Ein gutes Hotel aber nicht 4 Sterne. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet aber der Zimmersafe war defekt und die WC- und Badezimmertür konnten nicht richtig geschlossen werden. (gingen immer wieder auf). Das Frühstück war gut aber eben nicht 4 Sterne. Der Fitnessbereich ist klein aber sehr gute Geräte. Der Parkplatz ist grosszügig und das Hotel von der Autobahn sehr gut erreichbar. Abgesehen von der etwas Überwertung mit 4 Sternen ein gutes Hotel.

Séjour d’une seule nuit parfait - chambre RAS - Excellent petit-déjeuner - par contre, signalétique à améliorer à la sortie de l’autoroute car hôtel qui ne se trouve pas dans la zone hôtelière et non visible de loin ( de près non plus d’ailleurs ! ) - plusieurs emplacement de stationnement pour véhicules électriques .

As an accomodation for people visiting parc asterix, the hotel is ok. It has an unusually nice and large outside area, a small outdoor pool with lounge and restaurant, is very practical to reach, directly on the highway, while not too loud. I'm still surprised that it has a four-star rating, in any other north-european country, it would have 3 stars at the most. The rooms are functional, but not nice, there were spiderwebs all over the ceiling, we only had one instead of 3 towels, the toilet is so short that you can't close the door and, more subjectively, the beds are too soft. Otherwise, friendly and functional enough, just don't take the 4-star rating too literally.

Overall okay place to stay near the airport. + very nice, friendly and helpful staff + parking right in from of the hotel with charging stations for electric cars. -Mold in the shower, a lot of dust on the HVAC vent in the bathroom. - Dishes and glasses in the breakfast area looked dirty. I the hotel can improve the cleanliness of the rooms and breakfast area it would be an amazing place to stay but as it is I feel it is close to being unhealthily dirty.

Das Badezimmer war relativ neu, der Rest aber verwohnt. Durchgelegenes Bett, verzogene Couch und fleckige Vorhänge. Überwiegend sauber, aber bei genauem Hinsehen mehrere Flecken und Staub. Zu teuer für die Qualität.

Bof, moquette très tachée, bouteille dans le frigo..mais vide. Tres gros bruit de camions qui stationnent à proximité et qui font toutner les miteurs tot le matin. Je déconseille. Trop cher pour ce que c'est!!!

L'hôtel est vieillissant et mériterait un très large lifting pour retrouver les standards d'un Novotel. C'est plus un hôtel type IBIS. La chambre est petite, usée au sol, dégradée dans la salle de bains. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas du tout à la hauteur d'un Novotel: du congelé, de l'industriel, peu de choix, beaucoup beaucoup de ruptures. Cher pour le standing -- proposé. Ses avantages: à 10 mn de Roissy CDG et 10mn du Parc Astérix. Parking facile, places électriques. Conclusion: très cher pour la presta proposée. Ce n'est pas un vrai Novotel

Hôtel vieux Quand on d’est présenté à la réception la réservation n était pas conforme (1 seul chambre de réserve alors qu’on en avait prit 2) puis après notre départ . Oh magie ! on nous prélève la deuxième chambre et quand on appelle on nous dit que l on ne l’a pas annulé la deuxième ! Bravo pour ce tour malhonnête…

Niet schoon en onvriendelijk personeel. De schoonmaker stonk ontzettend waardoor de hele gang stonk en de kamer naar die man zelf. De vrouw achter de balie was onvriendelijk en keek ontzettend chagrijnig

Over priced per night. Booked this as our flight from CDG was cancelled - no fault of the hotel however staff told us (1 man in particular) at the bar- that he couldn’t give us any of the left over breakfast food for our hungry kids, that hadn’t eaten. I’m aware breakfast closes at a certain time, but you’d think in this day and age humanity would be a thing! Give the kids food! There was loads of croissants and fruit visible - I did offer to pay! Room itself was ok- it did the job for us stopping over. Wouldn’t return though. Got the vibe it wasn’t welcoming to British guests.

Booked this as our flight from CDG was cancelled - no fault of the hotel however staff told us (1 man in particular) at the bar- that he couldn’t give us any of the left over breakfast food for our hungry kids, that hadn’t eaten. I’m aware breakfast closes at a certain time, but you’d think in this day and age humanity would be a thing! Give the kids food! There was loads of croissants and fruit visible - I did offer to pay! Room itself was ok- it did the job for us stopping over. Wouldn’t return though. Got the vibe it wasn’t welcoming to British guests.

We had to catch a flight at 3 AM from CDG and the reception did not help us one bit with any option for reaching the airport. They do not have shuttles which is ok but at least helping the guests to find some way to get to CDG is something I would expect. The room was tiny, and not very clean.

Beautiful surroundings, conveniently located for Disney and Paris main attractions I.e., Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Arc de Triomphe and designer outlets. Super helpful staff. Do try their breakfast, we loved their freshly made patisseries. Halal food - Golden Grill, a km away, serves amazing English/French and Thai food. They also deliver to the hotel. Mc Donald’s, general store and pharmacy is a few KM’s away Free on-site parking. We loved our stay at the hotel!

Hotel handig direct aan snelweg. Prima familiekamer. We zijn zeer ontevreden over het volgende: we waren met een gezelschap van 8 man die elkaar in dit hotel voor het eerst troffen. We hebben gegeten 's avonds in het hotels. Hierna hebben 5 van de 8 gasten de nacht met diaree en al kotsend op de wc doorgebracht. Dit moet door het eten gekomen zijn. We hebben dit bij het uitchecken gemeld de volgende ochtend waarop ons uiteindelijk (men sprak slecht Engels) verteld is dat ze er niks mee kunnen en zullen doen. Er werden amper excuses gemaakt. Dit getuigd van slechte service. Kamer was netjes, bedden zacht maar goed.

We only stayed for 1 night, but I would have loved to stay longer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant and bar were great, food was amazing, prices were on par with area. We booked the room with sofa beds that sleep six. We are a family of 5 and were greeted to all 5 beds being prepared for us. A much appreciated gesture after a full day at Parc Asterix. Also very close to the Parc Asterix and CDG.
