Great stay, under external renovation (Fall 2025), but it was otherwise very nice and clean inside. Great location and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Strasbourg. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Had the best stay here. Comfortable large room, perfect location from the train station and into the town. Loved that they had their own bar right next door, and super friendly staff. I would stay here again.

L'accueil était parfait. Petit déjeuner très copieux, et frais. Petit bémol pour le parking, qui a été parfaitement géré suite à ma remarque. Réactivité totale, compréhension et écoute parfaite. Chambre un peu petite, mais parfaitement organisée.

We were fortunate in that our room was ready early and we could check in right away. It would have been nice to know that the exterior of the building was being renovated and was noisy.

Perfekte, zentrale Lage, gepflegtes kleines Hotel, enge kleine und zweckmäßige Zimmer, steile Treppe, der alte, knarrzende Aufzug führt nur bis in den dritten Stock, Klimaanlage im Zimmer war völlig überdreht (26*C, im März!) und ließ sich auch nicht runterdrehen, Frühstück einfach aber mit guter Auswahl - für einen Kurzurlaub absolut empfehlenswert.

Trevligt, rent rum i bra skick på femte våningen. Vi var tre men rummet kunde ha tagit fyra. Låga takbjälkar som man fick passa sig för. Hissen gick bara till tredje våningen men i gengäld ligger hotellet riktigt nära stationen. Mycket nöjda.

Construction going on. Scaffolding right outside our window. First room smelled horrid, changed and was some better. Convenient to train station parking but expensive there. Area noisy and a little sketchy especially at night.

This hotel is really more like a hostel. A tiny little room, with thin beds and stiff sheets. So small that we couldn’t fit our two suitcases in our two person room without blocking the door. It was poorly maintained. The bathroom was not well kept, and I felt like I should be using shower shoes. The room was not ready until an hour and a half after check in time, but when we got to the room it wasn’t exactly sparkling clean so I’m not sure what took them so long. Pros: the front desk staff very kindly gave us a drink on the house while we waited for our room to be ready. The location was easy to walk to from the train station, even with big suitcases.

Séjour d une nuit à Strasbourg . Hôtel situé proche du centre et à 5 min de la gare donc très pratique . Chambre familiale assez grande mais odeur d égouts venant de la salle de bain assez désagréable mais pour le reste tout était parfait ! Les serviettes de toilette étaient douces , la propreté était correct sauf le sol au vue de l’état de nos chaussettes .. Le personnel était professionnel , agréable et souriant .

Ok hotel, decent location. Close to train station, not too far from the sights. Small room, tiny shower. No refrigerator or safe, but it did have a kettle. Our room was quiet enough, but it was on the back of the hotel.

Great location from station and island centre. However the room I had (room 403) I could hear the people above and as it was by the staircase people coming up and down the stairs. Inside was clean and tidy, but it felt a noisy room. Would also bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Staff friendly and helpful. On the whole a good hotel.

Overall a fantastic stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room was a great set up with 3 beds sleeping 4 comfortably. Bathroom was a bit small but very clean. Location is fantastic with just a few minute walk to all of the sights we would definitely recommend this especially for the price!

Unfortunately the mattress was super soft which i didn’t like.. but it’s super centrally located and you can get everywhere super easily. Nice for a short city trip 😊

The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the train station which was very convenient. It was a chilly day and the heat was automatically turned on. This made the room really hot and a bit uncomfortable. The staff was excellent and apologized.

O quarto tinha boas instalações e a localização do hotel é perfeita. A equipe foi extremamente simpática. Tivemos um problema (extremamente grave) no nosso quarto que foi resolvido prontamente pela equipe local. Entretanto gostaria que o problema não tivesse acontecido: perdemos uma noite (de Reveillon) de descanso e uma experiência desagradável.

O quarto tinha boas instalações e a localização do hotel é perfeita. A equipe foi extremamente simpática. Tivemos um problema (extremamente grave) no nosso quarto que foi resolvido prontamente pela equipe local. Great location. Very close to train station and a short walks to Petite France. Staff was very friendly, communicated with us in English, and help with adding a night to our stay. Looking forward to staying there again in the future!

En la reserva aparecía como hora de checkin a las 14 horas y una vez allí, dicen que es un error y que en realidad es a las 15 horas. Nosotros teníamos una visita guiada a las 15.25. Por suerte "apareció"una habitación al cabo de la media hora y pudimos cumplir los planes. Eso incluso avisando de que el checkout lo realizaríamos 4 horas antes. El servicio de consigna además no daba ninguna garantía de seguridad.

Vi hade en jättetrevlig vistelse med 3 nätter på Hôtel Grillon. Rummet var rent och snyggt, sängen skön och badrummet helt ok med sköna handdukar. Läget var perfekt för oss, 5 min till tågstationen, 5 min till hyrbil, 1 min till Gamla stan. Direkt utanför dörren fanns fina joggingrundor längs kanalerna. Vi rekommenderar och åker gärna tillbaks.

Great location. Very close to train station and a short walks to Petite France. Staff was very friendly, communicated with us in English, and help with adding a night to our stay. Looking forward to staying there again in the future!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Located just a few minutes walk from the station and easy to walk to the main sites. Breakfast was incredible! The bathroom in our room was a wet room which definitely needs better drainage as despite having very short showers, the water was getting very close to the door of the bathroom. The squeegee provided was helpful but I think the bathroom needs a bit of a redesign. We really enjoyed staying here and found it very quiet even with a street-facing room.

Room was clean, staff were helpful and the hotel was great. We only had a short stay but the location was perfect, and the hotel had everything we needed. They made a minor error on our booking, and went the extra mile to make our experience even better than it would have been.
