Bien avant un départ en avion, le petit déjeuner est servi de bonne heure pour cette raison. Il est bien. Le centre commercial Aéroville n\'est pas très loin, possible d\'y aller à pied et on peut se balader dans les rues de Roissy facilement. Le système de navette entre l\'aéroport et l\'hôtel est pratique, en revanche, il y a très peu d\'informations disponibles à l\'aéroport. Les horaires ne sont affichés, le tarif non plus. Sur le site de l\'hôtel, il est juste indiqué "l\'hôtel offre un service de navette". On a dû appeler la réception pour savoir quand la navette passait et combien elle coûtait. (5€ par trajet et par personne !). Le mois dernier à Amsterdam ce même service était gratuit et la navette circulait toute la journée, contrairement à ici.

Système de navette à revoir. 2 hôtels b&b au 7 et 17 rue des vergers (quelques centaines de mètres). Mais depart du terminal 2b pour le premier et 3 pour le deuxième. Chauffeur terminal 3 refuse de nous prendre car la direction ne veut pas ... donc il a fallu tout traverser pour aller au 2b. Navette toutes les 45 minutes...

Rooms too hot with poor shower ventilation. Room incredibly small (we had a family room with mezzanine). Beds not so good. The hotel is quite run down. The provided shuttle service is good, if you can contact the hotel desk which is frequently telephonically unavailable (to reserve shuttle). So reserving the shuttle from hotel to airport will work fine, but we couldn’t book it from the airport to the hotel.

The location is convenient and staff are very friendly. The issue is with the room basic amenities. There is no fan nor AC in the room. They only have heater. For ventilation, you need to keep the windows open all the time even during sleep hours which is very inconvenient due to noise because of airplanes. The washroom are pretty tight and not decent space at all for the shower area. The shower area is like a small vertical box. Per shown on Expedia, AC is available. However none of the room has Air conditioning.

Don't expect much from this airport hotel. We stayed there because we needed a room to sleep 1 night. 4-person room was tiny!! There was no room for suitcases. The bathroom was tiny too. We didn't like the half shower door because the water came out and made the floor wet. If you are solo traveler, this may work. This is not for family of 4.

Our room was extremely hot and they told us it takes two full days to turn on the air conditioner. Instead they had us rent tiny fans that turned out to be heaters. They did not care about our comfort at all. We asked for two extra pillows for our quadruple room and again the hotel could not help. It’s fine for one night if you don’t mind being uncomfortable.

Stayed in a family room, the mezzanine level with 2 twin beds was ideal for our primary school aged children and meant they could sleep whilst we were still awake. The room was basic but perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable and clean. The curtains were also effective at darkening the room. There is some plane noise but minimal given the vicinity. The bathroom is dated but clean. The breakfast was very good and worth the price particularly for children.

Check in time was 2pm we approached them tired and asked that we wait for 10mins after 10 mins we went back and he said we shld wait more we asked how long more as we were tired and he snapped that we can cancel our booking if we cant wait. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a pizza truck just outside the hotel. However, my friend and I wanted a nice dinner at a restaurant. We were directed to one of the properties across the street nearby. We had a delightful meal. You can take a taxi for a $25 flat fee, or a more inexpensive shuttle from the hotel.

Our family of four stayed here for two nights before our international flight. It's close to CDG airport, which is why we chose to stay here. We walked into town for dinner one night and we also walked to the mall (Aeroville) on another night for ice cream. Both were 15 minute walks. The staff is very nice and the price is right for what you get here. FYI: Rome is pretty far away by bus and RER or by cab.

The location is not easy to reach Airport transfer supposed to be free but not room is too small no dinning option no ph in room Breakfast is mainly sweet and bread based. Only scrumbled egg and bacon are cooked food option.

Worst breakfast of my France trip. Yogurt, Applesauce and juice did not taste fresh. Normally stay at ibis and Mercure properties. First time staying at this brand and didn’t like it. Tried to check in a few minutes early and they wanted to charge me another 30 euro. Nothing special about this brand or property.

Otrevlig personal i receptionen. Inga handdukar på toaletten endast badhandduk. Det fanns endast matautomater på hotellet ingen resturang. Utan man fick köpa pizza utanför eller gå till ett närbeläget annat hotell. Under all kritik. Svarar inte i telefon när man behöver nå dem fast det var 3 personal i receptionen när vi kommer till hotellet på kvällen. Dålig service.

It fit its purpose and price. Super close to the airport and there’s a shuttle for $5 bucks that is helpful, I would not recommend paying for the breakfast, it was not good.

Stayed in a family room, the mezzanine level with 2 twin beds was ideal for our primary school aged children and meant they could sleep whilst we were still awake. The room was basic but perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable and clean. The curtains were also effective at darkening the room. There is some plane noise but minimal given the vicinity. The bathroom is dated but clean. The breakfast was very good and worth the price particularly for children.

If you're travelling as a group, get an Uber or taxi from the airport terminals (€15-20) as it will be cheaper and faster than the hotel's shuttle.

I enjoyed my stay and have used this hotel several times. The staff in the hotel couldn’t be more pleasant and competent! I booked a ride to the airport. The young lady driving us there, was diabolical. She had to turn around to pick up four more people. She then continued to talk and txt while she was driving, on TWO phones and kept on checking her phones for messages. Once we got to the drop off point, she opened up the back doors and all the luggage just fell out of the back doors. I’m wondering if your company carries out drug testing on your staff…..she was extremely erratic!
