Just stayed there (Jun 2025). The hotel itself is nice. The shower door opened to the inside so if you are a bigger person it would be a squeeze and a heavy person would not be able to get into the shower at all. ***There is NO SHUTTLE*** which is extremely frustrating as it's why I booked here. It is a ~30 min bus ride depending on where your departure is, so we opted to BOLT to the airport. The mall is conveniently next door and is very nice, we didn't have a chance to check it out much as the hours were tight on our arrival and departure. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The room was nice and clean. There were built in lights on the bedframe and charging ports which was convenient. Would stay here again but don't expect a shuttle.

It was a bit challenging to find public transportation to/ from the airport. Once we figured out the buses it was ok! I thought the hotel would be closer to the airport terminals (it is by the cargo area).

There are no laundry services or machines available on the premises, and there were no English television channels. I reached out to the front desk for assistance with the TV, but unfortunately, the guidance provided—adjusting the settings—did not resolve the issue. This hotel is about 3 miles from CDG Paris international airport. So it is good for people to have an overnight flight transfer. There’s a shopping mall near the hotel for dinner within walking distance. But the hotel doesn’t have airport shuttle service. And the €12.5 breakfast was rather thin.

I stayed for 2 nights and didn’t realize I was sleeping on a soiled bedding until I was leaving. I was freezing the night before and went under the covers only to wake and see the oil bedding on the other side. No one was at checkout so I didnt address there. I used def checkout. I took video evidence.

An unpleasant smell in the room/bathroom. Beds aren’t very comfortable at all and the rooms aren't sound proof, we were woken up a few times in the night. Location was good for us for a one night stay, having the mall walking distance was huge.

The a/c does NOT stay on shuts off after an hour so you continuously have to monitor this , when sleeping very inconvenient There was NO storage for clothes but 4 hangers , a lot of wasted space !!!! A small table and chairs to sit would have been nice and practical along with a dresser !!!! So we couldn’t unpack our clothes :((( was there for a week with luggage sitting on the ground . You have the space for a small dresser and table and chairs !! Highly recommend putting these in your rooms , Yes convenient to and from airport and shopping mall , but if you were to ask me if we’d go back unfortunately no is our answer ! As well rooms don’t get cleaned for stays less than 7 days we were told and only provided two towels , 6 days a long time for not having cleaning services or offered clean towels , toilet paper which we ran out of …..

If you just need a place to stay before or after a flight to / from CDG then this is a good option. If you need to stay for longer then I recommend you look elsewhere. The room is very small, barely large enough to hold the bed, but it’s well thought out (e.g., there’s space under the foot of the bed to store your luggage), and it was clean. Note that despite how close it is to the airport, it’s not very close to any public transit that will take you to the airport, so a taxi or ride share service like Uber or Bolt is likely the best option to get to the airport (I paid ~15€ for my trip to the airport, and it took around 8 minutes). I’d consider staying here again.

the hotel was okay. small room and quiet. the problem was the bathroom, the shower was broken and a lot of missing. we have to improvised so we can use the shower. we arrived sunday so undertandable that no engr staff to fix. but we stayed until thursday morning, even we kept reminding them about the shower but still no one came to fix it. if I can upload the photo i ill and show how i improvised so i can use the shower. good thing i have a big hair clip and some of my hair rubber. managed to used them. staffs are very good good, very helpful and chattery. breakfast was okay at least i saw different or new addition to the food. not the same whole week. though i love hot food. parking is okay but you have to pay 10 euro every night. a bit expensive. area was okay walkable shopping mall and public transportation.

Excelente hotel para quem quer ficar próximo ao aeroporto Charles de Gaulle. Tudo novo, limpo, hotel estilo Ibis no Brasil. Prático e funcional. Após um atraso de 2 horas no voo de vinda para Paris, chegamos ao hotel por volta da meia noite e fomos surpreendidos pelo excelente atendimento do colaborador Wlad! Sorrisão no rosto, gentileza em pessoa, nos ajudou até para pedir um jantar em pleno 1 da manhã! Hotel fica a poucos passos de um shopping (foto anexo) que, por ter nos hospedados somente pra dormir, não tivemos a experiência em conhecer. Quem chega no aeroporto e for para hotéis na região do Easy, dê preferência a ir de Uber. Os táxis, por ser próximo ao aeroporto, acabam cobrando uma tarifa fora da realidade. Fui para o hotel de táxi que me cobrou 36 euros. E Qndo retornei pro aeroporto no outro dia, optei por Uber e saiu 12 euros. Wlad, espero que essa mensagem chegue a vc, muito obrigado por nos ajudar e tornar a estadia leve!

Très insatisfait, non pas par la chambre en elle même, mais par l'accueil, nous sommes arrivés le soir tard vers 23h, 3 personnes etaient derrière le bureau, on nous a envoyé sur les ecrans pour nous enregistrer, nous ne connaissions pas ce système, nous avons demandé si nous pouvions nous enregistrer de manière traditionnelle puisqu'il y avait du personnel libre mais personne n'a voulu nous enregistrer, on nous a dit qu'il fallait passer obligatoirement par l'écran, au bout de 30 mins sans y parvenir, nous avons commencé a nous agacer un peu, finalement, bizarement, cela est devenu possible de nous enregistrer avec le personnel, mais non sans mal, la personne etait désagréable et arrogante, a faire craquer ses cervicales sans doute pour nous impressionner.... En bref, c'est un hotel dans lequel nous ne reviendrons pas, Et merci de penser aux gens qui ne vivent pas sur leur ecrans sans arret et qui n'y connaissent pas grand chose....

I was there for nine days and not one day I get my room clean. I have to go downstairs and ask for towel and toilet paper. Very disappointed. They told me that they do not do cleaning until six days of staying wow even when the six day come nobody come in to clean

The stay was okay but with several flaws. First, staff was not very helpful. I had a WiFi issue and at first I was told “there’s nothing I can do.” Therefore, I suggested the obvious, move me to another room. It’s a bit odd for me to have to suggest resolutions. Also, I went down to the vending machines to get something to drink. I noticed a man was having issues with one, I did too. The staff was standing five feet away, talking and joking, and never once said anything to help us. Lastly, the bathroom shower head was fixed in a position with paper. Overall, not the worst experience, but definitely not a good one.

Staff was really nice and most if not all the staff is bilingual or multi lingual which is very helpful. Hôtel is near a bus stop that takes you to CDG or local buses that can help you get to Paris. Hôtel is also across the street from Aéroville which is a mall/ shopping center.

I had a nice check in and checkout experience, but when I went to the breakfast I was yelled at by a staff representative at the front desk. He also tried to ridicule me which I found just crazy to have happen as the situation was completely unnecessary and unhinged. Weird guy, hope he works on his anger issues before interacting with future customers.

Very efficient, straightforward accommodation. Just what we needed for an overnight stay near CDG. It was across Aeroville mall so food options were aplenty. Ten-minute uber ride from the airport. There is a very convenient shopping center beside the hotel which helps with shopping and dining options. Although despite the hotel being located in the airport vicinity, the only way to get to/from the airport using public transportation is a 15min public bus that only runs every 20min or so. Not great in that regard. The check-in/out process is very easy and convenient. The rooms are rather uncomfortable since they're significantly small and there is no other furniture besides the bed. The room looked/appeared very clean so that was good and the front-desk staff was able to provide me with extra towels & soap when I requested some. However, despite several communications with the admin team (and their confirmation) for a baby/toddler crib to be placed in my room before my check-in time, I arrived late due to a delayed flight only to find no crib inside the room. This was unacceptable for me. Especially after having received a confirmation from the hotel that they would place one there for me. Since our arrival was so late and we were tired we decided give up on the crib - but it was a horrible night's sleep for the three of us in a full-size bed and our toddler wound up falling off in the middle of the night. Ugh

Excelente opción costo/beneficio. Personal muy amable y servicial. Habitación pequeña, nítida y cómoda. Aunque la locación sabíamos estábamos lejos del centro de París, teníamos muy cerquita paradas de buses con muy buena frecuencia. Y Aeroville el Centro Comercial justo enfrente, una bendición, hay de todo.

It is a very basic hotel, just a room and a toilet. Tea/coffee facilities were in the reception area which didn’t seem like a big deal until you were too tired to go get them first thing in the morning!! The shower was rubbish, just a trickle but it was warm and got the job done. The location wasn’t the best. It would be ok if you were going to the airport. We were going to Disney and picked it as it said “10 mins from the Disney parks”. What it really meant was 10 mins from the airport, which you need to get a 15 minute Uber to. On the whole it was a clean, basic hotel. The beds were comfortable if you’re exhausted. The staff were lovely. I’d use it again as a quick fix but if you’re looking for comfort then avoid!!

Room was very modern,clean and comfortable. Bedding was cosy and I slept very well. Plenty of sockets and USB outlets. Loved that the main light in the room was incredibly bright - made organising bags before a flight really easy. Bathroom a good size but water saving shower didn't have amazing flow. Breakfast was good overall however the quality of the vienoisserie items was disappointing.
