The service by the desk people were great. The bread choices in the breakfast was fantastic. The four-graon break was a hit. The room service by KLEA was excellent. The breakfast team was and reception were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is at a walking distance from the Saint-Jean train station when you can buses and the tramwayto the city center. They offer oarking for $15 euros per day. The outside is safe but does not like it. Plenty of road work outside is an issue. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux.

A la réservation sur hôtels.com il n a jamais été précisé que le parking était payant (13 eur/nuit)et la chambre était trop petite. Heureusement que l on a bénéficié d'une nuit offerte car le prix affiché est bien trop cher par rapport à la chambre. Sans oublier l environnement ou il n y avait que des grues et des travaux. Pas très romantique tout ça. Sinon petit dej correct.

Hotel próximo da gare, 5 min a pé. Certifique-se do endereço, a região possui vários outros íbis. A região apesar de segura não transmite essa sensação, assim como alguns pontos da cidade. Hotel pecou na limpeza.. chegar no quarto e achar cabelos embaixo do travesseiro é muito ruim. Recepção extremamente cordial. Estação de “tram” próxima. Não utilizei estacionamento.

Overall okay, but the walls in the room were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Especially behind the desk and suitcase bench. Disgusting. Room was extremely tight, had to squeeze by furniture. Had some confusion at checkin with breakfast, I thought they told me breakfast was included but they charged my 13.90 per day. Apparently they were asking if I wanted breakfast included. Be careful with this. Location is good for the train, but you need to take the tram into the city centre (which is easy)

Good, clean rooms. Comfortable beds and good accessable area for the rest of Bordeaux. The area did not feel particularly safe, however we had no issues. The staff were incredibly helpful!

Nous sommes ravis de notre nuit dans cet hôtel. L'accueil est professionnel et bienveillant, la chambre propre, spacieuse et calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la démarche environnementale de cet hôtel tant au niveau du tri et de la valorisation des déchets que du copieux petit déjeuner proposant les aliments en vrac. Nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage !

Great stay, really quiet at night but air con wasn’t the best and we were bitten by mosquito multiple times during the night. We had to kill three during our stay and could find other remnants of dead mosquitos on the walls and ceiling

Très bel hôtel. Bien situé proche de la gare et des transports pour rejoindre rapidement le centre ville. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est d’excellente qualité. La chambre est juste un peu petite. Je note aussi une très bonne isolation sonore de la chambre notamment vis à vis de l’extérieur qui donne sur un axe très fréquenté.

J’étais dans une chambre bruyante à proximité de la porte de garage. Celle-ci s’ouvrait et se fermait toutes les 2 minutes. Lorsque j’en ai parlé à la réception, ils m’ont tout de suite proposé une autre chambre disponible. N’étant pas de même standing, ils m’ont offert le petit déjeuner du lendemain. Le personnel était très attentif, proactif et agréable. Merci à elles. Cela devient rare. J’y reviendrai volontiers.

De todos os IBIS, nos quais me hospedei, esse de Bordeaux foi o melhor. A gentileza e atenção dos funcionários, fizeram toda a diferença. Torci o meu pé no dia da minha chegada e eles me ofereceram compressa de gelo, cuidados e é um esmero especial. Nos ajudaram com orientações detalhadas sobre o deslocamento pela cidade, enfim, saí encantada o atendimento de todos. Com certeza iria recomendá-lo para meus familiares e amigos.

De todos os IBIS, nos quais me hospedei, esse de Bordeaux foi o melhor. A gentileza e atenção dos funcionários, fizeram toda a diferença. Nice place, located near the train station Saint Jean. My stay at this property was a mixed bag. I had concerns about the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom. Most of the staff I encountered were helpful and professional. However, I encountered one older male staff member who was very rude and disrespectful. The breakfast offered by this property was very extensive and worth the cost.

Nous sommes ravis de notre nuit dans cet hôtel. L'accueil est professionnel et bienveillant, la chambre propre, spacieuse et calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la démarche environnementale de cet hôtel tant au niveau du tri et de la valorisation des déchets que du copieux petit déjeuner proposant les aliments en vrac. Nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage !

Très bel hôtel. Bien situé proche de la gare et des transports pour rejoindre rapidement le centre ville. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est d’excellente qualité. La chambre est juste un peu petite. Je note aussi une très bonne isolation sonore de la chambre notamment vis à vis de l’extérieur qui donne sur un axe très fréquenté.

The service by the desk people were great. The bread choices in the breakfast was fantastic. The four-graon break was a hit. The room service by KLEA was excellent. The breakfast team was and reception were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is at a walking distance from the Saint-Jean train station when you can buses and the tramwayto the city center. They offer oarking for $15 euros per day. The outside is safe but does not like it. Plenty of road work outside is an issue. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux.

Notre séjour à cet Ibis nous a plu. Nous sommes restés pour un nuit (décidé un peu le dernier minute) et la localisation était pratique pour nous pour prendre le train le lendemain. Nous avons également profité du petit-déjeuner qui a été proposé, il y a eu plein de choix (céréales, pain, fruit, œufs, pancakes, etc). J’ai toujours un bon expérience chez Ibis. Par contre je crois plus qu’un nuit aurait dû être compliqué étant donné que l’hôtel est très proche aux voies ferrées et également la vue de notre chambre tombée sur des rues principales. Donc si cela vous dérange, il vaut mieux chercher ailleurs. Sinon, je recommande vivement cet Ibis car il est pas trop cher, pratique et la qualité de notre expérience à l’hôtel et avec l’équipe, selon moi, ont été super !

I stayed here for 6 nights from 12th to 18th May 2026. The hotel was clean and the room had everything that i required,...it was convenient for the tramway and the main railway station, both about 5 mins walk away. The staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful with everything, and for that i can't thank them all enough ! Very well done everybody ! I plan to return to Bordeaux in the near future and i would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel for my stay. Merci beaucoup,..........Alun - Cardiff - Pays de Galles.

Nice place, located near the train station Saint Jean.
