Pro: Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Einfache, aber saubere Ausstattung. Küche ist sehr praktisch mit Kühlschrank und 2er Kochplatte, sowie Geschirr und Spülbecken. Unten im Hotel gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner für kleines Geld. (Trockner lieber auf höchste Stufe stellen, bei Mittel war noch alles ziemlich feucht.) Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und konnten Englisch. Betreten konnte man die Unterkunft jederzeit über einen Zahlencode an der Tür. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb von Paris, Bushaltestelle ist aber direkt vor der Tür, bis zur Bahnstation (in der einen Richtung liegt die Metro, in der anderen die RE) kann man auch direkt in ca. 15 min. laufen. Lebensmittelgeschäft (Carefour) ist 5 min. Fußweg entfernt. Post direkt nebenan. Die Umgebung ist eher Industrie- und Wohngebiet, aber fühlt sich sicher an und es gibt direkt in der Straße mehrere Restaurants und Bäckereien. Con: Reinigung erst ab 8 Tagen. (Wir waren 5 da, das ging noch gerade so) Für frische Handtücher muss extra gezahlt werden. Da wir aber ohnehin einmal Wäsche gewaschen haben, haben wir die Handtücher einfach selber mitgewaschen. Die Sicherheitsleistung von 100€ ist völlig okay, allerdings war diese über einen Monat auf meinem Konto gesperrt, was mir recht lange vorkam. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft für alle, die Tagsüber viel unterwegs sind und hauptsächlich einen Schlafplatz brauchen zu empfehlen. Für uns war es jedenfalls super!

The hotel is situated close to the train station for getting in and out of Paris and there are lots of shops, cafés and restaurants on the hotel doorstep for all of your needs. The hotel was secure and the staff were a great help.

Points positifs: appartement bien équipé et fonctionnel, chambre côté cour calme, personnel accueillant et serviable à l'accueil, parking souterrain payant à un tarif raisonnable. Points négatifs: pas de climatisation donc très chaud malgré le ventilateur, ménage qui laissait à désirer.

Le logement est conforme aux photos, mais traces de vétusté par les passages de clients. J'ai posé une simple question au réceptionniste et la reponse fut brève et n'apportant aucune explication alors que nous sommes dans un hôtel et ils ont un rôle informatif pour les touristes. La literie un peu ferme mais suffisante pour une nuit. Dommage que l'hôtel ne propose pas de laisser notre voiture dans le parking le jour du départ afin de nous permettre de continuer de visiter la ville.

Cleaning room only once per stayed period. None change any towels nor bedding sheets

the cleanliness is disappointing, there is dust everywhere, the sheets are not changed even less the towels. I don't recommend this place

Personnel accueillant et très aimable, logement T2 adapté à une famille de 4, par contre cafards un peu partout et plus d'eau chaude au bout du deuxième jour

La propreté est impeccable. L'équipement de la chambre est top avec une kitchenette et de la vaisselle et les produits avec un torchon. Tout est bien conçu pour faciliter l'usage. La bonne literie aussi avec un grand lit. Bravo. La réceptionniste est accueillante.

très bon rapport qualité prix. bon emplacement car bien desservi par métro pas trop loin à pied et rer. et accès direct en voiture sans passer par le périphérique. chambre de bel dimension très bon accueil seul bémol, la ventilation qui est bruyante et ne peut être coupée

L’hébergement est bien situé dans un endroit vivant et très bien desservi par les transports. L’hébergement en lui même est plutôt spacieux propre et confortable juste petit bémol il n’est pas climatisé c’est plutôt compliqué en période en canicule cependant des ventilateurs sont à disposition.

Unit was very sparse, lacked storage space, counter space for cooking, basic kitchen items (knife, wine glasses). Only had 30ml bottle of dish soap. When asked front desk for more they said they only give one per stay, but we stayed a week. Young woman who worked front desk, never made eye contact or said hello.

The mattress could use an upgrade and the sofa bed is worn out. It was a nice location with a supermarket nearby. But the place itself is not as comfortable as I thought.

Chambre proche de l’ascenseur : bruit de moteur toute la nuit... Pas d'eau chaude le 1er soir...

Il manque rien, par contre le second couchage (canapé convertible) était une catastrophe niveau confort, une barre en métal se faisant sentir au millieu du lit et même pour un enfant de 13ans ça a été un calvaire de dormir dessus... Sinon équipe sympathique, très bonne communication.

Logement immaculé, spacieux et plus calme que je le pensais. Par contre en cette fin juin lors d'un épisode de canicule, c'était vraiment étouffant malgré le ventilateur (pas de clim). Je conserve toutefois cette adresse pour les saisons plus fraîches. Divers bus juste en face, nombreux restaurants dans la rue.

Accueil chaleureuse, propre et très calme !

I have stayed here before (April 2023) however forgot to give feedback. I will do a review for both here instead. The studio's are great, with most things that you need provided. The towels are a little on the small side though, so if you must have a bath sheet sized towel, maybe bring one yourself. The room I stayed in earlier faced onto the main road, which has buses going along it, so is noisier than the ones at the back, so if road noise bothers you, either request a room at the back or book somewhere else. It was quiet over night however and the rooms were very quiet otherwise. The outside noise is likely to be not such a problem in colder weather. There is no air conditioning, however there a fans. The check in hours are limited and this is worth knowing if you are planning to arrive late as the reception will be closed. They also charge a 100 Euro deposit, which is returned at the end of your stay. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was fine but communication a bit less so. I thought I might arrive after reception closed so I sent a message via the Hotels.com app asking what to do if I was late. In the event I arrived before reception closed which was just at well because I still haven't heard from them...

A l’arrivée on nous demande de régler le taxe habitation ce qui est normal mais a notre grand surprise on nous dit de payer de caution en plus.

Overall, amazing experience. Good price. Area is bit cheeky, won’t advise going out at night time. Reception is bit uncooperative. Requested them for an extra pillow three times from different staff due to neck pain but they denied.

Really well placed in terms of transport links, bus stop right outside ,short walk to most other metros , walking distance to local supermarkets , boulangerie and restaurants. Could do with more amenities for longer stays, like dish wash soap, more than one bin bag as stayed for 6 nights

The property was basic but extremely well connected. Ivry-sur-siene train station was walkable and had brilliant connectivity with central Paris. There are a few restraunts nearby so ordering food or dinning around was easy too. There is a grocery store nearby. Area seemed relatively safe too.

The staff were very helpful. The apartment was basic but clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Close to both the RER and Metro, approx 10-15 minute walk. You should however give yourself around an hour for getting to/from central Paris.

Værelset var pænt og rent, desværre lå det rigtig langt fra centrum . Metroen lå 20 min. gang fra hotellet med 16 stop til f. eks. Louvre. Der kørte dog busser lige udenfor, men metroen er det bedste og hurtigste.

Esta propiedad de encueva un poco lejos de París pero es accesible en autobus justo frente a la puerta del hotel. En 10 minutos a pie de llega a una estación del metro muy bien conectada y con gente amable dispuesta a ayudarte con los tiquetes para usar los diferentes trenes qué por ahí pasan.

kleines schönes zimmer, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein paar tage zur selbstversorgung braucht. bushaltestelle direkt vor der tür, die sehenswürdigkeiten und der bahnhof sind zwar nicht unbedingt in der nähe, ließen sich aber problemlos erreichen. leider ist die gegend bereits in den frühen morgensrunden recht laut, wer also bei offenem fenster schlafen will sollte oropax dabei haben.

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole, dotato del necessario indispensabile. La struttura è ben organizzata, il personale è gentile e sempre disponibile. Una fermata dei bus di fronte al residence permette di raggiungere le metro che cmq distano 10/15 minuti a piedi. Vari negozi e un centro commerciale sono a.pochissima distanza. Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno a Parigi.

Clim absente, ventilo a la place mais chaleur suffocante pendant la grosse chaleur. Petit dej à partir de 7h30 seulement, je n'ai pas pu le prendre. Confort ok, propreté ok, RER assez proche.
