Les portes de la salle de bains et la deuxième porte ne fermaient pas correctement (mais la porte principale, si). Bus "greenline" gratuit donnant un accès direct à l'aéroport d'Orly. Réseau de bus urbain à proximité.

Um hotel ok próximo ao aeroporto de Orly, porém reservei pq tinha transfer gratuito para o aeroporto, mas o transfer só começa às 5:30 da manhã e eu precisava sair às 3h. Deveria constar essa informação nos detalhes da propriedade.

Pas d'indication visible pour le bureau d'accueil. Pas d'indication pour trouver la chambre: on a dû prendre trois fois les escaliers, au 2ème étage, sans ascenseur ni monte-charge, avant de trouver le bon escalier. Au minimum un monte-charge!

Globalement correct, cher, mais proximité aéroport obligé. Tarif en partir justifié par une navette gratuite. Manque de bol la navette avait plus de 20 minutes de retard quand j'ai décidé d'abandonner l'attente pour prendre bus et tramway. Du coup tarif totalement injustifié. Perte de temps manque de respect du client . En bref, c'est se moquer du monde

La seule chose qui justifie les trois étoiles de cet hôtel est la surface des chambres qui sont assez grandes, le reste est cheap, rien pour accrocher sa serviette ou pour poser sa trousse de toilette, déco absente, plafond bas et surtout le sol de la chambre est crasseux. Ne pas confondre pas salissant et non lavable, surtout dans une chambre au rez de chaussée qui donne directement à l'extérieur. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The area is extremely sketchy. They claim to have airport transportation, but it’s really just a city bus. The room was extremely dirty and unkept and I’ve never felt so unsafe in a room before. Also, the air conditioning would not work so it stayed extremely hot. The shower and shower head were full of mold and mildew. I guess you get what you pay for.

Hôtel qui nécessiterait une bonne rénovation. On cherche les 3 étoiles. Toutes les lampes ne fonctionnent pas, lampe de bureau sans ampoule. Radiateur bloqué à 28°, sauna garanti. Donc éteint. Lits très petits. Point positif le silence.

On comprend que le chauffage ne soit pas allumer tant que les clients ne sont pas arrives. Mais nous avons allumer le radiateur, mais il a eu du mal à atteindre une température normale de la chambre. Le chauffage pompe à chaleur qu'on a mis en route l'envoyait à priori que de l'air à peine tiède. Alors prévoir un pyjama très chaud. Ne mérite pas les étoiles qui sont mentionnées et qui ont dû être attribuées il y a fort longtemps. Sinon malgré ce gros point négatif pour un mois de décembre, la literie est confortable. La sdb est grande. La chambre est assez spacieuse pour mettre nos 3 valises. Le plateau d'accueil avec thé café lait tisane et bouilloire est appréciable. La navette gratuite pour l'aéroport est juste à côté. Et depuis Paris Montparnasse nous avons pris le métro 6 jusqu'à st jacques et après le bus 216 qui nous a amené à 5 mn de l'hôtel (arrêt delta)

Had an incident where a staff member walked into my suite. When the noticed I was inside, they had stepped outside and kept knocking on the door until I got up and answered it. Similar incident happened 3 other times, where they kept knocking and waking me up. There is a sign on the bathroom door saying that they will only clean and replace items at request. Obviously this is not the case.

Séjour très décevant: la réceptionniste de nuit a été incapable de nous indiquer où se trouvait l’arrêt de la navette! Nous avons été obligés de prendre un taxi ! Chambre plus que quelconque hormis le linge! Le décodeur de la porte avait perdu le couvercle des piles..! Salle de bains : traces de moisissures importantes, plinthes de carrelages cassées et décollées Lampe de la tablette-bureau : ampoule grillée ou prise ne fonctionnant pas! Pourquoi réclamer 4€ à l’arrivée, alors qu’elle est habituellement incluse dans le prix? Un bon point: petit déjeuner copieux sauf que la cafetière était vide! Ne comptez pas sur une prochaine visite, d’un ancien hôtelier!

The Italian/French receptionist was most helpful on both of my stays for a total of 4 nights. I did complain about irregularity in Green Line service where an African Male Driver said new rule that handicapped individuals not permitted to board despite the law in France, the handicapped designated area to board, the button to push to board, the handicapped designated area, and di also took photos to show that there was a seat belt in that area. In my 4 night stay at Orly, not other driver refused service. I believe the Comfort Receptionist worked to resolve this issue by looking up contact information and the following day on return to ORLY 4 no issues. I used the Green Line multiple times and all drivers were accommodating with the exception of this apparently new driver who just made up whatever he wanted to say.

Nao fiquem nesse hotel. Ele fica no meio do nada, nao achei seguro, ainda fiquei nele porque fui com neu boivo, se eu estivesse sozinha eu teria procurado outro hotel, bem em frente ao portao de estacionamento ficam os quartos, porem o portao ficou aberto por muito tempo, nao sei se fecharam a noite e a portaria do hotel fica do outro lado, fica longe. Tambem nao tinha ar condicionado, dormimos no calor e eles so falaram o ar esta com problema, so isso, nao se prontificaram a resolver, foi uma noite pessima. O banheiro sem box tambem, o banheiro molhou todo quando tomavamos banho. Foi realmente terrivel nossa estadia.

Ele fica no meio do nada, nao achei seguro, ainda fiquei nele porque fui com neu boivo, se eu estivesse sozinha eu teria procurado outro hotel, bem em frente ao portao de estacionamento ficam os quartos, porem o portao ficou aberto por muito tempo, nao sei se fecharam a noite e a portaria do hotel fica do outro lado, fica longe. Tambem nao tinha ar condicionado, dormimos no calor e eles so falaram o ar esta com problema, so isso, nao se prontificaram a resolver, foi uma noite pessima. O banheiro sem box tambem, o banheiro molhou todo quando tomavamos banho. Foi realmente terrivel nossa estadia.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The area is extremely sketchy. They claim to have airport transportation, but it’s really just a city bus. The room was extremely dirty and unkept and I’ve never felt so unsafe in a room before. Also, the air conditioning would not work so it stayed extremely hot. The shower and shower head were full of mold and mildew. I guess you get what you pay for.

L'hôtel n'est pas cher, ça reste convenable, une lampe de lit n'éclairais pas, il manque une brosse de toilettes une fois que les besoins sont faits, le gros hic, j'avais une grosse valise lourde et d'autres petites valises, j'étais au deuxième étage sans ascenseur, le service petit déjeuner est jusqu'à 9h30, on ne m'a pas prevenue, ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous servir quand même, il manquait un peu de communication, on a été se restaurer au restaurant de l'hôtel pour le dîner et ce n'était franchement pas bon... pour ce tarif c'était passable pour une nuit faut pas s'attendre à plus.

Ok for the price. Welcoming, and nice staff. Shuttle to Orly airport from 5 am (8 minutes ride), free gated parking onsite. Has a restaurant onsite with a fair pricing, I did not dine in. A 5 euro fee to pay on site, I booked online. Bad isolation under my room door. Can hear people talking outside. I was in room 2, so closer to the street. It was a good alternative for my one night stay for a early flight.

The hotel was very rundown the next time around I’ll probably just stay in 14 arondissement to staying in the hotel zone even the shuttle is not a individual hotel shuttle but a communal shuttle that is services several hotels in the area you could find yourself packed or waiting for the next bus. I do not recommend this area at all especially this hotel.

The staff was pleasant, however, I am extremely unsure how this hotel has this many ratings. The first room we were put in was terrible.. air conditioning was not working, stains were on the hair dryer, bathroom door could not close, air vent was disgustingly dirty and it appears mold was present inbetween the grouts in the bathroom. I was honestly appalled at the condition of this hotel. This young Italian tried his best with what he could do and moved us to another room but the problem is the condition of the rooms itself.
