I got in late so needed to eat, the “restaurant “ is basically snacks not meals. Only pizza and snacks were available. Very disappointing. It was fine but I chose not to stop at a restaurant on the way because I thought the hotel had one. They should relabel it.

Super easy access to Charles de Gaulle terminals. Great vibe in the lobby with space for work, have a drink or dinner. Great déco. Easy automated check in/out but staff available to help.

Great location. Take the shuttle train to Terminal 3/Roissypole, and it's a five minute walk. Then it's a five minute walk to the train to central Paris which takes about a half hour. I never stay in Paris anymore. The rooms are very nice, quiet and comfortable, everything you need. Love the beds and the showers. Breakfast is very good. A word of caution would be to stick to the more popular items on the menu at dinner and avoid the more unusual choices which can cause problems.

There was no one to help at the restaurant on how to order. Everything is self service and we were unable to figure out how to order food at the restaurant from the app. There was no where to add the items we wanted to purchase. Finally we asked the bar tender and she said she could order for us! We wasted at least 39 minutes trying to order from the app and we are tech savvy.

Fast check-in, small room but well organized with funny all in one iPad controller for lights, music etc. Comfortable bed. Buffet open late and early. Very convenient for a night at the airport at reasonable price.

I love the CitizenM but they need to replace the iron in the ironing room. I stayed there back in September and the steam part was broken and when I went this month, it was still broken. It’s a small thing but a detail that I have not seen overlooked in other citizenm (Copenhagen) that I regularly stay at for work trips.

A somewhat convenient place on CDG Airport. Might be in walking distance from certain terminals, depending where you are arriving at. In my case, when flying into CDG, in the evening, being somewhat unfamiliar with the layout, and consulting Google Map, we ended up catching a taxi. Sometimes it is better paying for the convenience. A somewhat contemporary style hotel. You walk in, there is no traditional front desk, but you are greeted by staff in an open lobby area at some computer/kiosk area. You check in there, then are directed to the lifts to your room. Dining is in an open bar area in the open lobby. Other dining options outside the hotel seemed pretty limited. Staff speaks perfect English which was really helpful to me. So if you're looking for a close hotel on the airport, this might be a place for you. But carefully note which terminal you will be arriving at (or departing), and see how long of a walk it could be!

I checked in to this so called 4 stars hotel, and as a frequent traveler who is always in hotel, the first thing I do is flip the matters as you could know directly of the hotel is clean or dirty and of you don’t want to catch a disease of a bed bug, so i did that and you can see in the pictures how filthy and disgusting the mattresses were, of course it was hidden under a clean sheet but that is a filthy matters and no one should sleep on it. So I told reception about it so they changed the room twice for me and surprise surprise, three rooms have filthy disgusting mattresses and the pictures are from three different rooms. The redo toon guy told if you don’t want to stay we will refund you, and they will contact Expedia for the refund, so I wait for two days and I get an email from Expedia saying the hotel has rejected your refund request. Very professional of such dirty hotel , I didn’t stay in the room and I left the hotel and slept at the airport as I and an early flight and yet they want to charge me for the room.

Staff were great and the lobby is vibrant, but there is a reason why there are so many people in the lobby… there is no room in the rooms! This hotel has the smallest rooms I’ve ever seen. Might be fine for younger people who don’t care about having room to actually move around without bumping into each other. There’s actually a Squid Games feel to the hallways and rooms.

Be prepared for a very small room. A king size bed pushed up to the wall, which makes it difficult for getting in and out. Nice lounge area with a small menu of reasonably priced food Very convenient to the airport and a good place to stay for a single night

The hotel is clean. The staff are helpful and the room is quiet. This is a concept hotel and it is fun. The bed is awkward in that the person next to the window has to crawl in and out as there is only access from one side. The cover on the bed is not wide enough for two people to sleep comfortably as it is like a queen size on a king bed. Amenities are adequate for an enjoyable stay

The room was very small but sufficient for our stay of less than 12 hours. It was very clean. Close to CDG with a short walk. Easy check in and check out. Food was pretty good in the restaurant.

This hotel is clean and comfortable and has all the things that a great hotel should have. The difference here is the excellent staff! From the moment I was greeted, the staff helped me in every way they could. From assisting me with my giant luggage when I got there to calling a cab when I left. They anticipated my needs and made the perfect suggestions before I could ask. A special thank you to Sarah in the restaurant. I would come back to this hotel without hesitation.

We're shocked and disappointed by the complete lack of service from Citizen M Paris CDG Hotel. Despite our repeated attempts to contact them, they've ignored our calls and messages. As a result, we were left in the dark about how to get to the hotel from CDG terminal 2, and we ended up spending the night at the terminal. The Hotel.com chatbot was equally unhelpful. It's unacceptable that we're paying for a service that's not providing any support or assistance. We demand better from the hotel and Hotel.com.

Very convenient location within walking distance to terminal 3 and the train that goes between terminals. Rooms are compact but have all you need for a short stay. They show a bit of wear and tear but nothing critical, and they are very clean. The restaurant is a great thing to have and they have more than one vegan option on the menu, too! The tofu curry was delicious and reasonably priced at 15€.

Always a good option for a CDG layover… Walkable with the airport train shuttle, fully opaque blinds, comfy King beds, great breakfast buffet with lots of coffee/tea options and a friendly staff. Only frustration is that you can’t pay the lodging tax cash, everything is credit card.

This was an excellent stay for a quick night at the airport before an early flight the next morning. The breakfast was fantastic. The check-in process was super simple and all automated so there was no lineup for registering and getting our key. They were very friendly and helpful staff available if you got stuck.

This is a very cute hotel with king beds in every compact room. The design is very well thought out. The food and drinks were good ESPECIALLY the complimentary breakfast. Impressive. Hot shower with a rainfall showerhead. Nice, helpful staff and inviting common areas. I will recommend and return.

Excellent option for an overnight stay to catch a flight in the morning. The room is small but efficiently designed and the bed is large and comfortable. Be prepared to crawl over your partner to get out of bed but that’s not a huge issue. The staff was helpful and outgoing. The lobby was attractive and a good place to hang out if the room feels too small. Good food and not exorbitantly priced. It’s a 3 minute walk to Terminal 3 where you catch the airport shuttle train to other terminals. I would stay again.
