compared to other Hilton located on airport site ( i.e. heathrow), this hotel is of impossible access by feet with no indication from terminal area. this hotel has no shuttle either. pathetic. otherwise the facility itself is better quality than heathrow. service at restaurant is not efficient.

I was so upset. I booked Hilton specifically for the sauna. Asked if it would be on from 6AM as I was injured and need the use it. Reception confirmed. I go there at 8 and it was still cold and had not yet been switched on. Also, there were hair and someone else’s toothbrush in the room’s shower cabin. Very below what I thought a Hilton Hotel would offer… super disappointed when paying this price…

Bon accueil. Personnel chaleureux. Parking très pratique. Navette juste à côté. Donc idéalement situé. Restaurant: certains plats sont à revoir (les noms ne sont pas bons - ex parmi tant d'autres: tiramisu pour fraise à la chantilly). A revoir urgemment: les fontaines à eau à chaque étage. A l'étage 7, l'emplacement est sale et la fontaine rempli un verre en 7 minutes... OK de ne plus avoir de bouteilles en chambre, mais il faut pouvoir proposer une solution digne de ce nom.

Great location as it is close to the airport terminals, bus terminal, and other public transport to Paris. The hotel has a beautiful open lobby. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast has a wide area of choices. The staff is helpful and efficient. The executive lounge is relaxing with a wide array of drinks and snacks. If you are planning to use the metro from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Gare du Nord or vice versa, the cost is 13€ and is a walking distance from the hotel. I will be returning to this hotel on my next trip

The first room had a blocked sink, no hot water and low water pressure. The second room we got had a musty smell and had it changed for a third which had no smell but still had no hot water and low pressure. Not up to expected Hilton standards unfortunately. The Staff was wonderful, professional and courteous. My disappointment was with no hot water in the shower. There was hot water in the sink, but after a significant amount of time waiting, I gave up. Very unfortunate as I was between a long train ride and even longer flight the next day. It’s my first disappointing Hilton stay.

This was a very clean and prepared room. We didn’t have to ask for anything extra. It even had a blow dryer, which was great, because most don’t…and face clothes too. The staff were friendly and chatted with us. The concierge was very helpful with getting us to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Lovely hotel, kids were in awe when they walked in especially using the glass elevator! We stayed in a family suite with executive lounge access, the suite was absolutely huge and we were well impressed. Regarding newly renovated, i would question this as it was not newly renovated, maybe a new bed and wallpaper behind it but skirting were shabby and hall wall with service doors was definitely dated as was the bathroom. But overall it was clean and bed was so comfortable. We had no power in one side of the suite to any sockets and staff quickly fixed this late at night as we were only plugging in devices then and realised (simple fix of trip switch in fuse board but we had no acess to this) Phone also broken in same suite, wires loose in plug into wall, we informed reception on check out, it probably just got caught or pulled by accident at some stage. Breakfast was delicious and check out was quick and easy. Food at the bar and drinks are quite expensive but nice(cheapest bottle of red wine €47, pint of guinness €11, we got the soft drinks free from the executive lounge as soft drinks were €each) , kids didn't like the nuggets and mash as mash was sweet potato and nuggets were very dark in colour like brown meat used in them and very strong tasting. Took ages for staff to clear away dirty plates and cutlery etc. It was a quick stop over before our morning flight the next day and it was a lovely hotel that id recommend but just expensive to eat and drink in.

Good hotel for aviation fans, with rooms facing taxiways and runways. Windows need to be cleaner for that reason. Good breakfast buffet to plot out the day at. Typical room for hotel of this sort.

We enjoyed our stay other than the air conditioning did not work to a satisfactory level. The staff was friendly and the room was clean; however, the AC failed to reduce the temperature in the room at all. It was disappointing given that the reason we booked this hotel was because it had AC.

This is not your typical “French snobbery” from an American traveler review. We’ve traveled to Paris and other parts of France often and have stayed at very nice places with very nice service. As far as airport hotels go, this property is very nice, modern and spacious. Rooms are nice. Gym is adequate. Food quality is as good as most European breakfast buffets and lobby restaurants. However, I must warn other travelers as well as provide feedback for improvement of the staff to management - the service from the staff was quite subpar. Communication was poor as it was improperly communicated on the times of the breakfast buffet, guests are ignored even while standing right in front of staff, and answers are short to the point where it felt they were bothered by the staff. This is not a French thing - other places have outstanding hospitality. What is management doing that employees are this indifferent and unattentive?

Booked a room for 3 - knowing one would sleep on the pull out couch. Staff confirmed the groom for 3, upon arrival. Room only had 2 pillows on the main bed and 2 towels. 2 calls and 2 physical trips to the front desk requesting an additional pillow and towel. Continued to be told it would be delivered immediately- they never came. One slept without a pillow and showered with a hand towel.

Vastly understaffed. Barely enough staff to check guests in. Long lines. No service for guests in hotel. Refused to answer phones. Towels not provided to one of two rooms and took nearly two hours to get towels. Fraudulently claimed we ate restaurant meals and billed us for it though we ate absolutely nothing.

Start with positives. Family room was large and convenient location. I am appalled how terrible the service is. It took three calls and 2 hours in late evening for the staff to bring a missing pillow from the child bed. Food in the restaurant was overpriced and not very good. We left something behind, but have not been able to retrieve it. They won't even answer the queries. I can't comprehend how a place can operate like this.

Walking to the hotel from the airport terminal you have to walk through a dark section of the gardens, the small road is covered in bird excrement and was full of rats. My carryon was very dirty when we finally got to the hotel. Did not feel safe at all.

The property was under construction. I suspect the lobby will be beautiful once completed. Our room was fine for our one night stay. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. Lots of options. It is not obvious how to get to the hotel from the airport. It took us a while to figure out which train to take (it’s the one that goes to the parking garages!). The signs are not easy to follow. A shuttle driver, that we asked for help, confirmed that it was confusing to absolutely everyone! I don’t often order room service, but we arrived late to the hotel and we were hungry. There was a 5 euro surcharge on any item ordered for room service. That was half the cost of the item I wanted! I decided to go down to the restaurant and see if I could take something “to-go”. They wanted to charge me the surcharge for that as well. I talked them out of it, but why upset your guests with this type of cash grab. All-in-all it was a good but pricey stay close to the airport.

It felt like there were dozens and hundreds of rats outside the hotel. I saw so many around the trash bin. There were strong rat smell along the way you walked into the hotel. I had to hold my breathe for minutes. I would never come back again. Horrible place. The downstairs restaurant was also bad. Never ordered food there. We had the worst pasta there. I should have booked Sheraton inside terminal 2, which is more convenient.

It was only 28 degrees Fahrenheit, and I had little heat in my room. I asked if they could look at it - nothing was done. I also paid $29 for the breakfast buffet. I was there when they opened at 6AM because of an early flight. There were no eggs. I asked and they said, "omelets are extra!" EXTRA? After I paid $29? Will never stay here again. Rip-off.

Food and beverage service in the bar was pretty dismal— we felt as if we were wearing Invisibility Cloaks! Breakfast buffet was merely ok, with total self-service for everything, as the hostess was more interested in getting our room number than explaining that guests were on their own for everything! In most European hotels with buffets, staff serves coffee and other beverages and explains the buffet. Just trying to find a spoon for our yogurt was a challenge! Room lighting was very dim and desk lamp didn’t work at all. We actually had trouble seeing well enough to pack. Location if safe in bottom of closet with no light was not a winner.
