A great stay - funky hotel on the corniche. The pool was perfect for us to enjoy a last day of r’n’r on our holiday. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at the hotel restaurant. Hotel is a little way from centre of Marseille but possible to walk to beach and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel with lovely spa and outdoor pool. Bus outside going to lots of places. 30min from airport and near kosher restaurants. Near the beach and beautiful wheel. Spacious hotel and very relaxing spaces including the tunnel and natural spring. Salt water outdoor pool. Loads of deckchairs and stunning view. Highly recommend the room with terrace on top floor!

Overall stay was good. Breakfast is ok but it is very expensive. Benjamin very friendly and he was super attentive. Swimming Pool is really nice and big (salt water).

Nous attendions depuis longtemps de faire escale à l'hôtel Nhow de Marseille et sa vue à couper le souffle. Si l'hotel est magnifique, très bien décoré (comme les autres nhow), beaucoup de détails gâche le tableau et notamment l'affectation des chambres, reserver une chambre vue mer implique de disposer d'une vue mer, attention, beaucoup de chambres sont en vue partielle et sont pourtant attribuées en priorité et au même prix, c'est inadmissible et cause beaucoup de désagréments et de frustrations; j'ai du patienter 4h30 pour changer de chambre. Nombre d'hôtels font le distinguo à la reservation ce qui permet d'avoir ce qu'on a réservé, sans mauvaise surprise. Pour info, je n'étais pas le seul dans ce cas là. L'équipe de réception est inégale avec des personnes pas très sympathique qui vous promettent des rappels sans jamais le faire, le téléphone sonne dans le vide des dizaines de minutes, compensée par des personnes impliquées et souriantes comme Eugénia. Le petit déjeuner est complet et les aliments globalement de qualité. Fermer le buffet à 10h30 est un peu tôt sur des jours fériés et WE. Merci à l'équipe du spa, gentille et efficace, notamment julie. L'espace Spa en lui-même est quelconque et mal entretenu, et pour sûr ne vaut pas 30€ de l'heure par personne (heureusement qu'il y a 50% de remise) En résumé un hôtel à faire, mais pas les yeux fermés. PS : une idée ingénieuse : ne pas faire le ménage 1 jour donne droit à une boisson ! C'est bon pour tout le monde

la 1 ère chambre était sale des taches sur le fauteuil une odeur de cigarette les rideaux sales j’ai demandé a changer de chambre j’ai du rajouter 139 euros de plus pour avoir une chambre correct et encore il y avait une tache sur la moquette le petit déjeuner basic vraiment rien d’extraordinaire cher pour ce que c est après mes multiples réclamations j’ai eu l’appel d’un responsable qui s’est excusé et m’a promis de faire un geste la prochaine que je voulais réserver afin de se rattraper des diverses péripéties dans cet hôtel je l’ai contacté comme convenu aucun retour j’acte hôtel est bien placé est le seul avantage il ne méritée pas les 4 étoiles c est certain !

We made a mistake with the reservation and Expedia could not get in touch with anyone at the front desk. When we got there we told them that we made an error in booking and the young man rolled his eyes and said we can’t do anything about it because we booked through Expedia. We told them Expedia tried calling them but no one answered and he said they were short staffed and maybe that evening someone would answer. I got on the phone with Expedia and was providing them with the info and issue and magically the issue was resolved without the need for expedias help. Finally, we settle into our room only to see each time we came and left our room, the dishes from room service stayed in the hallway for about 10 hours, and I don’t mean overnight but throughout the day as well. There was often garbage left on tables that would take 24 hours to get cleaned up. Our room was fine for the most part, but the hallway cleanliness and front desk need to really improve.

Ich mag die Nhow Hotels. Aber dieses hier in Marseille hat bei weitem nicht die Qualität und den Service. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich, es stinkt aus der Dusche. Es ist ein älteres Gebäude mit einer tollen Lage. Der Reinigungsdienst ist super. Der Service an der Rezeption, Bar und Restaurant sind eher zweckmäßig. Der Preis ist zu hoch für ein Standardhotel. Man bezahlt für den Meerblick, nicht für das Hotel.

Moins bien que les fois précédentes. Les tables du petit dej n’étaient pas nettoyées, plus de pain à 9h30. Les agents accueil sympas sans plus. Plus de conditionner dans la bouteille de douche.Pas de grande tasse pour le thé en chambre. J’étais seule avec mon fils de 14 ans et 8 mois et on nous a refusé l’accès au spa, alors que c’est à partir de 15 ans sur le site . Surtout qu’il y avait seulement un couple à la piscine.

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite. We didn't speak French, but there was always someone there to communicate with us in English. The buffet breakfast was amazing with many options. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious with their unique dishes. The decor of the resort was unique and clean. The beds were comfortable and the views of the Mediterranean were stunning even with the rainy/cloudy weather we had during our stay.

RAS sauf le bruit insupportable du voisin qui a était infernal toute la nuit ! Malgré 3 appels à l’accueil ….. nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit et on nous a proposé une chambre de remplacement qu’à 6h du matin ….. dommage car l’établissement est sympa nous qui sommes souvent en déplacement, nous avons était déçu de cette mésaventure.

RAS sauf le bruit insupportable du voisin qui a était infernal toute la nuit ! RAS sauf le bruit insupportable du voisin qui a était infernal toute la nuit ! Malgré 3 appels à l’accueil ….. nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit et on nous a proposé une chambre de remplacement qu’à 6h du matin ….. dommage car l’établissement est sympa nous qui sommes souvent en déplacement, nous avons était déçu de cette mésaventure.

We made a mistake with the reservation and Expedia could not get in touch with anyone at the front desk. When we got there we told them that we made an error in booking and the young man rolled his eyes and said we can’t do anything about it because we booked through Expedia. We told them Expedia tried calling them but no one answered and he said they were short staffed and maybe that evening someone would answer. I got on the phone with Expedia and was providing them with the info and issue and magically the issue was resolved without the need for expedias help. Finally, we settle into our room only to see each time we came and left our room, the dishes from room service stayed in the hallway for about 10 hours, and I don’t mean overnight but throughout the day as well. There was often garbage left on tables that would take 24 hours to get cleaned up. Our room was fine for the most part, but the hallway cleanliness and front desk need to really improve.

Beautiful hotel, stellar view, kind and helpful staff. We were concerned by noise from the room upstairs on the first night. Security calmed the hub bub of unsupervised adolescents within minutes. Guest services manager, Benjamin, went out of his way to ensure the rest of our vacation was perfection. It was. We will return as soon as we can!

The staff is really rude and can’t be bothered with any requests. Be prepared to load and unload all suitcases, manage your own issues and be met with non stop attitude for the slightest requests, such as checking in, checking out, an extra pillow or any other standard hotel requests. Overall stay was good. Breakfast is ok but it is very expensive. Benjamin very friendly and he was super attentive. Swimming Pool is really nice and big (salt water).

A great stay - funky hotel on the corniche. The pool was perfect for us to enjoy a last day of r’n’r on our holiday. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at the hotel restaurant. Hotel is a little way from centre of Marseille but possible to walk to beach and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel with lovely spa and outdoor pool. Bus outside going to lots of places. 30min from airport and near kosher restaurants. Near the beach and beautiful wheel. Spacious hotel and very relaxing spaces including the tunnel and natural spring. Salt water outdoor pool. Loads of deckchairs and stunning view. Highly recommend the room with terrace on top floor!

Loved how the hotel was tucked into the hillside and walkable to the beach area. Pool was perfect. Room was clean and as described on-line, we had a balcony perfect for breakfast and listening to the crashing waves. Would definitely recommend to future visitors to the Marseille area.

Tolles, modernes, relativ sauberes Hotel. Die Umgebung ist sehr laut, es gibt eine Baustelle direkt nebenan. Und wenn man sich Marseille anschauen möchte, sind viele Attraktionen weit weg und schwer zu erreichen.

We had a two night stay at the nhow Marseille hotel, and enjoyed the location and the gorgeous hotel. The room was a great size, well decorated and clean - we were located on the ground floor level next to the terrace, pool and spa. The man who helped with our luggage was really friendly, as was the receptionist who checked us in. The hotel is well located near to the La Plage and the new end of town by the Hippodrome, which is a 15 minute walk and offers lots of choice for bars and restaurants. It’s a great spot to watch the sunset too. It’s around 45 minutes to walk into Marseille - we’d recommend taking the sea route and enjoying the scenic views, monuments and attractions along the way. We returned to the city by bus for the evening which was convenient and only cost EURO 1.70, and runs late into the evening so it’s really easy to get back to the hotel. The pool at the hotel is lovely, as was the spa - although we didn’t get a chance to use this. Now for some of the issues - I want this review to be impartial and provide constructive feedback to the hotel, which was also provided in person during our stay. Firstly, the parking is charged at EURO 25 per 24 hour period, which is a significant added expense when there is no alternative locally. There is a EURO 100 deposit charge PER NIGHT, which again seems excessive, but you have no choice other than to pay this. The restaurant and bar in the hotel is very expensive (breakfast is EURO 30 per person!) [no characters left]

L’hôtel et l’emplacement en soi sont très bien. Par contre, j’ai commandé un room service qui, est déjà de base très cher mais passons, il a été livré 1h après ma demande sachant que j’avais un rdv juste après ou je ne pouvais être en retard et en plus de cela on ne m’a pas apporté ce que j’avais commandé ! J’ai du manger vite et pas ce que je voulais ! L’accueil n’a fait aucun geste commercial ni rien je trouve cela absurde ! Surtout qu’il y a 5€ en plus pour le service alors que les prix sont déjà exorbitant. Service qui n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur je suis déçue car je passais un bon séjour.

This hotel combines fun and elegance. The staff are friendly, the rooms large and comfortable, the bar and restaurant great. The beaches are a short walk and, in season, the pool is a treat. Do note the hot tubs are part of the spa service and an extra fee. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite. We didn't speak French, but there was always someone there to communicate with us in English. The buffet breakfast was amazing with many options. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious with their unique dishes. The decor of the resort was unique and clean. The beds were comfortable and the views of the Mediterranean were stunning even with the rainy/cloudy weather we had during our stay.

Very happy with this hotel. Great room with a fantastic seaview. 3. floor and premium room. Nice pool area, good breakfast and very nice dinner. Training room facilities could be better. All in all, very happy with our stay.
