My air con didn’t work and when i asked the lady who was apparently the manager,how rude she was and unhelpful it was the worst customer service i have ever experienced, so we had to make do with no air con and non opening windows. I asked for a fork one night around 9.30 as I was told there was no room service or food available I had gone out and bought a chicken salad but realised it didn’t come with a fork, I was told this was not possible as the kitchen was closed even when there were a full dining area with knives and forks. I don’t normally leave bad reviews and I have stayed at mercure hotels many times in the uk but this has well and truely put me off and the woman who was on reception was so rude and unhelpful I have never seen anything like it.

I stayed here for 2 nights for work. The hotel rooms are very basic and somewhat dated. Clean enough, not immaculate. Very budget style hotel, limited staff and no real facilities. The breakfast was actually alright. I would strongly recommend not going out in this area on an evening. I’m a fairly well travelled individual but I felt very unsafe, even in the day.

Feels grubby. Not dirty but needs redecorating and recarpeting. Car park is good. Metro 15 min walk. Takes 40 mins to get to eiffel tower. Same monmarte. Breakfast was average at best Staff were polite, and available when needed Tbh unless you need a secure carpark I would avoid this place

The hotel is nice, clean, good size room, lovely facilities (bed, big tv, shower). The receptionists are very polite and helpful. Good breakfast. The area is ok with plenty of public transport services. The only thing that the Hotel should include in their description is : the underground parking is at L-2 with really tight routes. Some large SUVs may not be able to get in. I have a large car and managed to fit in within mm. Thanks!

Hotel was having major work done which we we not told about. We had to pay twice as we were told the booking hadn’t been paid for. When checking in no mention of free breakfast and ask for advice where to eat no advice and then in our room the air con wasn’t working so had a terrible nights sleep. Would not stay there again.

Worst hotel in paris. Staff were rude and unhelpful. There is NO AIRCON, room unclean - dusty, grime in shower. We were locked out for 20 mins after midnight (2 women) The security guard sucked his teeth at us, and shouted at us for knocking the glass (after ringing the bell a few times). There are stains on the carpet and all rooms and areas are very tired. Holes in sheets, stains on sheets, walls and carpets. They didn’t replenish any toilet roll, or towels without request. Also didn’t clean our room when requested. Area is very sketchy, not safe to walk around at night.

Assegnata room 501 disabili motivo non avevano quadruple ! Il bagno naturalmente enorme aveva sporco negli angoli , scarico rotto , poco riscaldato . Dava un senso generale di sporco non ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. Divani letto per ragazze con doghe rotte. Ottima assistenza al check-in. Ottima colazione a buffet tutto freschissimo e vario. Qualità prezzo ottimi. Non ci siamo sentiti bene nella stanza ma ci si sta veramente poco per cui in complesso bene.

Gutes Bett aber die Zimmer sind renovations befürtig. Am Freitag gab es noch ein richtiges Frühstück. Am Samstag wurde vieles nicht mehr aufgetischt. Am Sonntag gab es die aufgewärmten reste vom Vortag. Für die 2te Nacht wurde auch unser Zimmer nicht hergerichtet. Das Anzeigebild zeigte den ausblick auf die Seine mit blick zum Eifelturm. Der Blick ist aber real auf ein Cement Werk. Den Eiffelturm würde man mit einem Feldstecher sehen. Gesamthaft stimmt für mich Preisleistung nicht.

Nous avons dû attendre presque 2 heures pour pouvoir récupérer la clé de la chambre. Incompétence du réceptionniste couronnée d'absence total de bon sens. Et ne parlons pas de quelconque hospitalité ou esprit commercial. Exécrable!

Gutes Bett aber die Zimmer sind renovations befürtig. Am Freitag gab es noch ein richtiges Frühstück. Am Samstag wurde vieles nicht mehr aufgetischt. Am Sonntag gab es die aufgewärmten reste vom Vortag. Für die 2te Nacht wurde auch unser Zimmer nicht hergerichtet. Das Anzeigebild zeigte den ausblick auf die Seine mit blick zum Eifelturm. Der Blick ist aber real auf ein Cement Werk. Den Eiffelturm würde man mit einem Feldstecher sehen. Gesamthaft stimmt für mich Preisleistung nicht.

Feels grubby. Not dirty but needs redecorating and recarpeting. Car park is good. Metro 15 min walk. Takes 40 mins to get to eiffel tower. Same monmarte. Breakfast was average at best Staff were polite, and available when needed Tbh unless you need a secure carpark I would avoid this place

Handig hotel net buiten de stad. Ongeveer 45 minuten tot centrum. Wel moet je ongeveer 15 minuten lopen naar de metro. Betaalbaar hotel. Kamers zijn schoon en voldoen. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Het hotel ligt naast een cement fabriek. Wij hadden een kamer met uitzicht op de seine. Het nabijgelegen winkelcentrum is aan het vervallen. Ook staan er in de omgeving diverse tenten. We hebben ons echter niet onveilig gevoeld.

The hotel is nice, clean, good size room, lovely facilities (bed, big tv, shower). The receptionists are very polite and helpful. Good breakfast. The area is ok with plenty of public transport services. The only thing that the Hotel should include in their description is : the underground parking is at L-2 with really tight routes. Some large SUVs may not be able to get in. I have a large car and managed to fit in within mm. Thanks!

My air con didn’t work and when i asked the lady who was apparently the manager,how rude she was and unhelpful it was the worst customer service i have ever experienced, so we had to make do with no air con and non opening windows. I asked for a fork one night around 9.30 as I was told there was no room service or food available I had gone out and bought a chicken salad but realised it didn’t come with a fork, I was told this was not possible as the kitchen was closed even when there were a full dining area with knives and forks. I don’t normally leave bad reviews and I have stayed at mercure hotels many times in the uk but this has well and truely put me off and the woman who was on reception was so rude and unhelpful I have never seen anything like it.

I stayed here for 2 nights for work. The hotel rooms are very basic and somewhat dated. Clean enough, not immaculate. Very budget style hotel, limited staff and no real facilities. The breakfast was actually alright. I would strongly recommend not going out in this area on an evening. I’m a fairly well travelled individual but I felt very unsafe, even in the day.

Assegnata room 501 disabili motivo non avevano quadruple ! Il bagno naturalmente enorme aveva sporco negli angoli , scarico rotto , poco riscaldato . Dava un senso generale di sporco non ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. Divani letto per ragazze con doghe rotte. Ottima assistenza al check-in. Ottima colazione a buffet tutto freschissimo e vario. Qualità prezzo ottimi. Non ci siamo sentiti bene nella stanza ma ci si sta veramente poco per cui in complesso bene.

A bit off the beaten track but handy for the Accor Arena. Not many food options in the area. None slip shower wasn’t great, slipped and struck foot and knee. Shower button plate was broken in our room and toilet was in a cupboard - couldn’t close the door due to proximity with the toilet. Hotel had a power cut whilst we were there too. Transport links are close although for the weekend we were there the Ivry-Sur-Seine station was closed.

Room too hot and AC didn't bring the temp down below 22°C. Can't open windows. When I told the desk, they said 'thank you, they'll let maintenance know'. That's it. No concern, no apologies, nothing. We checked in as a couple, and there was only one towel. We had to fetch another. Next day after service of the room? Yep, only one towel. Also, breakfast was average, but costs an extra 19€ per person and is not included. Wasn't worth it. Subway is much futher away than it first appears to be. Skip this one.

The room was excellent in terms of size and comfort. Housekeeping was at best average as over the course of our 3 night stay not once was the bed remade and after the first night the cups/glasses were not washed. The reception and restaurant staff were excellent. It is a shame the bar is not open after 4.30pm on Friday until Monday.
