Cet hôtel est très bien - Nous y allons à chaque fois que nous prenons un vol à CDG. Ils proposent une navette à 6€ par personne pour se rendre à l'aéroport. Le staff est agréable. Le check-in est facile. Le parking est très pratique (il y a possibilité de stationner son véhicule le temps du séjour moyennant un prix journalier plus que correct). La chambre est basique mais bien - les lits sont assez confortables pour une nuit, la chambre est propre, les chambres sont très bien isolées du bruit. La salle de bain est minuscule mais suffisante pour une nuit.

Very cramped rooms, and when you add in the cost of the airport shuttle, this is low value for money. It would be the same cost for a family to stay at a hotel attached to CDG rather than transit to/from Premier Classe Roissy, which does not have any amenities. Staff are nice, but also note that there is no left luggage/bagagerie for guests to use. And, the hotel does not respond to emails.

There is only one elevator that is used by all the guests( obviously) and the cleaning staff, and is inefficent. It takes a lot of time for using the elevator...

Nice, small, hotel, especially for the price $75/night. The front desk was very nice. They offer a shuttle to and from the charles de Gaulle Airport for a small fee. They were right on time. They also offer a breakfast option for a small fee. Pastries, fruit, coffee, and juice. They have several restaurants and bars within walking distance and uber eats delivers here. The a/c git very cold, which i love. The room is very small, like smaller than a cruise ship inside room, and the bathroom is even smaller. You can shower, brush your teeth, and pee at the same time...almost. Totally fine for just me. I was on the 4th floor. You must take the elevator to the 3rd floor and then walk around the hall to the elevator on the 4th floor. The bed was firm, but not hard, and they have feather down type pillows. There are no extras, like toiletries, except soap? In a refillable container on the wall of the bathroom. They give 2 towels, no hand towels or wash clothes.Overall, pretty nice, especially just for me.

Bien accueillis, chambre pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant propre! La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle, pas de perception du balai des aéronefs de Charles de Gaulle, c'est appréciable. Le parking de l'hôtel est pratique mais dommage de le faire payer 8€ la nuit. Nous n'avions d'ailleurs pas le choix, rien de possible en extérieur à proximité immédiate...et ils le savent. La module de climatisation de la chambre semblait à la peine mais fonctionnait. Mis à part ces 2 axes d'amélioration, le rapport qualité/prix est plutôt bon...presque un sans faute! Nous reviendrons si besoin.

The hotel is near the airport compared with Paris city, but we can hardly reach the airport by foot. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, so it can be reached from Paris by a series of connections (but this may take a long time). In the neighborhood of the hotel, there are markets and a shopping center (~15 min walking). There is a coffee machine in the lobby, with reasonable prices, and with free hot water for those who want to prepare tea. The room was clean, but had only essential amenities, such as shower gel and towels. The size is reasonable for one person, but will be tight for two persons with luggage. The bathroom is small and has a big error in the shower box design. The lower part and the upper part (where the curtain is hung) of the box have different shapes. The consequence is that water easily flows to the rest of the bathroom and to the room, which is at a lower level. One person can deal with that, but for two persons it may be uncomfortable. The breakfast had basic options, but was reasonable for the price. In the morning and in the afternoon, the hotel provides a shuttle service to the airport, which costs 6 euros per person. Considering the price and the location, I recommend the hotel for a single person in a short stay near the airport.

The lobby looked decent at first, but as soon as we started walking to our room we were greeted with damp, mildew smell. Our room had a lingering smell that stuck to our clothes. The bed sheets had stains on it the bathroom was creepy. The lady at the front was lovely and extremely helpful she’s great. The guy at the night shift was boring and rude. But keep in mind the hotel was cheap so u get exactly what you paid for.

Overall good except 2 things: first the shuttle service is trash it only goes until 9 am then the next shuttle to the airport is after 5 pm. Second thing is the bathroom is basically a port-a-potty with a shower. Breakfast was decent and actually filling, double bed was comfortable and the a/c kept the room nicely cooled. I won’t stay here again and that’s due to the poor shuttle service. Hotel staff were nice as well.

Chambre 326 a cote de l ascenseur, bruit toute la nuit. Gens qui marche pour aller a l ascenseur ou qui claque les portes. Tiny room with a motorhome-like bathroom - shower, toilet basin all in one, no separation, so everything gets wet when you shower - very inconvenient. The bed was ok. Noisy air-con. unit which didn't cool the room down. You pay for the airport shuttle both directions- the driver was very nice. We wouldn't stay there again.

If you plan to stay for business purpose, don´t stay here. Wifi does not work properly at all. Something so basic nowadays and it does not work. The staff members started to give so ridiculous excuses…They told me that the manager was going to meet me. I am still waiting for him. I don´t recommend this hotel at all!!!

This is the worst hotel stay I’ve made thru Expedia. I made several requests from the property contact message to direct me on how to get to their property upon arrival at CDG via hotel shuttle servicesbut did not get any response As a result I’ve struggled to find alternative transportation to get to the hotel close to midnight. Upon check in in the room , a strong chemical odour lingers in the room and the room was very hot and not climatically conditioned for the guest I’ve experienced a lot of inconveniences especially on the second night when I was awakened by banging and screaming noises at 2am at night disrupting my sleep and my wife. I texted the hotel regarding the noise but there was no response from them. After half an hour I decided to I call the hotel reception spending money to call long distance to complain about the noise. I slept poorly after the noise situation which raises my stress level and spoiling my vacation.

The property is good, the location is pretty, the room was big. The reason for 3 stars is the staff. I decided to pay extra to stay longer in the suit and specifically asked the lady at the reception if the cleaning staff will be aware so they wouldn’t knock and bother me. She immediately answered that she will, of course, let them know about the changes of my checkout time. Well, the cleaning staff bothered me twice in two extra hours I paid for. Despite me even saying to the cleaning lady herself that I will checkout at the new time, she opened the door while I was still in the suit one hour before the new checkout time. She didn’t knock, she opened the door saying “maintenance” or something like that. She then knocked again, thirty minutes prior the checkout time, when I opened the door she told me she came to clean. Also, a different cleaning lady kept knocking at the door two hours before the original checkout time. There weren’t any door pamphlets saying “do not disturb” in my suit, but as I was leaving I saw one door having it on the doorknob (I wonder where my pamphlet was). There was also a pamphlet on some doors saying something like “please clean”, so I don’t understand why the cleaning staff was so eager to clean my room, the one without any “clean” pamphlets on it. I also want to mention that the people at the reception could be more welcoming considering the fact they work in a hospitality field. The suit also didn’t have a refrigerator.

This dirty run down building is extremely unsafe. I stayed with my mom and my two year old in a bunkbed room before out flight home to Canada. They staff walked into our room without knocking multiple times - including at 8:40am while I was naked and getting ready for the day. There are no additional locking mechanisms inside of the room for your safety. The staff just walk in whenever they want. People were also pulling on out door handle in the middle of the night. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, mini hot dogs and some stale bread. It was terrible and disgusting. The front desk staff offered me a full refund after their staff rwpeatedly walked into our room and made us feel unsafe. They gave me an email I had to message to get the refund. No one responded so don’t take that as an acceptable answer. I have filed a formal complaint with Expedia - do not stay here. The staff also advertise shuttle services and cabs that are severely over priced to pay their connections. Just book a car through an app it’s way cheaper. Avoid this place at all costs.

I would have given my short stay here five stars but had a bad experience getting from the airport to this franchise, and the hotel chain just dismissed my complaint. Beware, there are three "Première Classe Roissy" hotels around Charles de Gaulle, and another one of them also has "CDG" in its name. When I arrived at that other one by bus, their front desk told me I was at the wrong location. I asked for a bus to get me to the right one but they said I instead should take a taxi and they would call one for me. In short, the taxi cab driver, who turned out to be one of their friends and was not driving a proper taxi, took a long time to arrive and then took me around the airport and charged me Euro40 for what should have been a less than Euro20 trip. When I explained to the hotel chain's customer service department what had happened, they said they could not control what taxi cab drivers charged, completely ignoring the fact that their hotel had called the taxi cab driver for me and then the driver wasn't even a real taxi cab driver. Also, that other "CDG" franchise just looked and felt sketchy, it has only a 2.3 or so rating here, so beware of staying there. This one in the village of "Roissy-en-France," on the other hand, was nice, including great front desk service and being located in a really nice village.

This hotel is well located. Close to the airport and adjoining hotels with restaurants. This is not a luxury hotel despite it's "First Class" name. It's rooms are small and efficient. It is quiet with double windows that keep out the aircraft noise. It's parking and breakfast fees were reasonable. The breakfast was surprisingly good.

Tu bon hôtel proche de l’aéroport Roissy Charles de Gaulle. Hôtel simple mais calme et efficace pour une nuit. Un petit food truck sur le parking pour se restaurer et des plats à l’interieur en distributeur avec micro ondes à disponibilité. Literie agreable, nous avons bien dormi.

Le personnel est souriant, accueillant et prévenant. Malgré la proximité avec l'aéroport, il n'y a aucun bruit d'avion, grâce à 2 fenêtres successives en double vitrage. La chambre est très propre, en bon état, avec un distributeur de savon dans la petite salle de bain. Séjour correct . Propreté impeccable. Accueil parfait avec une équipe très friendly.par contre le dernier étage n'est pas bien insonorisé. Le bruit des avions est gênant jusqu'à 23h00. Le petit déjeuner est à améliorer. Les saucisses sont inmangeables car de mauvaises qualitées et cuites à l'eau. Pas de beacon auparavant il y en avait. Omelette industrielle alors que c'est facile et peu honnéreux de la faire avec de vrais œufs.

This hotel is very conveniently located without the crazy prices. The shuttle to airport is only 6 euros/person, but only runs in the early morning. If you have a later flight, you can take an Uber or a bus. I took an Uber to terminal 2B and it was a short 7 minute drive. They have a couple of food trucks parked outside (burgers and pizza) for dinner and there is a shopping mall with lots of food options within a 15 minute walk/short-drive.
