Les chambres sont bien équipées et propres. L’accueil est impeccable. Le coin bar semble cosy. La piscine en rooftop est vraiment top en plein centre ville. Des tables à disposition pour y manger une pizza ou tout autre « pique nique » vraiment sympa puisque l’hôtel ne dispose pas de restaurant. Seul bémol : parking très limité et aucun parking de libre à proximité en haute saison.

THE POOL IS CLOSED. The only reason we choose this hotel and the pool is closed. Our room was fine, everything worked except the fan (air conditioning) did nothing. It was unbelievably hot, hot, hot. Kept both windows open - even all night - which was very noisy. You can hear all the trains, station announcements and traffic. It's November, and we were so hot, we slept ontop of the sheets as our room was like a sauna. It's a lovely hotel and nicely decorated.

Repairs were going on & the swimming pool was out of use. Loud noises from the works during the daytime. The Room was fine , dated decoration. Outside by Cannes station was not a great area due to the beggars.

Our stay at this hotel was saved only by the location and breakfast. The location is excellently placed right behind the train station in the central Cannes. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast buffet was small but had varied choice (mostly continental with a small amount of hot food). However, we only found out the spa is closed indefinitely when at the hotel, and also found out that despite nil warning on their website the pool was also closed. This should not be advertised as a spa hotel and the pool seasonal availability dates should be clearly advertised. We did receive small amount for compensation for these disappointments but would only recommend this hotel if you are not planning on staying in the hotel much.

This hotel is great and is very good value for money. Super convenient for the train and bus station to explore the entire Côté d’Azur. No long walks back to the hotel after your journey and the option to do some sunbathing on the rooftop pool if you’re too tired to go to the beach. Bike rental and suitcase storage in the suitcase shop opposite the train station. Had a really nice massage at the spa facility next to the hotel. Bars, restaurants and shops galore. Hotel is cleaned daily and breakfast is good. Only complaint there wasn’t any bottles of wine to buy at the bar and it’s a bit inconvenient using the lift to buy drinks for the rooftop pool, a waiter service for drinks and snacks at the pool would make this hotel perfect.

The location was very convenient for train travel along the riviera coastline. The staff were very polite and friendly. The (plunge) pool was pleasant and loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. Good value for money and extremely comfortable.

Comfortable, clean and all we needed. Beds very comfy. Bathroom a bit small and lacks ventilation. Could do with a mirror in the room rather than kust in the bathroom and also more coat hooks etc, and places to hang towels/swimming costumes/wet coats. Pool a very nice extra.

Be VERY careful with housekeeping and where you leave your things. During our stay housekeeping threw away all of my medication which was left in the bathroom and also took a beach towel we brought from home. We didn’t get either back. The staff were extremely rude and hostile when confronted and attempted to blame us by saying it was “our word against theirs” and that our room was messy, when in fact the room has no storage - there are no drawers or closets, so you will have to live out of your suitcase. The bathroom is more of a 3 star standard. Housekeeping also will not replace anything (glasses, toiletries, etc.). The staff are miserable and do not want to help, they ruin the environment as you come and go from the hotel. They really need a training course in hospitality. The pool is extremely misleading from the photos, it is tiny and there is nothing around it. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is relatively clean and in a good location. Unfortunately we would not return due to the hostility from the staff, the poor housekeeping and the lack of trust that our things would be safe.

Erster Eindruck war mäßig, wurden beim Ankommen nicht sehr zuvorkommend empfangen (der erste Eindruck ist ja eigentlich wichtig, die Folgetage war das Personal aber durchweg freundlich) und das Parkhaus war voll. Aufzüge sehr klein & alt, Pool auf dem Dach eher schrecklich. Aber wurde dann mit der Zeit besser: Zimmer sehr ordentlich, Gemütliches Bett. Hervorzuheben ist die Top Lage direkt im Zentrum von Cannes und die hervorragende Reinigungsleistung des Zimmerpersonals - wirklich Top, die Unmittelbare Nähe zum Bahnhof hat man geräuschetechnisch nicht wahrgenommen.

I love the rooftop pool . I love the beds had the best sleep ever. The hotel is close to all the best restaurants , beach clubs and shopping Hermes , pep amazing place to stay. The entire staff is is wonderful. The hotel is super clean. The cleaning staff is the best . I love this hotel !

The staff were lovely and attentive however there were a lot of problems with the hotel and the room. There were many things missing, room slippers, any toiletry kits such as toothbrush and toothpaste , sewing kits etc. We had really bad bites around our body which looked like bed bug bites which is super concerning but I couldn’t confirm this so I don’t want to definitively say it was this but we couldn’t sleep one night due to extreme itching in bed. The location was very convenient and close to the train station and sea side area. The corridors were so dark and barely any light had an eerie feeling as well as the lift. There isn’t an individual iron in each room but rather an ironing room which is quite inconvenient. Phone inside the room was difficult to use and didn’t have clear instructions on how to get through to reception, I pressed every button but it didn’t go through.

Très bel établissement, une déco du bar et des salles de restaurant qui valent le détour. La suite est parfaite de par sa taille, la literie et sa salle de bain. Piscine sur le toit très sympa. Emplacement parfait pour aller se balader au centre de Cannes. Stationnement hors saison très facile du fait de la proximité des parkings et pour un coût de 21 euros par tranche de 24h00 donc très correct.

Nice quirky hotel close to the railway station and town. A few things didn’t work like plug to bath didn’t fit at all, room key didn’t always work either. But staff were really helpful in getting us a kettle instead of coffee machine, rooftop pool was nice and towels provided. Breakfast was €19.00 which we didn’t have.

A fabulous location with friendly reception staff. Unfortunately our room was a little run down in quality and across the hotel there were several things that were broken or not working. If you’re after a great pool and location and don’t mind too much about the quality of the room then this is good value.

Dishonest staff. We were downgraded to a smaller room as they didn't have rooms available but they did this without telling us and then when I confronted them initially they said we don't have options of bigger rooms and then when I showed them pictures he said we don't have and wouldn't even compensate is for the downgrade. Be VERY careful with housekeeping and where you leave your things. During our stay housekeeping threw away all of my medication which was left in the bathroom and also took a beach towel we brought from home. We didn’t get either back. The staff were extremely rude and hostile when confronted and attempted to blame us by saying it was “our word against theirs” and that our room was messy, when in fact the room has no storage - there are no drawers or closets, so you will have to live out of your suitcase. The bathroom is more of a 3 star standard. Housekeeping also will not replace anything (glasses, toiletries, etc.). The staff are miserable and do not want to help, they ruin the environment as you come and go from the hotel. They really need a training course in hospitality. This hotel’s star rating seriously needs to be reviewed. There was another guest complaining about fraud and he was right. The pool is exaggerated, it’s nothing. The rooms are clean. The front desk service is bad. The manager Arnaud was very rude and inhospitible and does not even acknowledge guests much less greet them. I checked out and ran away.

We had a great experience staying at the BW. The area was very safe , few minutes walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping plus la Croisette . The staff was very nice , polite and accommodating . We thank specifically Arnaud !! He accommodated us immediately though we arrived early . Our room was very nice and big with a balcony . We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Cannes

The hotel was okay But not a 4 star hotel for sure . The area was nice very close to the train station but the staff at the hotel very unfriendly we had issues with the coffee machine in the room one of our first priority was that the room advertised that it had expresso machine but what they don’t tell you is that the coffee capsules are only free in the first night and after that you have to pay for it we stayed 8 nights and we regret it even though after we complained about the coffee issue they decided give it for us because of the 8 nights

Had a lovely 2 night stay here as part of our holiday to the south of France. The receptionist was lovely (sorry can't remember his name) and he allowed us to check in early. Good location as very near the train station and not far to the old town and the main street with all the designer shops and beachfront restaurants. Nice pool on the rooftop - would have been nice to have had a rooftop bar too but overall thoroughly enjoyed and would return.

This hotel is great and is very good value for money. Super convenient for the train and bus station to explore the entire Côté d’Azur. No long walks back to the hotel after your journey and the option to do some sunbathing on the rooftop pool if you’re too tired to go to the beach. Bike rental and suitcase storage in the suitcase shop opposite the train station. Had a really nice massage at the spa facility next to the hotel. Bars, restaurants and shops galore. Hotel is cleaned daily and breakfast is good. Only complaint there wasn’t any bottles of wine to buy at the bar and it’s a bit inconvenient using the lift to buy drinks for the rooftop pool, a waiter service for drinks and snacks at the pool would make this hotel perfect.

Les chambres sont bien équipées et propres. L’accueil est impeccable. Le coin bar semble cosy. La piscine en rooftop est vraiment top en plein centre ville. Des tables à disposition pour y manger une pizza ou tout autre « pique nique » vraiment sympa puisque l’hôtel ne dispose pas de restaurant. Seul bémol : parking très limité et aucun parking de libre à proximité en haute saison.

Staff extremely helpful. Hotel is only a fairly short walk to the shops and beach via a couple of flights of steps near to the station. Breakfast very good. Home made cakes are superb, fresh orange juice machine extremely useful although bacon always undercooked. Nice room and nearby 2 lifts were no issue at all.

As someone who left and departed Canes by train this hotel was in an excellant location. Clean property with really nice rooms and aminites and loved the wet room shower. Lay out was confusing and roof top pool was hard to find and felt like playing a game show with doors to acccess. Once you climbed the spiral stairs to access the door to the pool area was stiff and difficult to open. The pool itself was underwhelming considering the adverts and sun beds were to close to pool edge so swimming was made even harder. Great roof top views though. Gym was really poor and needs to be expanded or better equipment added. Spa was expensive and charged the same price for half hour message as i can get at home for one hour. Rooms were not cleaned daily which i found disappointing during a two night stay and would have expected this for a premium hotel as it is marked. Overall a nice hotel in a great location but it falls down on the things that would make a genuine premuim experience

The hotel is not large at first glance but then you discover the spacious dining-room and terraces, and its character. The staff catered to our needs and were so polite and helpful. The swimming pool area is spotlessly clean and everything is in perfect condition. My daughter and I found the location excellent and we are excited to go back and stay at this hotel, at any opportunity.
