Excellent accueil, assistance pour la connexion Wifi de bonne qualité. Chambre 106 : spacieuse et hyper calme (loin de l'ascenseur et donnant sur la petite rue où sont les archives) ; un voilage serait apprécié en sus du rideau opaque. Literie d'excellente qualité, lit double 180cm de large, bons oreillers ; bouilloire, coffre, frigo + mini-bar. Le room-service proposé est ok : thé, infusions, expresso disponibles dans les 3 salons à la réception (dont l'un propose des jeux de société, un autre ordinateur en accès libre). Je recommande la réservation directe avec l'hôtel, surtout pour l'accès au parking privatif, peut-être aussi pour les tarifs ? le service d'annulation de l'hôtel semble être aussi souple que si on passe par un fournisseur d'accès : se renseigner directement et comparer ???

Kleine kamer maar groot genoeg voor een stopover. Uitstekend bed en erg schone badkamer. Inpandige kleine garage. Je moet wel behendig zijn als je een wat grotere auto hebt. Reserveren aanbevolen. Het hotel is erg centraal gelegen.

Great hotel and great location. Room was lovely and a nice surprise of having a small balcony which had a good view. No parking at hotel but secure underground car park within walking distance €11 per 24hr. There is space to park outside hotel to drop off bags whilst checking in. Would definitely stay here again

We were in one of the annex rooms, not the main property. Our room was on the fourth floor of the building without an elevator, and the stairway up is incredibly narrow and spiraling. It does tell you this on the reservation, but for American travelers just be aware of two things; first when they say it’s on the third floor we would consider it the fourth; secondly, the spiral staircase is small, narrow, and very steep. Not likely legal here in the states:) That said, the room was absolutely amazing! It was beautifully appointed with a comfortable bed, internet, huge windows on one side that let in plenty of air (but no view except of the building across the way on the east side), and it was super clean. The location is perfect for a trip to Dijon. Everything you want to see is an easy walk. There are more restaurants in walking distance than any city I’ve ever visited! If you’re OK with the stairs, I can’t recommend this room enough, just a perfect spot for our three day trip to Dijon.

I was in Dijon just for the night and booked a room here. It was so absolutely lovely (my room) that I regretted not having more time. The people at the hotel reception were also incredibly nice. I highly recommend this place. The only thing you must be aware of is that if you stay in the annex (where I was) there is no elevator and a steep staircase. If stairs are a problem for you, the annex will not be a good option. If stairs ok, go for it. It’s a lively place.

Very central, convenient location for seeing Dijon! Only drawback is ‘public parking’ 10mins walk away, with very narrow spiral access, putting my alloys at significant risk of damage! Website did indicate limited onsite parking….but no specifics/unable to book. Although we stayed x2 nights & arrived before 4pm, we weren’t offered the option of onsite parking!! Breakfast is worth it. Staff very friendly & helpful.

The apartment we had was large and spacious, with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. There was also a long, narrow balcony we could sit on. The building showed signs of age, and so did the apartment. Entrance door that wedges against the floor and crooked ceiling lights. The breakfast was good. Could be enjoyed outside and inside. There was a strong smell in the bathroom, like when the water trap is dry. This was reported, but nothing was done. Finally found out myself that it had to be from the drain to the washing machine. No reaction from the hotel when I again commented on it at check-out. I would have expected something to be done about it.

Excellent spacious apartment, very close to all attractions. The only downside was the amount of noise you can hear from the apartment above, as the wooden floors were creaking and you can hear people upstairs stomping and slamming the doors when we went to sleep, so soundproofing is not the best.

Hotel des Ducs was in a great location, and was clean with a friendly staff. I had a small double room, and it was pretty cozy (small), which was fine for me as a solo traveler. It is conveniently located a block from the Palais des Duc and Place de la Revolution, and all of the shops and dining options in the area. The Dijon Ville train station is a 15 minute walk from the hotel, along the main pathway. The only negative was the room size, but as I said it was fine for me as a solo traveler. Otherwise it is a fine option for travelers looking for 3-star accommodations conveniently located in Dijon's tourist area.

Despite the supervisor’s written info about the hotel guest benefitting free winery visit and tasting through the hotel reception, Christine rudely insisted that we “misunderstood “ the information and the hotel has nothing to do with it. She “never heard about it”. Very unprofessional, unpleasant and expected better service from this calibre of a hotel.

Chambre confortable, spacieuse et moderne. Le petit déjeuner est bien mais l'espace peut etre insuffisant en cas de forte influence. La localisation est parfaite. Accueil désagréable a notre arrivée ce qui ne m'étais jamais arrivé pourtant je voyage beaucoup. Apres le check out, nous avons laissé les bagages et quand je suis venu les chercher, la personne au guichet ne savait pas où ils étaient. Je le lui ai dit et finalement elle m'a dit prenez ce qui est a vous et elle est patrie. En gros j'aurais pu tout prendre.

We stayed in the Pommard room. It had its own private balcony. The room was clean. One staff member in particular was exceptionally helpful and that was Selena. She was very helpful in setting up cabs, finding places to eat, and helping us in general.

My daughter and I stayed one night at the Hotel des Ducs and we really enjoyed our stay. It was centrally located in the old town area of Dijon within walking distance to so many sights. The room was clean and decent sized and the air condition was great. They are doing some remodeling in the lobby but other then that the property was beautiful. The parking garage was about a 10 minute walk from the property, but we could pull up in front of the hotel to load and unload. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if we find ourselves in Dijon.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We were so close to the Ducal Palace, the cathedral, shopping and dining. We were able to walk to everything that we needed in the city. The parking was about a 10 minute walk but with small luggage it was very manageable. Hotel reception was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is offered for purchase at the hotel, but there are places close by to get a coffee and pastry in the morning. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

This was a great location while we were in town. The only negative is the parking can be a little tricky, but with the guidance of the staff, we had a great parking spot for our vehicle. The breakfast choices were better than most hotels that we’ve stayed in. I would stay at this hotel again.
