L'accueil est super ! Un personnel côté hôtel et côté restaurant à l'écoute et agréable. La partie accueil est agréable avec le salon à l'entrée, La partie restaurant l'est aussi avec un buffet renouvelé. Déçue par la chambre qui dégage une impression de vétusté, la moquette mériterait un bon nettoyage ou carrément d'être changée. L'hôtel est calme et j'y ai bien dormi 2 nuits d'affilée. Le quartier est hôtelier, proche du salon des expositions, je m'attendais à quelque chose de plus touristique en bordure du lac.
