Wonderful place. The beach club area was my favorite. Such a unique experience to be able to jump in the sea, steps from your room. The views were magical. Hotel staff was amazing and really helpful to us during our stay! I can’t say enough good things about the hotel staff from the front desk to the doormen to the restaurant staff and beach club guys.

The hotel is built on a cliff that is level with the ocean, you can swim in the pool or the ocean while enjoying incredible views! Ravello is a very hilly area but the hotels location makes it convenient to everything the Amalfi Coast has to offer. The rooms are clean and covered in Italian tile that lets you know you are in Italy. A delicious breakfast is included and the staff was so nice and helpful. Be sure to say hello to Ivan as he is a bartender extraordinaire!

Beautiful property on the coast below Ravello. Has complimentary breakfast, a great restaurant, and a lovely beach club that serves food and has a swimming area. Staff very friendly, and it’s such a dreamy location! We walked to the village of Minori for dinner one night-adorable (although a little tight with the small roads). Doable and worth it though. Also enjoyed the ferries-and loved our down day of relaxation here!

Amazing property. Staff is top notch. Amenities are perfect. I couldn’t ask for better. If staying in Amafi it is the best, swimming right off the property with ocean views . Restaurant has excellent food. Shuttle service reliable and easy.

Excellent hotel with delightful privat swimming and hot tub pool. Wonderfully calm environment, delicious breakfast buffet. Staff super friendly and helpful. Hotel is a short 10min walk from nearest town Minori (with ferry links to Amalfi, etc) Would come again any time.

Amazing views! And able to jump in water! And on-site dinner and breakfast were really good…Very relaxing when not in the room. The room was very outdated… AC did not work, shower leaked all over bathroom floor, bed and pillows not comfortable (all shared with staff while onsite). Overall seems good value for price paid.

Most of the staff was very friendly. Right on the water and beautiful pool. On the other hand you are very far from the square, my room and a lot of ants, and the tv did not work at all.

The area is amazing, beautiful scenery and very close to the town of Minora. The rooms were okay. Clean, but underwhelming. But the service was excellent. The beach club staff were attentive, and the restaurant staff fabulous. Very friendly. The food was fantastic, my husband and I consider ourselves foodies, and thus did not disappoint. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

The staff are absolutely awesome. The facility is clean but my room had no AC for my entire stay. When I complained to the manager, she came up and pretended that she had it fixed, but nothing happened. I couldn’t sleep for my entire stay there due to the high temperature. It was absolutely miserable for nearly $1000 per night. Everything else was ok. Just the lack of AC is a problem. It absolutely destroyed our vacation there

The hotel was great! Very clean and super friendly staff. It was extremely charming and quaint. The pool and seaside location offered great swimming. Two dining areas and free breakfasts overlook the cove. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation on the Amalfi Coast.

We had ants/bugs in our apartment; our toilet wasnt working or the shower They fixed it eventually but no compensation reimbursement was offered. Also, we had to request a tour of the facility. Along, with that when they came to extinguish the ants they handed the bottle to us & left. Service was terrible

While some staff were nice, several of them were unbelievably rude and just horrible. Our room was infested with bugs when we arrived because evidently a window was broken and wouldn’t close. We arrived late it was the first night of our honeymoon and when we called them they came and vacuumed and had a bunch of guys come to fix the window although it was super late at night and refused to move us to another room or compensate at all. They were incredibly rude and just expected us to be ok with the bugs. They totally ruined the first night of our honeymoon and they couldn’t have been more horrible about it

Gorgeous hotel on the water in Ravello, highly recommended! The rooms are spacious, clean and up to date- such a treat to look out to the scenery. We had dinner on-site which was outstanding (food and staff both excellent.) Courtesy shuttle available to go to/fro nearby cities is another plus. Lastly, coming from the US I wasn’t sure about booking tours (boat trip and Pompeii) so via email ahead of time, the staff arranged both to start from hotel. Such a relief- both experiences were perfect and hassle-free. Thank you, grazie!

Hotel en bord de mer, à moins d'1km de la petite ville de Minori. Chambre vue sur mer spacieuse (mais c'est la moindre des choses étant donné le prix: 500€/nuit...). Mauvaise insonorisation. Petite piscine et accès privé à la mer où la bataille des transats fait rage... Accueil peu serviable. Tout cela serait vite oublié étant donné le cadre idyllique. La grosse déception: les tarifs exorbitants du restaurant: 26€ pour une assiette de 6 raviolis al pesto (!), 12€ le verre de rosé "local"... simplement du grand délire.

All staff where great, bed fantastic,pool and sea water great.Hotel transport are very efficient and polite. Room was quite big but i must say for my liking a bit dated but a very good room. Im not much of a seafood person but there was a lot of seafood to choose from there was also other choices but limited. Overall this hotel is great 👍

Una propiedad hermosa .... todos en el desk fueron muy amables y atentos... Ivan en el area del bistro fue magnifico!!! Nuestra habitacion fue grande y muy comoda... super limpia con un balcon comodo ... la vista y en el lugar q se encuentra es muy hermoso ...aunque no queda a pasos de minori tienen un shuddle por un costo adicional q te lleva y recoge.... tiene buen desayuno y un restuarante que aunque no tuvimos el placer d usitilizar los reviews de otros son bueno...

This property has so much potential. Unfortunately the staff was rude other than housekeeping and front desk manager. The shuttle service is extremely limited and the pool attendant is rude and listened to tv loud enough to drown out the waves. You are up charged for everything here. We also weren’t made aware of construction prior to our stay. The price I paid for a panoramic suite as a splurge on a 3 week trip left me wanting more. I hated feeling like I was stuck in a tourist trap by the place we chose to relax and call home for a few days. This property left a lot to be desired - if wanting to travel around and see Amalfi and Ravello I suggest staying inside one of those towns. This is a review after staying at other properties for 2 weeks

Well located, extremely clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms could use updating, but very well kept. Overall the staff and service was great with the exception of one person who was rude upon calling for a shuttle when we missed the scheduled one, she did attempt to rectify prior to completing the call. Ivan from the bar and Guiese from the front deck were especially wonderful. Overall would stay here again, but room updates would be appreciated

We loved our stay at the hotel. It is an absolutely unique property. While not a new hotel, the decor, material, etc adds to the charm. Staff was fantastic. They saved us from being stuck in the rain by sending their hotel van into very rainy and not so nice driving conditions on short notice to get us. Restaurant and food was very good. Great for families, even with older kids like I have. Thanks so much to the entire staff. We will be back!!!

The hotel is fairly isolated, but that is why we booked there. The front desk staff kindly arranged for a shuttle to take us to Ravello, but I wish we would have had a little more time before our designated free pickup time. The hotel was very nice and the rooms were huge. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The restaurant was not very accommodating when we asked to the chef to cook the lobster/rather than serving it tartare. My daughter was ill the rest of the trip and was diagnosed with a bacterial infection upon our return. Coincidence/maybe.

The location of the hotel was nice. but it is an old hotel. We stayed in the panoramic suite room, the room was really big and the view was beautiful. There were a lot of mosquitoes and a lot of spiders and cobwebs in the room.the pool was very small and dirty, there were dead bugs. When I turned on the jacuzzi of the pool, a white foam was coming out, I guess it was never cleaned. Breakfast was ordinary, restaurant was very good, food was good but very expensive. 4 adults, 3 children and a baby, we gave 700 euros for a dinner and 500 euros for lunch. Reception staff were generally very good, there were two young staff, they only taught them to say no, it reduces the success of the reception in general. Check-in time to the hotel is 14:30, check-out time is 10:30. It was difficult for us families with children to reach the exit and the hotel reacted very much to this situation and threatened to charge a daily fee for 30 minutes. This made us very uncomfortable as we were so far from our home. They did not recognize expedia vip acces, our room was not upgraded, no treats were provided, even half an hour late check-out was not tolerated. we had a very bad holiday experience. In fact, the region is very beautiful, the sea is very beautiful, the Italians are very friendly. In my opinion, this is not Italian hospitality, we should not base this hotel on it.

Flott beliggenhet og god service. Prisene er selvfølgelig skrudd i taket, men annet er ikke å vente på et slikt sted. God frokost og lunsjretter på hotellet. Middagen levde ikke opp til forventningene. Vi fikk et nydelig rom med flott utsikt. Sengene var harde og putene harde som kornsekker.
