Everything was amazing the room and staff were so helpful! The breakfast in the morning was great! The have laundry facilities for free to guest. Staff members were so great in showing us how to get to the meter and which ones to take!!!!

Was traveling with my family (5 adults) and we were to be in Paris for 4 nights starting on New Year’s Eve. We had booked a place that appeared to have 4 beds in 2 rooms and pictures looked good. It wasn’t. It was horrible. So we scrambled on Hotels.com and found 2 suites at Fraser Suites La Défense. Thank god we did! Extremely helpful, warm, informed front desk welcome after a weary transfer. Had so much more to offer than the first place. Nice little kitchen with nespresso machine and pods, fridge, dishes, glasswear, silverware, cookware. My 30yr old daughter slept on the pullout bed and said it was quite comfortable. Laundry facilities onsite very efficient. Thank you Fraser Suites for saving our time in Paris!!

Todo está muy bien, solo que la entrada es difícil de localizar, para entrar al estacionamiento no hay señales y nos llevó un buen rato encontrarla, es una zona que no se me hace accesible en general

Nice hotel overall. We got a 2 bedroom suite for 2 adults and 3 kids. The bedrooms were TINY. We could not Keep our luggage in the rooms due to size. The living room area was nice size, roomy. My biggest complaint is the parking. You park your car in one spot and had to walk thru the courtyard to get to the hotel. At night this was sketchy as it was it light well. Also, restraint was only open for breakfast. I did like the convenience of having a washer and dryer. Also got a complimentary bottle of wine for booking with Expedia.

Court séjour à Paris, appart'hôtel avant tout pratique. Parking sous-terrain pour y laisser votre voiture (quand même 25€/nuit), un peu difficile à trouver, mais on s'en sort. Chambre spacieuse, très grand lit très confortable, insonorisation satisfaisante, propreté ok, sauf moquette tâchée et un peu fatiguée. J'ai eu une chambre assez sombre, qui donnait sur les balcons des voisins, ce qui peut être un peu pénible. Quartier globalement très calme, sans bruit la nuit, ce qui est bien. Station de métro à une minute, station de RER à dix minutes à pied, La Défense Arena à quinze minutes à pied.

Good location if using public transport. Extremely difficult to find if you are driving and do not know the area. It’s a one way direction so if past the street, have numerous turns and different roads to get back on track. Room was good but dated. Receptionist helpful.

We chose our 3-night stay here (1 Bed Deluxe Apartment) based on the high rating on Expedia but were disappointed about the quality of the place on several fronts which I have listed below. The location was convenient, next to a metro station, and walking distance to a Westfield shopping mall. However, this property was old and not clean and I would not categorise it as a 5-star, despite the friendliness of the staff. 1st, some areas weren't cleaned properly, there was hair in the bathtub and dust in the corners of the bathroom. 2nd, the toilet is separated from the bathroom but there is no sink in it! I do not even want to imagine how dirty the inner handle of this toilet unit is. How a toilet is allowed to have no sink for people to wash their hands is beyond comprehension for me. 3rd, the kitchen cleanliness was also disappointing - dirty cutlery drawer. We put everything in the dishwasher to realize that after the first load the soap was not dissolved! I have to state though that the fridge at least looked clean from the inside, but after the lack of cleanliness in other areas we had to wipe it clean from the inside. Fourthly, they put 2 baby cots for us when I gave our kids' ages (8 and 12)!

We were at the property for 3 nights. There were constant issues with water in the bathrooms with very low pressure to no water. The water stopped while we were taking showers etc. it was terrible. I reported this thrice but didn’t improve the situation. The sofa bed could not be used as it sagged in the middle. We had to sleep on one bed with three people. It was a nightmare. I reported twice but the issue was not resolved. The utensils in the kitchen were smelling bad. Reported but not resolved. We were out for the whole days, but when we were at the property, it was terrible. I need my refund back please. I made the request for a refund and they said that Expedia needs to file the case.

The property is horrible. We got stuck in the elevator and were not rescued for a while. We had kids in the elevator and there was no urgency. All the person kept saying is keep calm. Also, the day we checked in the room had stickers on the floor and the carpet was not cleaned it was dirty. Then our sink was clogged without us being there or using it. It took them a day and a half to send someone to unclog the bathroom sink. Also, room was not cleaned for two days along with taking out the garbage. I kept on informing the front desk and they took notes and that was about it. No one even said sorry or offered a credit for one night. I would not recommend anyone staying there. I am not sure how this facility has more than one star. Anyhow it is not a good place to stay. There were 2 employees there who were tremendous Carla and Edwin. The rest of the employees were not helpful or spoke English. The property has a lot to desire. I want my money back.

스탭들도 친절하고 숙소도 깨끗한편입니다. 걸어서 5분거리에 지하철역.편의점.커피숍등이 있어 매우 큰 장점입니다. 다만 관리가 부실한것이 눈에 거슬립니다. 욕조에 샤워커튼이 없어 바닥이 건식이지만 물이 튀고 바닥이 젖어 매번 물기를 닦아야 했습니다. 그래서인지 욕실 샤워기에 수압이 너무 약합니다.

I booked this place based on good reviews and pictures, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness was a major issue; the carpets in the room were very dirty with green spots all over—I'm not sure if it was mold or just stains, but it was quite off-putting. The smell in the apartment was also very strong and unpleasant. Additionally, the area felt unsafe, especially for families with kids. The entire place was filthy and old in a bad way, and the bathroom was extremely small. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I never stayed in La defense but will. This hotel was much like hotels in the US. If you need modern and space with a comfortable mattress- you will like this hotel. The staff was great as well. Carpet is tired, but whose isn’t in a world of hardwoods.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and were a family of 4 adults. The living room was large and spacious.. cupboards are large and in both bedrooms as well as 1 in the living room. The kitchenette is well appointed with an efficient coffe3 maker, large refrigerator and adequate pots, pans plates glasses etc The best feature is daily housekeeping, with fresh and adequate bath linen being replenished. The hotel is located next to a metro station the city accessible. Staff is friendly and helpful. The property does need some touch ups in the balcony and facade but overall well maintained

Tudo foi ótimo, quarto confortável e espaçoso, equipe extremamente educada, limpeza nota 10, comodidade, proximidade do metrô, não leva 3 min andando, Linha 1 para os principais pontos turísticos. Eles fornecem agua, leite e café diariamente. o sofá cama é enorme a sala espaçosa, cozinha completa.

We had high hopes for this property which claims to be rated five stars and as such set our expectations accordingly. Unfortunately there were a number of problems with the apartment, mainly due to lack of maintenance - this included noisy and ineffective air conditioning which lead to being very hot in the apartment; radiators stuck in on; doors and windows that don’t open or are very difficult to; toaster tripped the electrics; the to cabling had been damaged and not repaired and the general condition of the apartment is worn and in need or repairs. Additionally there is one toilet between 2/3 bedrooms and the design is very compact for six people with a separate toilet with no basin and having to walk around doors to get in and out of rooms.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at Fraser Suites Harmonie Paris La Défense from August 5 to August 8, 2025. I have stayed at this property six to seven times before without any issues, most recently just a week earlier, but this visit was unacceptable on every level. Upon arrival with my pregnant wife and three children after a long trip, we were met with extremely rude, dismissive, and openly discriminatory treatment from two reception staff, Paola and Fernanda. Their behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and showed no concern for our condition as tired guests. When I entered the room, I found that the air conditioning was not working (the room was hot), the kitchen window could not be opened due to a broken handle, and the bathroom door lock was broken — causing embarrassment for the whole family. I reported this to Paola and Fernanda, requesting repairs or a room change. They rudely told me to speak to the manager the next day and claimed there were no other rooms. The next day, the manager herself was equally rude and discriminatory. Even after I explained that I am a Fraser Suites member and frequent guest, she sided with the staff, told me no one could fix the problems, and that I had to stay in the same room. This stay was the worst experience I have ever had at Fraser Suites, combining poor service, discriminatory behavior, and complete disregard for guest comfort. I cannot recommend this property based on this unacceptable experience.

Bad behaviour at check in where we have been discriminated. A customer before us was asked to wait 30 minutes to get his room. We have been asked to come back in 3 hours. Lack of TV, when asked simply the answer was pathetique. You will have tv maybe next year. Of course, we never had TV and no compensation for this. Never come back!

The property is horrible. We got stuck in the elevator and were not rescued for a while. We had kids in the elevator and there was no urgency. All the person kept saying is keep calm. Also, the day we checked in the room had stickers on the floor and the carpet was not cleaned it was dirty. Then our sink was clogged without us being there or using it. It took them a day and a half to send someone to unclog the bathroom sink. Also, room was not cleaned for two days along with taking out the garbage. I kept on informing the front desk and they took notes and that was about it. No one even said sorry or offered a credit for one night. I would not recommend anyone staying there. I am not sure how this facility has more than one star. Anyhow it is not a good place to stay. There were 2 employees there who were tremendous Carla and Edwin. The rest of the employees were not helpful or spoke English. The property has a lot to desire. I want my money back.

Was traveling with my family (5 adults) and we were to be in Paris for 4 nights starting on New Year’s Eve. We had booked a place that appeared to have 4 beds in 2 rooms and pictures looked good. It wasn’t. It was horrible. So we scrambled on Hotels.com and found 2 suites at Fraser Suites La Défense. Thank god we did! Extremely helpful, warm, informed front desk welcome after a weary transfer. Had so much more to offer than the first place. The property is nicely located near the metro (subway) station allowing easy transportation to various parts of the city. It is in a very safe neighborhood with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Nice options like laundry and umbrellas to carry (which we did as it rained) made the stay very pleasant and comfortable.

Good location if using public transport. Extremely difficult to find if you are driving and do not know the area. It’s a one way direction so if past the street, have numerous turns and different roads to get back on track. Room was good but dated. Receptionist helpful.

Staff were amazing, was delayed getting to the Hotel, so had to check in during the night, the night staff were great, got us booked in quickly (1 minute) and said we could sort out the taxes in the morning. Visited Paris with 6 friends to attend the rugby at La Défense arena. Picked this hotel for closeness to the stadium (15 min walk) and the Métro station (2 mins). Very impressed with size, cleanliness and facilities in the suites. The choice and quality of the breakfast was also superb. All 7 of us said we would use Fraser Suites again if visiting La Défense Arena for any reason.

Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Nachtruhe auch für Landeier geeignet da gute schallisolierte Fenster. Metro vor der Haustür, die Linie führt direkt ins Zentrum bzw. Umsteige am Arc de Triumphe in viele Richtungen. Tiefgarage ist zwar teuer aber ich finde sie ist alternativlos. Normal Eng wie auch immer in Deutschland. Kleine Restaurantes (Burger, Pizza, Sushi, etc) eine Metro Station weiter Pont Neuilly mit bezahlbaren Preisen auch zum Mitnehmen. Leitungswasser gechlort, trinken möglich, nach einem Versuch habe ich lieber Wasser gekauft. Gefiltertes Leitungswasser kann man sich morgens beim Frühstück abfüllen lassen, haben uns bei Canefour (800m) günstiges Wasser gekauft. Paris war ein tolles Erlebnis.

Nice hotel overall. We got a 2 bedroom suite for 2 adults and 3 kids. The bedrooms were TINY. We could not Keep our luggage in the rooms due to size. The living room area was nice size, roomy. My biggest complaint is the parking. You park your car in one spot and had to walk thru the courtyard to get to the hotel. At night this was sketchy as it was it light well. Also, restraint was only open for breakfast. I did like the convenience of having a washer and dryer. Also got a complimentary bottle of wine for booking with Expedia.

Great location. Property is well maintained. Short walk to Metro line#1. You can reach all over Paris in very short time with Metro. Mr. Ruhul, front desk staff, provided wonderful services. He went above and beyond securing taxi services during very hot day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with reasonable prices.

I took my family with me to Paris. This location was convenient to train station and staff was great. Ruhul was friendly and went above and beyond in many occasions. From checking us in to getting us a van to the airport. He does his job great. Thank you!
