The check in staff was passive aggressive. We paid a good amount for a crib that the staff couldn’t install even though we had to wait for someone until 10 pm, who said the crib wasn’t working. The next day the cleaning ladies intalled it but we already had to sleep with a tornado toddler in our bed. The AC never worked and it was melting. The technician said it had been turned off for the winter but it was still summer and 28 degrees! We do not recommend that hotel.

A superbly located hotel a short distance from town centre and all the beaches. A warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist who went out of her way to help with directions and suggestions of where to eat etc . Our room was comfortable and well equipped with extras including bottled water. An iron and ironing board too. I would not hesitate to recommend on the basis of location and value for money. Not a 5 star hotel but from our experience a very good base for a visit to Biarritz. I would not hesitate to return. On our stay we used a nearby underground car park at Place Eugine which is a short walk from the hotel.
