Rooms were very clean & modern. Did not use restaurant but did use Bar. Young man serving there was great & very hospitable. We were very disappointed with airport transport. We left early (4 adults with suitcases) plus another couple was leaving for the airport at the same time. We chose the Anthony Palace hotel because of its nearness to Marco Polo airport & its advertisement of airport transport.

Great option for being close to the airport or for time visiting Venice. Train into Venice is a 7-8 min walk from the hotel. A few good options to eat nearby as well as the mall down the street. Having a (paid) shuttle to/from airport and Venice to use if you wish is a bonus.

Located near the airport so convenient for flying out. The airport shuttle runs on time and it’s a 10 minutes ride. Room in good condition. We wished there was some ventilation in the bathroom though. Restaurant in the hotel is also very convenient when we don’t want to go out.

The hotel had a shuttle to take you to Venice. It was very convenient . And they even picked us up at the local train station. Great stay. Had laundry facilities at no cost. Room tax was very reasonable.

Front desk staff were not friendly or helpful when asking questions about how to get transportation. Shuttle service staff were courteous though. Breakfast was mediocre. Bathroom was in disrepair and had mould all over. Would not recommend or stay here in the future.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Area isn’t too bad, very quiet. The only things I noticed was it didn’t look like our room had been vacuumed, there were tons of small crumbs and dirt and such and our belongings had been moved around when we returned to our room one night. Wasn’t too terrible, just not the best I’ve stayed in.

Really excellent hotel. Very convenient to access from the airport (10 minute drive) and convenient to travel into Venice old town. Reception manned 24 hours so no worries checking in after a late flight (we arrived at 11pm). Found the room to be very comfortable and quiet, everything spotlessly clean. Friendly staff, plenty of free parking on-site, hotel is well presented. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if visiting Venice. Highly recommend.

The bathroom had unclean grout in the shower. when i informed management by showing picturies, I was given a shower that leaked. I showed a video of water leaking on floor from between the shower and tub at the seam. I wish I had stayed at my second choice of hotel. The bed was comfortable.

Hotel is nice and breakfast was really good.. The only bad thing is room too hot. It was on 29 when I woke up at 4am and could not sleep back.. My husband went to receptionist to ask if we can have air conditioning and it work for a lil bit. During check out, I ask the lady why our room is hot she said sorry but at night we dont turn off ari conditioning. I was surprise and she was not sorry at all.

The property is very nice, however, the beds are getting a bit old and saggy. Fabulous bath tub in big bathroom. Dinner was nice as well. Wotif however got a few things wrong - which really made our life hard and transportation expensive! (Not hotels fault in any way or shape!!).

We stayed at the Antony palace hotel on 8/6. We had booked it as it was close to the airport. We checked in at 20.30, and went to our room hoping for an early night as we were up at 04.00 for a 07.00 flight. There was a festival going on outside our room, and extremely loud music carried on until 00.00 meaning myself, husband and 9 year old daughter could not get to sleep! I complained straight away to reception, but there were no other rooms available to move us to. The aircon in our room was also broken and would work intermittently for a minute and then turn off.

Messaged back and forth with hotel about shuttle pick up, got directions on when and where to be picked up. Great directions with photos. Luggage was a bit delayed. Pick up time, set by hotel, was 1215. Tried texting hotel to let them know our status, but it didn’t go through, no connectivity. We sat at pick up point from 12:25-12:35 before just ordering an Uber. Got to hotel, let them know that my trip did not start off well since we weren’t picked up by shuttle. Now here is where I thought I would get some profuse apology. Instead I was told we can’t wait more than 5 minutes. Excuse me? Nobody ever said any such thing…and it was the HOTEL that set the pick up time based on my air travel schedule. I did not set that time. Definitely lacking in customer service. It would have been so simple to say OMG we are so sorry about that snafu, let’s turn your trip around, let’s get you checked in early and let us know if we can offer you a ride into town. Instead, I got well we can’t hang out all day waiting for you. If you are in the service industry (which I was for many years) you cater to your clientele and do everything you can to make their experience enjoyable and if things start out shaky…you fix it. Unfortunately, mission failure in this case.

We had a great time staying 14 nights at Antony Palace Hotel. The staff were friendly, kind and attentive to guests. Every guest was treated with care and respect. The buffet breakfast was great with freshly cooked food, fruits, baked cakes and cold breakfast bar. Our room was cleaned every day and cleaning staff were respectful and professional in their approach to being in your room and cleaned very well. The hotel is in a good location; a local shopping mall, 10mins walk from the station (20mins train to central Venice), surrounding restaurants and Aldi to pick up quick snacks and drinks! The Wellness Centre was our favourite using their gym in the morning before breakfast, sauna and steam room in the evening after touring Venice during the day. A perfect end to each day. Communicating with staff was also easy because they are multilingual and respond any question or query. I had a minor injury during my stay and was impressed that staff provided first aid assistance with care and were not dismissive. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Venice as you get both worlds, peace and quiet in the hotel which was well air-conditioned during the heatwave and access to beautiful Venice sites. I will definitely choose Antony Palace Hotel when I return to Venice. Highly recommend that you book their shuttle service from airport to hotel. I made that mistake not to pre-book before we arrived and the taxi fare was very costly for a 10 minutes drive.

The hotel is ok but the staff were terrible. The receptionist and the concierge who had a terrible attitude to us on the morning of July 4 at 7:00 am. We booked the shuttle to the airport for 7:15 am. We waited until 7:10 and we saw no bus so we asked them where the bus was, and they said don’t know. After that they didn’t even looked at us and never ssid goodbye. The bus driver also spoke no word the entire time. They only care about taking the bus fees. These peoples should never be in service industry.

We had a good stay it's only a 10 minute walk from the Train station, very good breakfast included. The airport shuttle starts at 5:10 AM which did work for us as we had a 6:25 AM flight the front desk reserved us a cab which worked well for us.

Conveniently located close to the airport and railway. Easy cheap rail to get to Venice just a short walk away. The hotel itself was clean and well appointed. The staff very helpful and happy. The quality of food served was delicious. We would stay here again if we come back to Venice.

Debora at Reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful and so were the staff at the daily buffet breakfast. We did not like that the only alternative dining was a Japanese restaurant beside the hotel. The shopping mall described as near the hotel is some 30 minutes away by walking. The hotel is some 30 minutes away from Venice. Book your transfer with the hotel though their transfers don't start until 9:30 am so it cost us 60 Euros by taxi to get to Venice early. The hotel doesn't provide transfers to the train station. Aside from the hotel not being located in a more central location, it is a good place to stay and it's a bonus that the restaurant opens at 5:30 am for breakfast.

We omly stated briefly, before catching an early flight. The rooms were clean, comfortable and beautiful. The hotel shuttle is expensive (32 euros for 2 adults, 2 children) but was punctual. The choice in the restaurant was very limited and we couldn't find anything to eat there, but there is a nice restaurant acrosd the road called Bavarian fest, which a much better range of Italian food.

Loved staying at this hotel as it is not in Venice and so the crowds are minimal and it is very quiet. Staff was excellent. Short walk to the train station to get to Venice and surrounding areas. One thing I didn't like was there is no options for morning coffee or breakfast only the hotel buffet which we did the first morning but it wasn't very good. I'd give that a 2 1/2 out of 5. Second morning we just wanted coffee and a croissant but there were no other options.
