Bonne localisation. Cependant parking complet a notre arrivée et grosses difficultés à trouver une place en ville. Aimabilité limite de la personne de l'accueil. Et surtout gros point noir : chambre surchauffée et impossible de baisser la température. Résultat : mauvaise nuit pour tous les occupants de la chambre.

The place is not clean, the parking doesn't work, the elevators doesn't work on the parking for a 6 floor parking, is a disaster, the hotel is not clean, there is only one elevator, so you need to wait 5-10min,for real for going up and down. Price against quality is really bad

Difficile d'avoir un ascenseur rapidement ( il n'y en a qu'un pour tout l'immeuble). Pas ou peu de prises dans la chambre. L'accueil est irréprochable, nous avons été tres bien reçues, avec le sourire et dune grande gentillesse. La chambre est spacieuse. Literie de tres bonne qualité. Salle de bain spacieuse tres pratique le fait quil y ait 1 douche et une baignoire Petit coin cuisine très utile.

10 minutes walk away from the station, town centre and sea front. Underground parking available for 18 euros per night. Highly recommended. Would definitely return again.

Stanza confortevole e giusta per tre persone , due adulti ed un bambino di dieci anni, pulita e dotata di tutti i confort di qui abbiamo avuto bisogno. Grande il bagno doccia più vasca a parte, unico neo il water che è per conto suo emanava un po di cattivo odore! Unico neo della struttura, un solo ascensore sia per ospiti e personale, nelle ore di punta è troppo poco! Comunque soggiorno andato benissimo! Ci tornerei volentieri!

In close proximity to everything Cannes. Very walkable destination. Rooms were unique in decor and layout. Clean with fridge and microwave. Shower & toilet pressure was good. Underground parking was small and twisty but maneuverable. Breakfast was ample…but space to eat was tiny even though there was an outdoor sitting area

Well located. Family suite was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. The bath in the bathroom was not clean… long curly hair and dirt marks on the bath. The air conditionning was set to the maximum and it was still hot in the room.

Hôtel vieillot, bruyant, sale avec un TPE qui ne fonctionne pas correctement. J'ai passé à 20' à refuser de faire une pré-autorisation de carte après avoir fait un paiement en arrivant et leur TPE a buggé, je n'ai même pas eu de ticket... Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel. J'avais une suite, ultra-bruyant sur la route, l'abat-jour est tâché, la décoration est très vieillotte. Les seuls points positifs : une fontaine à eau à l'étage, la jeune fille de l'accueil est sympathique, souriante et il y a un parking sous l'hôtel.

Rom var greit men minimal plass. 4 personer og en stol Rommet var rent, men i gangene var det gamle Pizzaesker i stabler og stink av hurtigmat. Hyggelig betjening, men kunne ikke svare på hvor vi kunne gå og spise middag, om vi ønsket noe annet enn Pizza

I always stay at the Novotel hotels as I find their service excellent and their facilities excellent. The Novotel Suites was convenient and accessible to the beach and shopping centre and tourist attractions. The area was safe and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I would point out is that the corridors are really dark which I found strange. Other than this I was pleased staff were excellent , friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent and hotel clean.

Really nice room with a separate toilet room and sink. There was a bathtub and a separate good sized shower. There were 3 of us travelling including our 17 yr old daughter so the extra "getting ready" space was appreciated. The air conditioning didn't work very well. Super great staff that were so helpful all the time Convenient to walk or uber

Check in took 45 mins, as they were not able to find the 2nd room on my booking. Ended up having to share 1 room until we returned later that evening. Very inconvenient The 2nd day my room key didn't work and had to be reactivated. The rooms were very large and well equipped with comfortable bed. Good location within walking distance to town.

Check in took 45 mins, as they were not able to find the 2nd room on my booking. Ended up having to share 1 room until we returned later that evening. Very inconvenient The 2nd day my room key didn't work and had to be reactivated. The rooms were very large and well equipped with comfortable bed. Good location within walking distance to town.

I always stay at the Novotel hotels as I find their service excellent and their facilities excellent. The Novotel Suites was convenient and accessible to the beach and shopping centre and tourist attractions. The area was safe and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I would point out is that the corridors are really dark which I found strange. Other than this I was pleased staff were excellent , friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent and hotel clean.

Place was nice and clean. Great walking distance from everything. Took us about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Only thing I did not like was the dark hallways, needs better lighting.
