L'établissement est neuf. L'accueil a été chaleureux. Tout est impécable, très propre. La literie excellente. Il y a une kitchenette avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner sommairement. Réfrigérateur, plaques de cuisson et micro ondes. La douche est grande. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation avec les fortes chaleurs du mois d'août. Il y a un parking payant et sécurisé à 12 euros pour la nuit. Le quartier n'est pas top mais il y a le métro et le tram pas très loin. Bon rapport qualité prix à mon avis.

The hotel is clean and employees were neither good or bad. Very little interaction or desire to help. Be prepared to have sponge baths because the water pressure and temperature changes every 2-3 seconds, going from cold to burning hot. We stayed 3 nights. The first night I had the “do not disturb” hanging on the door but the other nights I didn’t and nobody came to clean. Apparently you are supposed to take out your own trash. There is no working AC and when I asked for help I was told the technician was gone for the day. Had to sleep 3 nights with open windows. And if you are not familiar with the area, the hotel is 45 min from the city and about 1 mile from metro station. The kitchenette was nice to have.

Mon séjour a été impeccable. Accueil chaleureux. Les chambres étaient très propres et le confort parfait . Un seul bémol concerne l’accès au parking dont la logistique pourrait être améliorée ( un seul bip pour l’hôtel )

The First Lady we encountered was so lovely and helpful, I really appreciated her. However there was one staff member (didn’t get her name) was very very rude, made my wife cry she was that awful. Wish I knew her name but. I would have put a formal report in. Amenities; the washer and dryer was very expensive it ate my coin when I accidentally pressed the wrong button and I had to put another in. To top it all off we were there for 5 days and were refused towels daily as ‘they didn’t have any’ and their ‘issues with suppliers’ would not recommend this stay

I chose this place because It was suppost to have Air Conditioner. The first day, I did not feel any air coming from the vents, i called immediately to the front desk, they sent a guy who said "AC was working". According to this guy, the AC was working because the walls were cold. Can you believe that? I stayed 4 nights and definitely the AC was not working at all. I had to open the windows to let get in some cold air but the bugs and the noisy of a factory in front, make it difficult to keep the windows open. The room felt so hot that was impossible to sleep properly. Room temperature between 75F to 80 F but outside was 63F. I got sick because it was so hot inside and cold outside. I complained at the check out and they kind of admit the AC was not working because It is winter. This is false advertising. If you don't have the AC working, do not advertise that you have AC. This not individual AC for the room, it is an AC for all the building so you can not turning on as you wish. BEWARE OF AC

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil à mon arrivé était chaleureux, les explications claires et précises. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. J’ai apprécié la décoration qui apporte un réel cachet à la chambre. De plus elle est très fonctionnelle grâce notamment à la kitchenette. Le seul point négatif à souligner c’est la douche bouchée qui inondait rapidement la salle de bain étant donné qu’il s’agissait d’une douche italienne. Mais c’est un détail car autrement c’est un belle endroit bien situé, j’y reviendrais avec certitude.

Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Hotel hat eine gute Ausstattung, die Metro ist 15min Fußweg entfernt. Leider liegt es nicht in der schönsten Gegend. Besonders störend war allerdings, dass das Zimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts (6 Nächte) nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt wurde. Den Müll mussten wir eigenständig entsorgen und leer gegange Hygieneartikel gab es nur widerwillig auf Anfrage vom Personal.

Tout été parfait, très bonne surprise de découvrir cet hôtel. La chambre était très confortable, bien décorée et surtout très propre. Le petit déjeuné était top. Et tout le personnel de l'hôtel a été très accueillant et très sympatique, c'était un plaisir de rentrer à l'hôtel le soir et de discuter avec eux ! Studio confortable et bien équipé, très propre, bien insonorisé, literie confortable et équipement salle de bains et cuisine conforme au listing présenté lors du choix de l'appart hôtel. Très pratique car situé prés des arrêts de bus et de centres commerciaux. Je recommande vivement.

Stayed here for a couple days with my mom while visiting Paris. It is a 20 minute walk from the metro station and 5 minute walk to the nearest bus station. For grocery shopping (CarreFour or Action) it is also a 20 minute walk. Inside the hotel room, you are provided a mini kitchen with the basic amenities (microwave, sink, stovetop, dishwasher, spoons, cups, bowls, corkscrew, etc) and a big bathroom with bodywash, shampoo, hairdryer, and lots of towels. The only downside was you had to pay for breakfast. No security box inside room either. Not sure about maid service, as my family and I always decline and have the “Do Not Disturb” sign placed on our door. Also, it was a bit loud as there is a restaurant next to you and there is a factory nearby that blows a lot of smoke. Overall, it was convenient location— got the job done for an inexpensive price & lets us explore a more real side of french-folk as this location is slightly outside of Paris.

The residence itself was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was nice to have a kitchen to cook meals. The location however is in an industrial area and our view was a smokestack of a garbage incineration facility. It seems that the area has several similar residences, with one apparently for young people, who were partying outside until early morning one night. But the price is good for a place in Paris.

Séjour bien passé cependant, la veille de mon départ j'ai demandé à l'agent de nuit de me réserver un taxi pour le lendemain à 10h30 pour l'aéroport d'Orly. Séjour agréable dans l'ensemble : propreté, calme dans l'établissement, confort. En revanche check-in déplorable. 30 à 45 minutes de perdues en arrivant le soir car le parking (à plus de 20 euros la nuit, par ailleurs) ne s'ouvrait pas malgré les relances de la réceptionniste. Celle-ci, en extra, ne connaissait pas l'établissement, ni les chambres, s'est trompée en me donnant la carte de chambre (pas à notre nom) n'était franchement pas agréable et a insisté, à 23h15 lorsque nous avons enfin réussi à rentrer dans le parking et que nous sommes passés devant elle, accompagnés de notre petite de 2 ans et avec tous les bagages, pour que nous payions les taxes. Je lui ai fait remarquer que la moindre des choses était que nous puissions s'installer, étant donnée l'heure tardive. Mémorable !

Tout été parfait, très bonne surprise de découvrir cet hôtel. La chambre était très confortable, bien décorée et surtout très propre. Le petit déjeuné était top. Et tout le personnel de l'hôtel a été très accueillant et très sympatique, c'était un plaisir de rentrer à l'hôtel le soir et de discuter avec eux ! Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil, nous reviendrons sans hésitation pour nos séjours à Paris

Deuxième séjour en peu de temps. Je n’ai pas pour habitude de laisser une note, mais cette fois je le fais car agréablement surpris. Très bon accueil de la part de tout le personnel qui est également à l’écoute. Chambre très bien équipée, spacieuse, y compris la sdb. déco sympathique

The First Lady we encountered was so lovely and helpful, I really appreciated her. However there was one staff member (didn’t get her name) was very very rude, made my wife cry she was that awful. Wish I knew her name but. I would have put a formal report in. Amenities; the washer and dryer was very expensive it ate my coin when I accidentally pressed the wrong button and I had to put another in. To top it all off we were there for 5 days and were refused towels daily as ‘they didn’t have any’ and their ‘issues with suppliers’ would not recommend this stay

Hébergement très pratique avec le nécessaire pour faire réchauffer un repas ou petit déjeuner. Le personnel était super et il y a un local pour déposer ses bagages si on arrive trop tôt. Seul bémol, l’emplacement dans un secteur industriel et commercial un peu en retrait des lignes de métro. Heureusement, la ligne de bus à proximité permet de se raccorder aux différents modes de déplacement. Sinon, compter une vingtaine de mn à pied. Très agréable séjour et bonne literie.

Well, there is a massive incinerator next door but surprisingly it had no impact on our stay. The area is modern. Avenue de France has the retail and resto. If U want trad Paris centre you won't get it. If you want good, cheaper with decent transport then it's fine.

Stayed here for a couple days with my mom while visiting Paris. It is a 20 minute walk from the metro station and 5 minute walk to the nearest bus station. For grocery shopping (CarreFour or Action) it is also a 20 minute walk. Inside the hotel room, you are provided a mini kitchen with the basic amenities (microwave, sink, stovetop, dishwasher, spoons, cups, bowls, corkscrew, etc) and a big bathroom with bodywash, shampoo, hairdryer, and lots of towels. The only downside was you had to pay for breakfast. No security box inside room either. Not sure about maid service, as my family and I always decline and have the “Do Not Disturb” sign placed on our door. Also, it was a bit loud as there is a restaurant next to you and there is a factory nearby that blows a lot of smoke. Overall, it was convenient location— got the job done for an inexpensive price & lets us explore a more real side of french-folk as this location is slightly outside of Paris.

Property is new and modern. Excellent choice for families. Not the best part of Paris but the area seemed like coming up. It was more budget friendly so you can use your savings on lodging to Uber around in Paris. One thing I can say is that the breakfast is not worth the money. If you can walk a little, there's this excellent bakery called 'Boulangerie Honorin'. A lot better for breakfast.

had a great experience at the Quai d’Ivry residence. Myriam at the reception was extremely kind and helpful, which made our arrival very pleasant. Special thanks to the brunch chef — the food was excellent, 100% organic, and she took great care of us. A real pleasure, I highly recommend this place!

La stanza è carina, moderna, con il cucinino e tutto come da descrizione, l’unica cosa salvabile. La posizione è a metà strada tra il centro di Parigi e l’aeroporto di Orly, dista mezz’ora da entrambe. Tutto il resto terribile: colazione sia salata che dolce ma misera, deludente e per niente rifornita; pulizia assente, non veniva nemmeno rifornita carta igienica e cambiati gli asciugamani ( che il servizio di pulizia camera fosse a pagamento non ci è mai stato comunicato). Reception scortese e per niente disponibile. Il nostro check in sembrava improvvisato e al check out, alla nostra richiesta di chiamare un taxi, ci è stato detto che non era possibile, dovendoci quindi arrangiare per tornare in aeroporto. SCONSIGLIO! Non ci torneremo.

Clean room, came with lots of towels, dish ware and a hairdryer which was helpful. They also give you some cleaning supplies to get you started e.g. dishwashing liquid and sponge. There is also a small dishwasher which is very handy. Staff is friendly. View from my room wasn’t great but not an issue as I was out for most of my stay anyways.
