We chose this hotel because it had parking underground. But the parking was so tight and the entrance/exit was so steep, both times we used it there were several cars trying to leave and cars coming in at the same time. The room was very small, the space between the foot of the bed and the wall was almost too tight for any luggage to be placed on the far side of the room. There was mold in the bathroom around the tub. We asked for towels (they had only 2 body towels, no hand towels or washcloths). They replied they would bring but never did. The included breakfast was very nice. A good variety of breads, eggs, bacon, meats and cheeses. It was a 4 minute walk to the cathedral, and very convenient, 10 minutes to old town.

Good location for exploring the city (on the edge of the historic district so it has the benefit of AC). Good sized rooms (for a European city) with adequate amenities and good bistro. Breakfast good (though crowded on Sunday peak times). Staff very helpful.

Excellent staff at reception. Rooms fine. Very convenient. Service staff using the guest lifts before check-out time causes a log jam with very long waits , but besides that, all good.

Easy walk to the cathedral, tram A to the airport and several busses nearby. Close to the library. Noise because it was next to the fire fighters station. They offer a free drink per person at the bar if you forego the room cleaning. We took advantage of that, included wine or a beer, quite nice. The barman was also really nice to our 2 and 4 years old. The breakfast was nice, but mobbed, the poor staff had a hard time keeping up with the supplies. We were allowed to check out 1h late, which was appreciated.

水回りが古く、気になる方は別のところをお勧めでします。また、ランドリー施設があるという記載がありますが、ホテルには無いため、近くのコインランドリーを使うしかないです。 バス、路面電車の乗り場には近いので、古さが気にならない方は観光の拠点としておすすめです。

I recently stayed at this hotel and booked their most basic room, as I’ve done many times with Ibis hotels. Unfortunately, this time the experience fell short. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke (or something very similar), despite the hotel being non‑smoking. In the bathroom, there were several hairs left behind from a previous guest—on the walls, in the shower, and on the floor. When I raised this with the receptionist and showed photos, she was extremely helpful and immediately upgraded me to another room. The upgraded room felt like it belonged to a completely different hotel: clean, fresh-smelling, and far better maintained. I was genuinely grateful for the quick support. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding the basic rooms and opting for an upgraded one—the difference in cleanliness and overall quality is significant. On the positive side, all reception staff were friendly and approachable throughout my stay. The location is excellent: just a short walk to Bordeaux Cathedral, with two late‑opening supermarkets across the road and a tram stop offering a direct, easy link to the airport. Dans l'ensemble c'était un bon séjour. On reviendra. Mais si il faut vraiment être honnête (dans le but d'améliorer la prestation...) le lit était mal fait, il y avait plein de tache sur la porte des WC et le support de la pomme de douche ne tenait pas. Merci de ne pas mettre ce commentaire en ligne, ce n'est pas le but. C'est vraiment pour vous. Mais nous reviendrons car nous sommes contentes de l'hôtel et du rapport qualité prix.

Convenient location. Room is small and difficult to fit two large suitcases. We asked for two extra pillows the first night, but the second night they took them away. Never understood why. Also, there were used plates and glasses on two trays outside the elevators. They were left there for a whole day and the staff did not remove them.

Accueil impeccable, chambre petite mais pratique. Petit déjeuner super bien et varié. Idéale pour séjour visite de Bordeaux (pas loin à pieds du centre historique de Bordeaux). Présence d'un parking privé pour l'hôtel. Le parking coûte 0.90€/ heure. Mais très apprécié car il n'est pas forcément évident de ce parker en ville. En effet, la ville privilégie les transports de mobilités douces ( vélos, trottinette, transport en commun) Petits bémols: déjà plus de savon dans la douche à notre arrivée, pied de la table était recouvert d'un liquide gras et le sofa semble ne pas être souvent déplacer pour l'entretien, au vue du nombre de déchets en dessous de ce dernier. Nous pensons donc qu'il faudrait sans doute donner un peu plus de temps au personnel d'entretien pour exécuté sa tâche correctement.

The pillows were not comfortable . There was a back up in shower whenever we use the bathroom sink so it was spurting dirty water but they did come and fix it as soon as we told them.. The room they gave us was too small for three people

the room was quite small, low ceilings and less than 50 cm between passage between wall and the bed. The room was also very hot, it wasn't possible to open the window and the air conditioning wasn't enough to take down the temperature. I recently stayed at this hotel and booked their most basic room, as I’ve done many times with Ibis hotels. Unfortunately, this time the experience fell short. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke (or something very similar), despite the hotel being non‑smoking. They offer a free drink per person at the bar if you forego the room cleaning. We took advantage of that, included wine or a beer, quite nice. The barman was also really nice to our 2 and 4 years old. The breakfast was nice, but mobbed, the poor staff had a hard time keeping up with the supplies. We were allowed to check out 1h late, which was appreciated.

The location is good, but unfortunately I think it's near the police station and the night we stay is a protest night, so it's very noisy with all the sirens. Everything is ok just abit disssapointed no electric kettle in the room.

Good location around 15 minutes walk from Place de La Bourse. The hotel is clean, comfortable and you know what you’re getting - it’s fine for the price. Parking an extra €20 euros but car park is secure and on site.

Breakfast is good, though no vegetables and limited hot meals available, but we easily found what to eat anyway.
