Novotel Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

Extrêmement bien placé terminal 3. Un très beau bar et un personnel dynamique et souriant.

Good, basic hotel very near the terminal 3 train stop. Easy access to all CDG terminals. We tried the restaurant Luiza in the hotel and it was OK. Not fine dining but servicable. Didnot try the breakfast.

Unfortunately the parking is not free like it was described in the hotel information

We stayed here 2 nights before our flight departed and it was well worth it. It was exactly what we needed- a clean place with a restaurant. It’s also a 10 minute train ride to Disney but note that it’s with the SNCF. We took advantage of that as well.

A very good option for CDG airport, right at the exit of T3 which is easily accessible by the train between terminals. It took me no more than 5 minutes to get from T2E to the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern, the room very comfortable, and the front desk staff very friendly, which for the standard of France is saying quite a lot. The only inconvenience is that at 10:30 pm there was nothing to eat as the restaurant was closed and there is no room service. Near T3, close to the hotel, there are also no options for eating. I consider it perfect for spending the night during a long layover. From the terminal exit, other hotels were visible but the walk was considerably longer, making the Novotel more convenient.”

Located inside the airport, you can get there by free shuttle subway. The rooms are clean. There is a play area for children in the restaurant, making it a comfortable environment. This hotel is recommended for families.

Hotel cerca del aeropuerto, pero no para ir andando. Cerca de la Terminal 3. Es un poco confuso conducir hasta allí y el parking por una noche es carísimo (30€).

Hôtel situé près du terminal 3 à CDG. Très bel accueil par Nicole et le check-in a été rapide. Chambre moderne et propre. Très bon service de la part des préposés au bar et au resto.

Restaurant, the bar, the excellent breakfast.

We stayed for one night as it was close to connect for our early morning flight the next day. Service was a bit average from reception and bar staff compared to other hotels we stayed at during out trip but comfortable enough for the convenience of the airport.

Very easy to reach from terminal 2E by the airport train, the service was very good through the whole visit, reception, bar, restaurant. The room was good and comfortable, the only problem was that the toilets and shower were not clean as should be. Breakfast was rich and started early in the morning.

We needed one night stay by the airport for our early flight. The hotel is very outdated. Room was dirty. Carpets were dirty. The smell in hallways, elevator and room was awful. Will never go to any Novotel ever again. Awful experience , we tried two different hotels at different times by Paris airport and both were so much better.

Quarto estava com o interruptor com defeito. No chekin atendente mentiu para nós pedindo o cartão de credito por segurança, mas na mesma hora nos cobrou o cafe da manhã que ja estava pago antecipadamente. E durante a estadia de 3 dias quarto nao foi limpo adequadamente. Pegamos esse hotel para ter uma experiência boa e foi bem ao contrário.

The rooms are not in good condition especially the bathroom - damaged sink, and some dirt around the joints. The floor is also carpet so not sure how clean it can be. Some water stains in the bedroom on the baseboard. On the positive note: The hotel lobby/restaurant look nice. Right in Terminal 3, very convenient location to take a flight.

Spent a night here before an early flight. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Would stay here again.

The rooms are stuffy and hot even in December. The windows do not open and the air con has been switched off centrally. Upon calling reception to ask for a fan at least was advised that it is cold in Paris!! Very uncomfortable night. The shower was run down with black mould. The location is good for the CDGVal but I would not recommend staying here at all.

514 should not be sold as a hotel room. The noise from the lift makes.it impossible to sleep

Room 315 smelled terrible. Aircon not working. Worst hotel experience ever

Check in was fine, however the room was awful. Weird smell from the hallway persisted in the room. The window had no handle and could not be opened. This was awful since the air conditioning did not work and the room was extremely hot and sticky. Unfortunately would not stay here again.

Staff was helpful but room too small

This property is fantastically located if you’re staying overnight at CDG, as it’s very close to the roissypole CDGVAL Station. Check in was easy and friendly. We were travelling as a family with a 6year old. We booked a superior double room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room was clean and quite spacious, the shower was good and the fridge in the room was useful. We didn’t however get the best nights sleep. The sofa bed was incredibly creaky, to the point we abandoned using it part way through the night and brought our daughter into the double bed with us in the hope of getting some sleep. There was no fan and the in room air conditioning was either broken or powered off so there was no option to get any air circulation in the space as the night progressed. We didn’t try to open the window, due to airport noise. We also found that of the many USB charging points in the room, only 2 of the 6 worked. There was also a drains smell coming from the bathroom sink, which wasn’t pleasant, but also not overwhelming with the bathroom door closed. We didn’t bring this up with the hotel team as we had an early start and were desperate for rest, but I was left with the impression that maintenance/upkeep wasn’t something being focussed on, and I wasn’t confident that another room would be much better.

Spent 4 nights here in which staff seemed very passive not very friendly my room had no window for fresh air the second night it was very hot ..I requested a fan because I was told a technician would look at the air and they never did ..after 1 day they finally brought me a fan that helped a lot .

Spacious, quiet and clean for an airport hotel. Nice bar downstairs. Unfortunately 5 out of 6 USB plugs in the room are broken.

I was staying at the hotel the night before I flew home. Very convenient, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately I fell just before I got to the hotel, hurt my arm and shoulder and was in a lot of pain. The staff went above and beyond to take care of me. Helped me with my luggage, got me ice, pulled a modified sling together and were exceptionally kind. Madeleine was especially great. I can’t thank them enough for the TLC when I was hurting and a bit in shock.

Good Airport Hotel. Check In and Check Out is a bit understaffed. Faster Check In and Out would be appreciated.

Staff at the restaurant did not care at all about giving proper attention and service. All the employees on the floor did not care. Awful service. Will not come back.

Terrific staff, room was ready for me. Room well appointed, and quiet. Super convenient to RER B to access Paris city. Would stay again!

Wouldn’t stay here again and that’s coming from someone who rarely leaves reviews with low ratings. Check in is confusing and there is no signage saying where to check in (desk or podium) and there are two entrances so people don’t know where to line up and the staff doesn’t help guests in order of who arrives. We checked in online to make it a “quick” process and that did nothing to quicken the process. The staff was unhelpful, when we asked if there was a place we could sit down to eat our food we brought with us from the airport. There is nowhere to sit in the lobby and you can’t sit in the large bar area or any of the tables around it or in the outside space without buying drinks or food. No seating in the room either so you can only sit on your bed. Besides NYC, I’ve never stayed in a hotel room this small. There was nowhere to put more than 2 suitcases for a family of 4. Bathroom was dated and stained. The positives- the bar and dining area are spacious and nicely decorated but unless you want to spend more money, you have no place to meet with anyone or sit or hang out. Novotel makes an effort to be environmentally friendly, but doesn’t include places to recycle inside the room. The beds were clean and moderately comfortable. We would not stay again. Spend a bit more and stay at a place with an actual lobby, a straightforward check in and helpful staff. Next time we will stay at the Hilton, which was walking distance and had a lobby with seating and more amenities.

객실 상태는 좋아요. 5층에 묵었는데 아침에 청소하는 분이 9시부터 방해를 하네요. 심지어 두 번째는 사람이 있는데 문을 열고 들어와서 깜짝 놀랐습니다.

Conveniently located just outside Terminal 3 by the train and RER station. We’ve found this to be a great place upon a late arrival and for an early departure. Friendly helpful staff and decent restaurant. We opted for an early light breakfast of coffee and croissants instead of the full breakfast. Easy connection to downtown train stations.

Excellent overall. Very good location with easy access to terminals through cdgval shuttle.

Great property to stay at while in transit after a long haul flight. Convenient, easy to access and super tidy. I will be back.

Great option for a short airport stay. Very easy access to the RER into the city. The staff were very pleasant, and the early morning breakfast was convenient before catching an early flight.

Great location, staff were mostly good and room was clean. While we were eating a mouse was running under the tables to feed off crumbs. I let the waiter know and he joked about getting his gun.

The hotel itself is comfortable and convenient for transit passengers, but the dining options were disappointing for vegan travellers. There was barely anything healthy and protein-rich available for dinner or breakfast. Given the growing number of travellers with dietary preferences or restrictions, it would be great if the hotel could offer more well-balanced vegan meal options. At the very least, asking guests about their dietary needs in advance would make a big difference. Hope to see improvements in this regard.

Very well soundproofed, which is critical at an airport hotel. But the on site restaurant was mediocre. Had an excellent omelette that was supposed to come with salad, but I had to ask for the salad and point out that it was on the menu. Ended up with 3 bites of greens in a tiny bowl. Service at the restaurant was also scattered and slow.

Late checkin. Room ok and quiet for an aitport hotel. Restaurant food was the worst I've encountered. The chicken was raw and when I raised this it was just microwaved and brought back out to me. There were mice running around the restaurant floor. Very little reaction or apology when I raised this to the restaurant staff or the hotel management.

We stay here several times a year prior to flights from CDG Very convenient. Rooms are simple but adequate and clean. Restaurant is so-so.

Great meals at the hotel, best veggie omelets and pasta dishes in town! Very easy access to the Terminals via the tram, a two minute enclosed walk from the rear exit into the hall. Efficient morning checkout, just a key drop, but staff there is needed.
