Les prix de la restauration. Disposant d’un budget que je trouve assez confortable (30€ pour le Diner), si je voulais avoir une bouteille d’eau et un café je ne pouvais commander qu’une salade cesar ou un Burger ou équivalent ! Poissons et viandes intouchables (entre 26€ et 32€ pour des plats de viandes ou poissons) dommage !

Et fantastisk hotell. Hver gang vi reiser til Paris tar vi minst en natt her. Fordi det er nærme flyplassen men også fordi det er veldig barnevennlig. Kjempe herlig basseng og stort område for leking for barna. Rommene er også fin. Årsaken til ikke fulle stjerner er at rommene var for kalde, jeg skrudde opp temperaturen men hjalp ikke særlig. Det andre negative er at vi ikke får hjelp med bagasjen. Utenom det veldig fornøyd. Det var også en ansatt med navn Monsur som hjalp oss med å sjekke inn som ga ekstra god service.

The staff at this hotel love nothing more than to say No! The room we booked for 2 disabled guests were extreamly far away from the rest of our party. As my mothers carer I needed a room close by to her at night when she gets a hypos. 5 days the hotel was empty most of the time but would not change. Toilet had an extreamly wobbly seat which I requested be fixed but was not. Everytime they needed the toilet we had to walk 6 minutes to the lift go to the main reception area and use the visitor toilets in the lobby. On the first morning the house keeping threw the contents of her bin into the toilet which contained pantyliners that would not flush down. The swimming pool has no private shower, no steam room and no towels were provided. It also has no soaps and no changing room. The hotel are very stingy with towels. Only 2 towels per room even if you have booked for 3 or 4 people. Breakfast was repetive. Hot breakfast consists of flavourless scrambled egg, garlic potatoes and overdone bacon and some noodles. Thats all every single day. Each room is provided with one fruit tea bag, and one earl grey tea bag and one sugar and one coffeee sachet 2 tiny pots of creamer 1 stirrer. Even if you have booked for 4 people thats all you are allowed. Rooms are provided with 1 750ml water bottle. If you want more then its 5 euros a bottle. Even though the have a water dispenser behind the lifts they will not tell you. £400 per room charge on credit card. Make sure you take one

To start there's a £400 euro per room charge on a credit card so make sure you take one. This is not explained anywhere. It is far away from any transport so unless you are driving avoid. The reception team love to say No. Anything you ask will be met with a No. 5 euros for a bottle of water- make sure you take your own. Hot Breakfast is repetitive- noodles, soggy scrambled eggs, over cooked bacon and garlic potatoes. Toilet is in a tiny corner very difficult to use and seats are wobbly. Only go if you are over 5'10 and can reach the floor as toilets float in mid air. Our toilet also had a wobbly seat that was not fixed for 5 days. Shower has a 20 cm gap to get into. Glass is very hard to open so you have to squeeze through the tiny gap. Hotel is very stingy with towels and tea/coffee. If you book a room for 4 people you will get, 2 small bath towels, 2 tiny hand towels and 1 mat. No bath sheets. 1 sachet of earl grey tea, 1 fruit tea, 1 sachet of coffee. 1 sachet of sugar, and 1 pot of cream 1 stirrer if you ask for more it's a no. The water in the bathroom sink is not drinking water at least that's what we were told by the reception. And told to buy a bottle of water for 5 euros. Swimming pool has no steam room or sauna as advertised. If you do go swimming take your own, soap, towels as they are not provided. Also might need a pop up tent as there's no changing room either. Brunette receptionist with curly hair is very rude except to the pilots

Séjour familial excellent. Nous avons apprécié la piscine intérieure chauffée accessible à tout moment. L'aire de jeux pour enfants était très bien. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, cependant, il pourrait être amélioré en proposant des omelettes faites sur demande. L'ajout d'œufs au plat serait également un plus.

on m'a donné une chambre qui n'était pas entièrement faite, lit défait, salle de bain non nettoyée, bref je suis donc descendu demander une autre chambre que l'on m'a donnée, mais rien de plus un faible excusez nous et pas un geste, j'attendais pas grand chose mais offrir une boisson ou une petite attention m'aurait permis de ne pas noter très moyennement mon passage dans cet hôtel.

La chambre n'est vraiment pas propre. Pour un hotel 4 etoiles j'étais vraiment déçu. Il y avait des toiles d'araignées dans la chambre, le tapis etait tâché, la connexion internet faible et intermittente.

The first room I was given smell on cigarettes and I was given the new room, but both the new and the previous room were dirty and the furniture was old, with scratches. The bed is not a regular bed, but a sofa with a mattress on top. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again and I’d never give it 4 stars. The staff at the reception and at the restaurant were kind and helpful.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The enterance and reception area look exactly as on the photos but the rooms are very old, dirty old carpets, not so comfortable as you only given 2 pillows per room. Needs major improvements on there rooms.

Our room was dusty smelling and so stuffy when we arrived. It was relatively clean but looked way more dated than the pictures had looked. Not bad condition considering the age. There was no water for drinking in the room and the only option was to buy small expensive water bottles in the lobby. At just after 8am the cleaning lady walked in to our room without knocking while my husband was in the washroom. Breakfast was good. The restaurant staff were nice. There were 2 conventions going on which made it hard getting through the lobby with bags but that’s not the hotels fault. The shuttle got us to the airport and that was the reason we picked it although for the 10 euro plus tip we likely could have just caught a cab. All in all the place needs an update but was fine for our one night stay

The hotel entrance or main floor was very nice and inviting just like you see it on the website, however, when we went to the room we can tell that the halls to the rooms are old. The bottom part of our room door was ripped and right away we can tell that the room was really old although spacious even the bathroom.

Hotel was ok, gets the job done- a place to sleep before your flight. Bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. Beds were clean , hotel is large so there could be a trek to your room if you have a lot of bags.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Very arrogant night staff who will tell u anything just to get rid of u from the way. Ac not working in any of the rooms so expect to melt, when asking about the ac they will tell u government does not allow them to use the ac. Avoid if you dont want to stay in a boiling hot room.

Our room was dusty smelling and so stuffy when we arrived. It was relatively clean but looked way more dated than the pictures had looked. Not bad condition considering the age. There was no water for drinking in the room and the only option was to buy small expensive water bottles in the lobby. At just after 8am the cleaning lady walked in to our room without knocking while my husband was in the washroom. Breakfast was good. The restaurant staff were nice. There were 2 conventions going on which made it hard getting through the lobby with bags but that’s not the hotels fault. The shuttle got us to the airport and that was the reason we picked it although for the 10 euro plus tip we likely could have just caught a cab. All in all the place needs an update but was fine for our one night stay

Being located close to the airport meant I didn’t have to worry about running to the airport for my flight. What I didn’t like was the level of communication before my stay. I asked about the shuttle process, and the hotel did not respond to my query. They should clearly mention the need to call them up before the stay to book the shuttle between the airport and hotel.

Great property with large well equipped comfortable room and in-room coffee. Would definitely stay there again. Some confusion among reception staff as to how to book shuttle bus for airport- three different answers provided by 3 different staff members was somewhat confusing although all members spoke English. In the end, one staff person booked the bus for us and it turned out fine.

Hotel lists a shuttle service available every 30 minutes. However, guests are required to pre-book transportation for pick up/drop off. These instructions are not provided in any confirmation email or check in instructions from hotel. We pre-booked our pick up to the airport. As we were waiting outside at our pick up time, driver loaded another family closed the door and drove off without us. Hotel room itself was good. Breakfast is over-priced for what is offered. Nice building, reception and room. Some things in the room weren't that clean, like human hair in the tea cups and bathroom sink. Staff was friendly but kind of slow and inefficient. Airport shuttle took us to Terminal 3 instead of Terminal 2, which ended up being a huge waste of our time. For a quick stay between flights, this hotel is fine.

We stayed here before our flight out of CDG and it was fabulous. For a fee, they let us check in at 09:30 and our baby was able to get a good nap in after a hectic travel schedule! The play area was great for our kids to run in, the staff was so kind and had colouring and puzzles for our kids to take on the flight. We walked to the large shopping mall quite easily which was a nice bonus. The breakfast in the morning had a huge selection and was delicious. Would recommend!

we have been staying here on our way back to NA for several trips. after covid, the big buses (free) stopped and small vans were used, with a fee. the most recent change has the shuttle dropping you off at roissypole, near terminal 3. to get to T2 you take a free train. if you have lots of luggage, that's going to be difficult imo. we never tried - we had too much baggage, so we took a taxi. i'm not convinced the change to using roissypole was effectively communicated - it was not explicitly mentioned at check in

Property served its purpose. Very busy, lots of families, some wear and tear but served it’s purpose for an airport hotel. In hindsight should have spent the last night in Paris and taken an Uber right to the airport. Save your money on the shuttle and take an Uber directly to your gate. The shuttle was 20 euro (2 adults/2 kids, 4 carryon sized bags) and dropped us off at the main gate where we still had to trek to our check in area. Highlight was being able to walk to the little town of Roissy, about a 7 min walk away. If you can walk to the town and eat, the on-site restaurant is expensive with a limited menu. We went to the grocery store in the morning and grabbed croissants and coffee while the kids played in the park.

A 13 minutes à pied d'un grand centre commercial, avec une piscine superbe et chaude. Chambres confortables avec balcon, et beaucoup de tranquillité. Comme toujours, des petits-déjeuners excellents et un restaurant de qualité. Et les espaces de jeux pour enfants en toute sécurité. J'adore les Novotels et je retournerai à celui-ci quand je passerai par l'aéroport CDG!

Service de navette commence à 17h00 entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel !!! Donc pas de service pour un voyageur qui arrive en journée. Navette de retour à l’aéroport commence tôt le matin et est payant— 4 Euros le passage bien que ce n’est pas mentionné dans la fiche Expédia de l’hôtel. Restaurant ouvre à 19:00 et carte très courte. Very unpleasant staff at the front desk upon our arrival. We also tried calling reception from our room multiple times and no one ever answered. We ate at the restaurant and one of the meals had a bug in it. The waitress did not even apologize or give us any discount on the bill.

I would recommend staying at another hotel if you want to stay close to CDG. We stayed here 2 nights in August 2023. The hotel says it has a shuttle but it is actually a third party where you have to register and pay 4 € per person. The bar is overprice for what you get. Our glasses we small with less than a quarter of a glass of wine poured. Maybe 2 glasses would equal 1 glass anywhere else. Our showerhead was at waist height because it was broken. The pool needs updated and more furniture. There were 2 seats only. Food is not great. We went to eat at the Mercure down the street. Wished we would have stayed there.

Clean room, staff were accommodating. The entrance to the hotel is stunning. Then you get to reception and you have to pay 200 Euro deposit - (bit of a shock when you've prepaid for the hotel after 4 days at Disneyland& you're financially exhausted & broke!) , you get your keys and go to your room to find things heavily worn/damaged. I took photos for evidence incase they didn't refund my deposit. Returned after one day out, to what looked like a Red Cross outside our door, like a marking of our room for some reason. We did have dinner here which was wonderful. We checked out 6am Wednesday 19th August, still waiting (24th August ) for the refund of deposit (200 Euros)
