No shuttle to ORLY as stated on amenities included. The shower and sink barely drained. The room was very musky even with the air on. Very disappointed and feel like I was robbed of my money.

Stayed here to catch a flight in the morning. Room was clean, well decorated, staff was friendly and helpful. If you have a car, there is plenty of parking in the property behind closed gates. Breakfast was good, but you need to be there early. We came out around 7:30 am and a lot of food was gone, still had some good options.

They advertise Schutte, after calling them twice they lied. One person said he is by himself and pretended not to speak English. After putting a French speaking person on The phone they told him no Schutte. I ended paying €20 for a service I booked.

J’ai été très déçu par l’accueil dans cet hôtel. La personne à la réception m’a parlé d’une manière vulgaire et peu professionnelle. En plus, il m’a fait attendre plus de 30 minutes simplement pour imprimer ma facture. L’état des toilettes de la chambre était également inacceptable : la cuvette était sale et la pièce très sombre, une des lampes du miroir étant hors service. Un vrai manque de sérieux et de respect envers les clients.

We had an awful experience from arrival to departure. - When we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes because there was no staff in the front desk. - The room was smelly - The bathroom was dirty - The shower head was broken - The bed sheets were dirty - The room amenities are old - We purchased the room with breakfast and could only get hot chocolate with a croissant because there were no eggs and everything else had run out and it was a Sunday at 7 AM. This is not a 3 stars hotel. Overall, this was by far the works hotel stay experience I have had.

Mon séjour de 2 nuits s’est globalement bien passé. La chambre était confortable, avec un lit agréable et un bureau pratique, même si une prise électrique proche aurait été un plus. Quarto espaçoso com 2 camas de casal em áreas separadas, roupeiros, bancadas e cadeiras. Não tinha frigobar ou microondas. Banheiro pequeno, estilo banheiro de navio. Muito próximo ao aeroporto de orly (8 min de carro), mas bem distante de todo o resto (Paris). Estacionamento amplo. Tem um Mc donalds bem em frente e um excelente restaurante chamado Le Capitólio a 5 minutos a pé.

It would have been nice if the airco would still work. Despite the fact that it was 16°C outside, inside it was 23°C, which is not a good temperature to sleep. Opening the window did not do a lot and let in a lot of noise from the streets outside.

Clean facilities, comfortable bed, accommodating reception staff. The free shuttle was hard to find and the Paris airport doesn’t sign it well - you have to leave far from the terminal to find the “hotel” symbol.

There are 2 B&B hotels very adjacent to each other. One doesn't have reception, only has selfcheckin kiosk. No proper direction or marking to find the one which i reserved. I was roaming with big bag & trolley for 20 mins to find the right hotel.. Please have a clear English written signboard to find 2 star & 3 star hotel. Night time the place is very secluded

Bien dans l'ensemble, la qualité de la chambre était au rdv. Le petit déj était trop chère pour ce qu'il y avait. La taxe de séjour qui n'est certainement pas de votre ressort mais juste abusé ! Emplacement parfait, restauration rapide à proximité, pouvant y aller à pied. Ainsi qu'une navette gratuite pour l’aéroport au top, et dernière chose, le parking est payant pour la semaine mais un à tarif très raisonnable pour PARIS.

Ficamos só 1 noite, e achei o hotel confortável, limpo, cheiroso. A atendente falava português e foi ótimo. Pegamos o transfer de e para o aeroporto, super fácil e tranquilo. No aeroporto é só ir para a parada de ônibus D1, da green Line. Eles deixam de graça pertinho do hotel, na frente de um íbis, e da pra ir andando rapidinho até o hotel. E para voltar é só ver o horário que sai, na recepção eles já mostram a tabela de horários. Foi muito bom.

O hotel me surpreendeu positivamente. Reservei por se perto do aeroporto de Ory. Mas é um hotel confortável , com quartos amplos e limpos e com aspecto de muito bem conservado. A única desvantagem é não haver transporte público por perto, o que dificulta a locomoção para outros pontos além do aeroporto. Disponibiliza transfer gratuito para o aeroporto.

Stay here as i have an early flight from ORLY, good basic clean room with decent space and good bathroom. Have dinner in the restaurant and was decent. Hotel is a little tired and could use some maintenance on the floor rooms and carpets. Staff was very nice.

Stayed here to catch a flight in the morning. Room was clean, well decorated, staff was friendly and helpful. If you have a car, there is plenty of parking in the property behind closed gates. Breakfast was good, but you need to be there early. We came out around 7:30 am and a lot of food was gone, still had some good options.

We had an awful experience from arrival to departure. - When we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes because there was no staff in the front desk. - The room was smelly - The bathroom was dirty - The shower head was broken - The bed sheets were dirty - The room amenities are old - We purchased the room with breakfast and could only get hot chocolate with a croissant because there were no eggs and everything else had run out and it was a Sunday at 7 AM. This is not a 3 stars hotel. Overall, this was by far the works hotel stay experience I have had.

Check-in and everything went well, however I found quite some mold behind the curtains in my room. I complained to the receptionist but they were fully booked. I said we can talk about it during checkout the next morning, however during checkout the responsible person was not available. I was told they would contact me, however this didn't happen. For health safety reasons I can not recommend to stay here.
