Zentrale, ruhige Lage, zu Fuss in 5 Minuten bei den Top-Sehenswürdigkeiten. Im Hotel integriert ist das vom Guide Michelin mit 2 * ausgezeichnete Restaurant "William Frochot" - allein dessen Besuch ist eine Reise wert. Wir vergassen bei der Abreise unbemerkt einen wertvollen Ring im Zimmer. Das Hotel teilte uns dies umgehend mit und schickte uns den Ring an die Privatadresse zu. Best Service ever!

The parking was limited but nearby. The staff was excellent and one of the best out of all hotels I have visited in Europe. The location is great and convenient and walkable. I would quickly and easily choose this hotel to stay in if I were to visit Dijon again.

(Zimmer 123) Das Einzige was uns enttäuscht hat, war das spärliche Frühstück für 20 Euro pro Person, leider ohne Buffet! Muss ja nicht umfangreich sein, aber ich möchte doch gerne aussuchen, was ich esse. Vorallem, wenn man nicht sonderlich gut Französisch spricht. Also, lieber in eine feine Bäckerei gehen. Fazit: Der Ausflug war ein voller Erfolg und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. :-)

The hotel is modern, it is located in the city center which is very convenient. The staff are helpful & professional. There is an elevator; however, getting to our room after getting off on the 3rd floor, there is a stairway with 20 steps to get to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable, it has a living room area, desk station, coffee maker and small fridge. The bathroom is spacious; howerver, the bathtub is a bit high to get in and out and a bit dangerous since there it does not have any holding bars. I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice , we could not try the restaurant this was their yearly closure. I did not like that the room was super hot 35 C , we call front desk and Marguerite took things in hand , moved us in another room and reprogrammed the AC so It finally cooled the room . The setting for the AC we on the low low and with a timer so every hour or so it cut down. Management is responsible for that and in the heart of the summer should Spend whatever electricity is needed for the comfort of their guest

The staff at this hotel were truly wonderful — kind, attentive, and very responsive. Every time we needed help, they reacted quickly and with a great attitude. The only issue during our stay was the heating system in our room. At first, the heater was not working, and when it was eventually fixed, it produced an unpleasant smell. Although this made the room a bit uncomfortable, the team did their best to assist us right away and showed excellent customer service. Overall, the staff made a very positive difference in our stay, even though the room’s heating problem was unfortunate.

Nice hotel near the center of Dijon. Our family stayed one night, using 4 hotel rooms. The staff was very accommodating in allowing us to check-in early.
