De ontvangst was hartelijk, de parkeerplaats voor 12 euro per dag niet duur. De kamer klein maar daar is de prijs ook naar. Het ontbijt was de 1e ochtend uitgebreid met warm en koud maar werd elke ochtend minder. Van scrambled eggs tot een zeer hard gekookt tot niks. Daarbij moest iedereen zijn eigen stokbrood afsnijden, dus iedereen zat met zijn handen aan het brood en gebruikte hetzelfde mes...niet geheel corona proof! De bar was leeg, wij wilde er een biertje drinken maat ze hadden nog maar 1 blikje! Het meest nare vond ik echter dat de laatste nacht bloedvlekken op ons kussen en lakens zaten. Later las ik in een andere recensie precies hetzelfde! De lokatie is goed om met de fiets de stad te verkennen.

De bedden waren prima. De badkamer was in verouderde staat. Rondom het hotel lag veel zwerfafval, een heel bed en een bank. Let op bij het inrijden van de parkeergarage. Wij hebben onze auto beschadigd aan de hoge stoep. Het verblijf was ok. Ik zou zelf niet weer boeken bij dit hotel.

The only thing I don't like and did not expect it's that the hotel charges $5 per baggage left at the hotel. This is the first time I have ever gotten charged in my 15 years of travel experience. Disappointed.

Séjour de 2 nuits : confort correct dans l'ensemble. Les chambres ont besoin d un coup de peinture. Le ménage aurait pu fait en profondeur, lits confortables. Points positifs : très bon accueil, personnel souriant. Le café et le thé sont offerts toute la journée aux voyageurs à partir de 10h. C'était très pratique car on était à 10min du quartier asiatique. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Difficile de trouver une place pour se garer, accès impossible avec la carte magnétique donc aller-retour à la réception désagréable quand on arrive fatigué à 23h30, vétusté de la chambre, propreté correcte, petit déjeuner correct….pour une nuit ça passe mais pas plus.

Room not very clean, stained towels, shower handle broken. I could hear guests from the other room as the wall are very thin. Overall very noisy, loud guests yelling in hall way during the night. and everyday I had to pass by reception to re-activate the room key card. Plus, on my check out the lady at the from desk (Manu, if I well recall) seemed to be in a bad day. It seemed I bothering her with my questions and I noticed the same behaviour with another guests also that also were checking out. I do not recommend this hotel.

I'd only give this property 1 star because the receptionist was kind but the pictures are a total cat fish. Bathroom was full of mold. Dead bug in the sheets. No storage for baggage or clothes. 1 night even feels too much for this place. Happiest day of my vacation was check out!

La literie est bonne, la wifi ainsi que le petit déjeuner sont plutôt bons. En revanche l'état de la partie douche est à revoir. Joints de douche moisis, pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas sur la barre donc obligé de passer sur la douchette, pomme de douche complètement entartrée.

Very disappointing !!! The room we were allocated was not clean . The floor was dirty. The bathroom was not fresh and the beds had not been changed. There was human hair on the bed sheets.We were offered 2 alternative rooms and unfortunately there was hair present on the mattress covers in both of these rooms also.

Our stay was okay/ adequate. We needed a room with sleeping for three and it fit the bill on short notice. Grateful for that but otherwise the property and room (including bathroom) was pretty tired and in need of some updating.

Fairly comfortable rooms, friendly staff. The corridors can be a biut noisy though. Well located not far from many restaurants. For French standards, I would rank it as a good two-star hotel rather than a three-star hotel

When I arrived the gentlemen at the front desk was rude. I knew check in was at 2 but he called me up just to tell me again check in was at 2. Didnt even check if rooms were ready or try to help me in any way. Finally a gentlemen with name tag that said Epongue called me up to try to get me in my room early. Total opposite from the other gentleman. That was just the check in but overall room service lacked! They didnt really clean, they just made the beds. Floor was untouched and they took our towels and never brought new ones! I had to go downstairs to get new ones but I was denied towels. I was told to come back in the morning to get them. Again, staff was rude when I requested towels and rolled their eyes at me. Not to mention coffee machine in the lobby was off in the morning, so no coffee for people staying I guess you has to pay for the breakfast which I wasn’t going to after all the other experiences there.

This was a poor stay, when we got there they had given our room to someone else (apparently with the same first name) so they left us for 25min in foyer waiting. Then put us in another room, but failed to transfer our breakfasts over, so next morning 20min trying to sort that, paid breakfast for the 3 days then next day they weren't on the system. Just terrible service. Then the final straw was that they took our towels and did not replace them so had only a handtowel on last day. So each of these errors by themselves would have been a mistake but together they ruined this break, and I would not recommend this hotel. Also they do not give you pillows, we had a small cushion each. So the name comfort hotel is misleading. Its a long way from anything, so need Uber or long walk.

Hôtel proche du périphérique mais ma chambre était à l'opposé donc aucun bruit. Facile d'accès. Dans la salle de bain, un ancien autocollant "hôtel Kyriad" était collé. Quand j'ai posé la question à la réception, ils ont été étonnés que le sticker soit encore là ... !

The place is within walking distance of the metro, which is really a plus point. The building and the room have seen better days, but I cannot complain with the price I paid. If you are a traveller and just want somewhere to sleep after a long day of sightseeing in Paris, then this is a budget-friendly hotel. There are towels and toiletries. The bedding seems clean. The pillow is just like a throw pillow and not a proper rectangular shape, but it's fine. There were some policemen around when we visited, but it did not affect our visit. The reception people are also polite and does not mind speaking in English.

Bien qu'au bord du périphérique, l'isolation phonique vers l'extérieur est très bonne. Chambre simple mais propre, lit confortable. Très bien situé à l'entrée de Paris intra-muros. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Het is allemaal erg basic, maar daar betaal je dan ook naar. Bedden liggen prima. Kamer was schoon, maar te weinig handdoeken voor het aantal personen. We hadden geen gastendoekjes. Enkel 3 grote badhanddoeken voor 3 personen. De 2e dag hadden we er nog maar 2. Handen afdrogen moest met tissues, omdat er verder niks was. Het ontbijt is echt minimaal en wordt niet snel aangevuld. Ook de tafels om te kunnen ontbijten werden niet schoongemaakt. Ook niet toen we het vroegen. Uiteindelijk dus in de lobby ons ontbijt opgegeten. Ik zou dus aanraden om buiten de deur te gaan ontbijten, want dit is het geld zeker niet waard.

Chambre plutôt bien même si la porte de la SDB était un peu compliqué à ouvrir et fermer complètement, la douche ne fonctionne qu'avec le ciel de pluie impossible de passé sur le pommeau de douche classique, mais très agréable, la pollution sonore n'existe pas, le lit et très confortable, Petit déjeuner très bien, personnel agréable.

For hotels, If we don’t like the place, we generally don’t give reviews. However, this one was so bad that it seemed warranted. Just don’t stay here. It’s really very bad. They’re incredibly rude. They stated that they had air-conditioning and they did not. It was very, very hot. And we require very little and have very few expectations when we travel. But this one was truly unacceptable. Really please avoid this place.

The room was very basic and small. No coffee nor fridge included. The half glass shower is super inefficient. The water splash out everywhere. The air conditioning is nice when the heat wave hits the last few days. Don’t expect too much. Not suitable for long stay.

Ended up booking another hotel because it was bad. Dirty reception. Staff looked scruffy and unprofessional. Room was not ready when we got there. It was run down. There was mould around the shower. The room was dark and very small. The pillows were big horrible cushions. The area around it was run down. Waste of time and money unfortunately as we just couldn't stay there.
