cet hôtel est très accueillant a condition de parvenir a attraper j'insiste ATTRAPER la navette fantôme nous avons du autant a l'arrivée qu'au départ le lendemain matin avoir recours a un taxi et un Huber pour pouvoir rejoindre et quitter l'hôtel ce qui un gros handicap car depuis l'aéroport plusieurs taxis ont carrément refusé de nous prendre en charge!!!!!!! vraiment très désagréable je plains beaucoup les personnes étrangères qui pourraient être confrontées a cela belle représentation du pays!!! par contre le personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant très aimables et serviable deul point noir LA NAVETTE tout un service a revoir d'urgence

We’re able to get into our room early which was a significant bonus as we were exhausted from our travels. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of selection at breakfast. The inside of the hotel is much nicer than the outside. The shuttle was a bit challenging as there isn’t really enough room for people and their luggage. We were lucky we got on.

浴室に置いてあるタオルがほとんど変色したり茶色いシミが残ったものでした。ルームサービスで注文したサラダには、きちんとカットされていなかったり、変色したレタスがたくさん入っており、お金を払って注文する必要はないです。また、ルームサービスを持ってきた担当者の方の対応も悪く、部屋のドアを開けるとすぐ入ってきて近くのテーブルに置いてそのまま出て行きました。今後、利用する事はないと思います。空港にもっと近いホテルの利用をお勧めします。

Bien que tout était correct, j'ai trouvé le rapport qualité-prix un peu élevé au final. Je m'attendais à un espace de réception plus grand et l'état de la salle de bain n'était pas nickel, on pouvait voir des marques d'usure par ci par là. L'accueil, bien que correct a été un peu rapide/expéditif à mon goût. Sinon, la taille de la chambre et ses équipements étaient très appréciables, de même que le confort du lit.

Quick Shuttle to Orly airport but other than that all just ok.. windows don't open in rooms so no real air circulation.. Staff said they will have someone fix but didn't happen.. only there 1 night for convenience to airport.. not much around as looks like the area is in renovations.. lawns and area not taken care of yet..

Perfect end to a trip to France. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. I felt this room was nicer than my room at Le Meridien Etoile in Paris. Arthur, at the front desk helped us get to Orly and even arranged a late check out. Highly recommend.

The staff, I am not sure of their names, were outstanding. They helped us when our booking was messed up, helped us understand the metro system, and ordered us a taxi for the next day. Being in a foreign city when already frustrated, the staff helped make it better.

I have stayed at many Hilton hotels and by far this has been the worst experience ever. The hotel staff doesn’t respond to your emails or messages. Send multiple emails to them before coming checking in but no response ever. Checked in to the hotel and was disappointed with the overall experience. Bad quality of breakfast. We asked for tooth brush and razor and was told to come down as she was alone at the desk. The location is not convenient if you want to get around in the city.

Housekeeping tried to steal my Husband’s luggage. We went to do the checkout and my husband forgot his luggage in the room. He went back in less than 5 min and his luggage was gone. The guy in customer service said he could not do anything, all he could do is just make a report. Long story short. I threaten them with the police and magically the luggage appeared in the room again. Hilton do better!!

The place was clean, comfortable, rooms are great. The customer service was not so great. The front desk lady was not very nice. It was 2 consecutive days that we staid there and you can tell customer service was not their priority. We tried to reserve one night extra online and was having trouble doing so online and when I called the receptionist she said they are all booked. I understand that but I was going to ask a follow up question and she cut me saying we are all booked again and hung up. I think the tone of voice and maybe being a little empathetic goes a long way. When I checked out I did tell the front desk that customer service important and being kind matters for customer service. Also, I would greet when I would leave the hotel

Alarme incendie s’est déclenchée 30min à 1h30 du matin. Le personnel ne disait rien du tout, hors du temps. On a su le lendemain que c’était un pb d’eau chaude en cuisine qui avait fait déclencher l’alarme. Aucune excuse, ils n’ont rien dit. Incroyable!!!!!

It was very nice, although it was set in an Industrial Ghost Town. It looked like there were some kind of a market next-door that maybe used to be lively, but it was all shut down. Many empty buildings the same design as a hotel- very strange! The whole area needed gardens and trees.

Je sortais de l’hôpital et nous n’avions pas mangé. Nous avons réservé à cet hôtel pour les casse-croûte/déli, restaurant, café et épicerie fine qui sont mentionnés dans les commodités de l’établissement. À notre arrivée vers 15h00, nous demandons où se situent ces commodités et on nous répond que le restaurant ouvrira à 18h et qu’il n’y a rien d’autre. L’épicerie fine consiste en un petit réfrigérateur dans un coin de l’entrée et il était vide. On nous a dit qu’il serait rempli éventuellement mais ils ne pouvaient pas nous dire si ce serait dans la prochaine heure ou la prochaine semaine. Dans la chambre il n’y a pas de cafetière. Seulement une bouilloire et du café instantané en sachet individuel. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut vraiment pas les 21 euros/personne. Je choisirais n’importe quel autre endroit avant d’y retourner.
