The property is very affordable. Charge for shuttle reasonable. They did not have air conditioning, Expedia may want to remove that. Something odd is there are no shades or curtains for the window. Since the rooms are down an outdoor hallway, anyone walking by can see in your room and see me sleeping. Just an fyi, scammer taxi drivers from airport charged me 200.00 for a 8 minute drive to the airport.

Sleeping arrangements for a family of 6 worked fine for 1 night stay. Didn’t like that the bar in restaurant closed at midnight and wouldn’t serve 2 beer at 23:55 on our last night in Paris. Thought the airport shuttle was included but it wasn’t and we had to pay for 2 taxis to get to the hotel (60E) annd another 43E to get back to the airport.

Arrivée à l'accueil on commence d'entrée par nous faire régler les taxes de séjour mais surtout le parking qui s'avère être payant! Les dortoirs sont accessibles par l'extérieur, en entrant on se rends bien compte que c'est juste pour dormir alors on retourne dans l'espace de vie qui sert d'accueil, de bar, de salon, de jeux et de restaurant. Il y a un joli baby-foot bonzini B60 joliment restauré pour les enfants et les adultes, mais la vieille balle en liège ovale et abîmée était la dernière qui leur restait alors on ne s'y attarde pas... On boit un verre dans le salon, les tables sont toutes collantes et on comprends vite pourquoi quand ils nous amènent les sirops des enfants remplis jusqu'au bord... On passe à table on trouve une carte attrayante, le serveur arrive il ne parle pas on se rends vite compte qu'il devait surement être plombier la veille, il prends notre commande tant bien que mal et c'est finalement sa collègue qui revient pour la reprendre... Le serveur récupère les assiettes à la cuisine, il cherche à qui elles peuvent bien appartenir et il retourne en cuisine pour demander ce qu'il y a dedans avant de revenir nous les servir, un vrai sketch!! Globalement les plats étaient bon merci au chef très gentil qui est même venu nous demander si on avait bien mangé. On va prendre une douche, l'eau est très bonne mais la sdd n'est pas chauffée. J'ai aimé la literie mais ça n'a pas fait l'unanimité, on a trouvé un peu sale dans l'ensemble.

Your ideal resting place for any layover at CDG. Staff were pleasant, the facilities are new and sturdy, the rooms are clean and the place is enjoyable (breakfast, bar, arcade machine) and accessible (shuttle from and to airport for a nominal fee). I would definitely plan them into a future itinerary were I passing through Paris again.

Clean. Breakfast was good. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was great. Getting there wasn’t easy. Toilet was broken. Shower was out of shower gel. Service was slow at check in at 11pm. Next time I’ll stay somewhere even closer to the airport even if it is a little cheaper.

Lovely staff, delicious breakfast, restaurant had great options for lunch and dinner and they were delicious especially Regina Pizza and Royal Burger. On the other hand, even though room was very clean when we checked in, no one cleaned the room, or even added toilet paper, did the beds or changed the towels in 4 days we stayed there. So the only minus was cleanliness, everything else was lovely. Would recommend.

Dirty, strong smell of urine, questionable liquid splattered on the walls and bathroom door also near the bunk bed area. Business refunded easily and were apologetic, but the room was disgusting and I was traveling with my family.

Attente 1h45 au restaurant sans avoir nos plats, le personnel s’en moque, nous finirons par partir sans manger, avec une serveuse de l’hôtel très malpolie. Chambre extrêmement petite pour deux personnes, impossible d’ouvrir sa valise autre que sur le lit. Mais prix de la chambre tellement imbattable qu’on fait avec. Repas au restaurant de tres bonne qualité et bon prix egalement. Petit dej tres bien et encore là le prix est imbattable. Hotel à roissypole terminal 3 par le bus 27 en 20 min pour 3fois moins cher que la navette de l’hotel. Deuxième sejour chez Eklo et ravis d’etre revenu.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellente avec la mise à disposition d'une navette (payante) avec l'aéroport de CdG-Roissy. L'accueil est convivial et rapide. Seul problème : la chambre est trop petite et on ne peut pas placer les valises sans bloquer le tour du lit ce qui est dangereux en cas d'évacuation d'urgence.

The good first: the staff was helpful, and available for a late check-in (as I was late arriving from the airport). The beds were comfortable and had clean linen, and the room was comfortably warm. Unfortunately, none of the four lighting fixtures in the room worked, there was a single window with no curtain allowing anyone to walk past and look into the hotel room with no privacy. There was a bright light just outside the window which necessitated hanging a towel just to be able to get any sleep. Maybe other rooms are better, but I just can't recommend this hotel based on my experience there.

Tiny room, but my biggest complaint is no AC. I guess it was my mistake when booking. It is so hot we need to keep the door and window open and since this is close to the airport, we hear plane after plane. The only positive is that we made it for Happy Hour so beers were 1/2 price.

Very basic, but good enough for a 1 night stay when you're arriving late or leaving the next day. Airport shuttle is great. Buffet breakfast is decent. Bunk beds are super creaky. The hotel is set up like a motel with all rooms opening to outside, which can be quite noisy. There are no curtains on the windows either, so to have the window open for light or fresh air, everyone can see in your room.

Bei der Buchung wurde angegeben, dass das Doppelzimmer über eine Klimaanlage verfügt – das war jedoch leider nicht der Fall. Während meines Aufenthalts lagen die Außentemperaturen bei 30–34 Grad, und im Zimmer herrschten dauerhaft etwa 27 Grad. Das war leider sehr unangenehm und bei dieser Hitze eine echte Zumutung. Auch ein Ventilator wurde nicht angeboten. Für einen Aufenthalt im Sommer ist das Hotel daher aus meiner Sicht nicht empfehlenswert. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Auch das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber und gepflegt.

I wish I could say it’s been a transformative experience, but with no air conditioning and only a window to open for ANY possible air flow into this tiny cinderblock box of a room it is almost impossible to sleep. Especially since the first night was over 80 degrees outside, and the second night there was the non-stop sound of planes flying overhead and a full garden party in the lot next to our room. Additionally, we can’t leave the window open at night since it has no screen and the window is at the perfect height for some to simply crawl in. The windows can’t be cracked open only fully open to the outside. When requesting a fan, I was told this facility is ecological and a fan was out of the question. Furthermore, early cancellations are not allowed or we would have already left. When requesting even a carafe of water for our room we were denied because the carafes are glass and must remain in the lobby. Nothing about this stay has been even remotely satisfactory. I have never been more disappointed in a booking or felt more mislead by the photos and presentation of this facility on a website before! The pictures are staged in such a way the rooms look significantly larger than they are. There are no amenities (fan, blow dryer, etc) in the room or available at the front desk. You can however purchase items such as earplugs (the need is obvious given the amount of noise heard from planes, guests, and parties outside the facility).

There was only one person at the reception for check in guests. It took me almost 50 mins in a line up to wait for my turn. The guy even didn't explain what facilities they have got. I have given my keys and done. I stayed there for a night and didn't bother.

My stay was fairly pleasant and the location was quite convenient next to CDG. However, I'm giving a low rating overall because I was unexpectedly charged €38 after with no explanation. Expedia had already charged me when I made the reservation, but then EKLO directly charged after checking out. I've tried to reach out to see why I was charged, but no one answered the phone, and there's no way to contact them on their website. The only way I could of contact them was through expedia but they never responded. This would have been a perfect stay if I wasn't charged unexpectedly.

The hotel was great! Clean, convenient and quiet! It was the perfect place for my layover! But as good as the property is it does not compare to the amazing staff! I lost my phone in the cab that took me to the airport, and was losing my mind because my money and trip details were in that phone, and I had little time before my flight to get it back! The staff went above and beyond and communicated with the taxi driver and even my family in the US. They worked tirelessly until they got my phone without me even knowing, as they weren’t sure what room I was in! All the employees working that afternoon/evening deserve a raise! THANK YOU SOOO VERY MUCH!! 😃

Check in was slow. Gave us our room but room key did not work. We have to go back down to front desk to request another room since the door handle would not open or budge. We also had to re-key our room every day of stay. Spend the extra money and please stay elsewhere

Travelers beware. Do NOT stay at this hotel. The employees are incredibly unhelpful, the hotel didn't have electricity upon check-in and hours afterwards, it is over an hour away from central Paris and it is not located near anything, including public transportation. The rooms are tiny and basic amenities aren’t provided. There were random people walking around the property that obviously were not guests. I had to move to another hotel because i had no electricity and I felt unsafe. I was told by the front desk receptionist and Lucy the manager that my deposit and city tax fees would be refunded since I was only in the hotel for a couple of hours. After following up on the refund (once I was not at the hotel anymore), I was told that my charges were now non refundable and even though I didn't stay with them, they wouldn't give me my money back. I wouldn't stay here again even if it was free. Horrible business practices.

Love the hotel layout, more like little apartments. But it’s in quite a new area, there is literally nothing else close by. We only had a overnight stay and early flight in the morning, the rooms where comfy the food in the restaurant was great and you get some good views of the planes.

Eklo is nice if you are seeking something very much off the beaten path. The area is very countryside, and even a 15minute walk to the village. But the property is nice. The room is on the quite small side, and no mini fridge is a shame. But lobby is really nice. It's a place to stay if you have something to do nearby, like catch a 7am flight or a friend in the area; I have both.

I booked this hotel at the last minute due to a change in my travel schedule. This is a budget hotel with fairly small and simple accommodations. My room was next to the elevators so there was some noise associated with that although it was a minor distraction. The highlight of this hotel is the bar and restaurant which features a a limited but excellent menu of options. During my stay, I had one of the best hamburgers ever. The staff members here are friendly and helpful and many of them are multi-lingual which makes life a little easier for foreign travelers. Finally, they provide shuttle service to the airport for a small fee. I’m glad I found this hotel and would definitely book it again.

Nous sommes arrivés dimanche soir dans l'hôtel restaurant. le restaurant de l'hôtel étant fermé, on nous a proposé des plats à réchauffer mais à 19h45 quand nous avons voulu manger, il n'y avait plus de choix. De plus, pour faire réchauffer nos plats il n'y avait plus qu'un micro-onde qui fonctionnait. Nous avons donc attendu longtemps pour manger. La chambre était très froide et très bruyante.

Nice family room, with no frills but CLEAN! My only gripe was the shower head being installed way to high (about 7ft), I am 5'2" and could not reach it in order to adjust the spray :-) We had dinner there as well, cheeseburgers and pizzas, fresh and reasonably priced.
