are old, small and definitely need renovation especially the bathroom. Old and in need of renovation. Totally disappointed.
